Blessed day to the company. I would like to make a comment about the young lady Amber that helped me. She was gone very helpful and kind patience. She explained everything very well. Excellent manner good energy vibe was spectacular. The last two women I talk to made me hate the company, they made me not wanna call you. They had to was negative. They was not helpful. I even hated the fact I financed the car to you out because of a negative. I’m very thankful for Amber and her sweet spirit and her being so helpful with the pleasant spirit. Talking with her gave me a total different outlook on the company. I feel she done very well and I would love to thank her and let whoever read this note she’s a keeper. The representative I spoke with was not only pleasant, patient, and helpful, but also respectable to me with my situation. Conch has been deceptive with me from the beginning. I wanted to pay off my loan. They would not give me a payoff. So I sent the majority of the loan to the Miami address, which I was told is where regular payments go. I got a call telling me I sent the money to the wrong address, and that my loan is still not paid off. They still refused to tell me what the payoff is, but said they would mail a bill for the payoff to me, and that u should remit the payoff to Alpharetta. On October 30, I received a payoff amount that was good until October 31. They are telling me over the phone that my phone number doesn't match their records, although they called me at this number. My car is being held over $126.20 that they won't let me pay.

It only got better. Michelle was very helpful and spoke clearly and eloquently. I did not have to ask her to repeat anything.

I have always had a great experience with this lender. When I initially took out my car loan, their rate was less than my own credit union. I was on the phone with quaneshia.smith and Jason H (he denied to provide me with his last name, which is illegal. The FDCPA mandates that collectors must: Identify themselves, including providing their name.State the name of the company they represent.Inform the debtor that the communication is an attempt to collect a debt and that any information obtained will be used for that purpose.) Jason H answered the phone first, and We requested a service from him.Almost right away, Jason started getting loud and yelled at my brother and I. Instead of being a professional who addresses the issues his client presents to him, he overtalked us and yelled at us before ultimately hanging up on us. We called back and this time Quaneshia, Smith answered. She gave us her full name which indicates it is not within company policy to withhold from identifying yourself to the customers. Quaneshia said there is nothing she could do to help with our situation and started getting loud as well. She overtalked me multiple times, and when asked if I could speak to the management team, she said all the management team was in a meeting. Very frustrating experience, poor customer service care and lack of professionalism from their employees. Stay clear of this company if you want to avoid big time headaches.

Keeping a 1 star review. Worst experience with a Financial company Ive experience. They reached out, and proceeded to be no help. Also, amount grew to $600 plus a $5 processing fee. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not finance your car with Cinch, youll regret it. Refinanced my vehicle through my local credit union. Loan was established and check was received by Cinch Auto Finance. Was a month delayed in processing and now they are saying I owe them another $455 in accrued interest during that time, which is excessive. Feel I am being taken serious advantage of. Elevated issue with customer service and currently waiting to hear back on outcome of getting payment backdated. Or ridiculous accrued interest removed or significantly reduced.

I was impacted financially by the latest Hurricane Debby, I attempted to defer my loan but was denied , I spoke with Jason who listened to my situation & he went above and beyond to communicate with his higher ups & ultimately was able to get my loan deferred for 1 month! Its ridiculous and a bit sketchy to charge a customer $4.95 to make payments online. I dont trust a company that does this! I see it this way; you mail a check to avoid the convenience fee then, they can claim they never received your payment resulting in more fees and a hit to your credit score. I will definitely look into refinancing with another bank.

Not very happy with customer service/ loan modification team. I was trying to do a loan modification on my vehicle and I applied at the end of may/ beginning oh June and on June 21st I called bc I haven t heard anything and they told me they are waiting on proof of insurance, well I emailed that to a lady name Galvan. I haven t heard anything else so I emailed her back on July 4th. Still haven t heard anything so I called today for them to tell me she cancelled my request on July 1st due to not receiving the proof of insurance. I explained I emailed them to her and verified her email address so I m not sure what happened there. I asked to speak to someone from the loan modification team and they tell me they don t transfer calls to them. How am I supposed to communicate when the lady who was responsible won t communicate with me???

I would not recommend this financial institution to ANYONE for auto loan lending. This company has monthly hidden fees in addition to your monthly payments. These fees were NEVER previously explained to me by the dealer I bought my car from or this financial institution. in addition to the complaint above, this financial institution has a issue with reporting accurate balances to the credit bureaus on time and they don t report monthly on time as required by Fcra laws. They are quick to report delinquent accounts or late payments but they take months to report paid off loans or accounts with 100% on time payments submitted.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY! We just purchased a suv. The first month because I was afraid of being late I called in the payment. The second month because I work for myself and I got busy the check was sent out 10 days late but with plenty to cover any late charges. I then receive 1 phone call that they had not received the payment on the 4th of the next month. I confirmed with them that it was sent and that I will check with my bank. At this same time I sent them another payment. 8 DAYS LATER THEY REPOSSESSED MY CAR WITH NO DISCUSSION. I confirmed with my bank payments where sent and confirmed with other bills that payments where received. This companys customer service is completely unacceptable. This is not how to start a business relationship with your customers. Find another loan company because this one is shady!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service reps at this company are BEYOND rude. Within a year of being with them I have experienced about 6/7 disrespect employees. For starters they don t inform you about late payments they just add on the 10 fee and when I paid a extra $20 for my monthly bill they still didn t deduct it from the account they just brought the $10 to the next month and the rep stated you have to call them to inform them u want the money to go towards that when you would think they would automatically understand that but I guess not. I ve had reps hang up on me multiple times because they can t handle simple questions and conversations I ve also had a employee here recently tell me that you should listen because you wanna keep your car right even tho I was only 9 days past due . So glad to be done with this GHETTO company.

They remodified my wife loan without her consent! We signed with CULS! We were never contacted about Cinch taking over the loan. When I asked Cinch to provide proof that my wife agreed to refinance the loan. I get hung up on! I called back and asked for the proof to be mailed to us! We never received a copy of anything!!

So disheartened by Cinch Auto Finances callous way of handling a mistake. I requested a deferment on my $565.94 car loan so I could afford to pay for my lupus meds, I was moving to a new place, and needed to buy some books since I am a 52 yr old Liberty University grad student living less than check to check so I can chase Gods purpose instead of pleasure. I submitted my deferment request several weeks in advance. I received an email from Cinch on 3/5/24 advising my deferment request had been approved and accepted.To make sure, I logged into into my account on CULS website and yes, my updated payment schedule showed payment due 4/24/24. No further communication from Cinch. On 4/21/24 i logged into my checking account and it was overdrawn by $428!!! Cinch had STILL debited my account for the alleged deferred payment!!! So, I couldnt pay for my lupus meds or buy the APA book. When I spoke to the Cinch Auto specialist she suggested I ask the pharmacy to give me a portion of the meds. She said I was supposed to stop the payment!! Cinch NEVER sent me anything to advise that!! The associated overdraft fees ATE UP the money in my checking account. I dont know any company that gives Lupus meds without payment but thanks for the suggestion Cinch Auto Finance. As soon as I can pay my credit cards down, I am refinancing with another bank!

If I could give a 0 I would! Requested a title from VA to NM. Called them and they gave me fax number for title department .I filled everything out and submitted it to the dmv! A month later nothing! I go back to dmv they said we submitted request same day. I call cinch back they never received anything telling me I got the wrong fax number but I spoke with the title department! Stay away as far you can. Also if you late a day from the first of each month they tag on additional late charge ! Will pay off soon so I don t have to deal with these crooks anymore! They are incompetent at every level of the place and have nasty attitudes!

Sold my car to the dealership in February, and forgot to turn off auto pay. They sent the payment electronically on the 26th. My autopay was still taken out on the 1st. I called on the 4th, was told that I would be refunded that week. Didnt receive an update, so I called again today just for them to tell the dealership called and paid off the amount after my payment. However, that isnt true, and they sent an overpayment check to the dealership that is now being forwarded to me. Insane that they do not have a better system internally for tracking these, and tried pinning the blame on the dealership and told me tough luck.

I paid off my loan. The following month they stole another payment out of my bank account Via EFT and refused to send it back that way. I am being told that it will take approximately 20 business days to get my stolen funds back.

Shay (Sharen R.) was absolutely amazing! After the nightmare of almost 2 months and dealing with a CSR prior to her, she helped me and finally got what i needed done! She was patient and kind with me. I never felt rushed or felt like i was inconveniencing her by calling. I would give them zero Stars, theyre very rude even if I pay my car payment on time they still wait days to take it out and by that time my other bills have already came out, then the negative my account and then send the money back, this has happened 3 months consecutively, my Bank regions wont take responsibility and neither will cinch Auto, I would recommend trying to steer away from financing anything, but especially do not financed through cinch Auto, I am not happy, will never go through Andy Mohr again, and Ill stick to anything but financing, interest rate is insane and so are the payments

I received a letter that any person unfamiliar with credit agencies would have determined as threatening. When I called first question I was asked was May I have your social security and account number. I said no on my social and gave the account. We were denied a loan based on a credit freeze. We had already received financing and my credit score is 832 with an income in the six figures. When I asked what this was about and it sounded like a scam I was assured it was a routine letter. I then asked why did you ask for my social and account. The lady said I asked for your social or account. I requested they play back the recorded message. She said she would have her supervisor listen to it. I said great play it over the phone. I am a criminal defense attorney and the last thing you should ever give out over the phone is your social security number. Do not trust any company to give your social security number. Especially over the phone. She started to argue and I said mam unless you will play the message I am not going to argue. I realize technology has reached its limits when a call that is being recorded can only be listened to by the company itself. What a joke. Sorry if they are legit to the person I spoke with, but I would recommend not sending a threatening letter and then asking for a person s social security number. I would never recommend this company.

This place is absolutely trash. They will scam you into a repo and then hang up on you when you try to get any information from them. They never sent the payoff requested and instead repossessed the car 2 DAYS AFTER they reassured us it was in a payoff status. So now to get the car back is more than double the amount. Wish I would have seen their reviews and refinanced far far away. Go literally anywhere else besides cinch they are AWFUL. Edit to add: positive reviews are FAKE. And they responded here but have done nothing to fix the situation.

i paid my car on time every month. Now that my car is paid in full they want to snail mail me a refund instead of electronic payment which means i will have to make 2 car payments this month. Im furious as my overpayments has been made to keep from being in default and now my paper check wont even go in the mail to me until 2 weeks from now. Absolutely poor customer service!!!

Spoke the Casey Woods after trading in the vehicle to see if the payoff letter had been mailed and they received the Gap refund with Warranty monies. She said the check would processed in the coming days. Other banks or credit unions can t even verify this and with Cinch being relatively new to the game they are making big steps. They have answers.

A disaster. My loan was originated through their parent company called CULS or Credit Union Lending Source but I dont think theyre a credit union, just using the name for credibility so you wont see Cinch on the loan till its transferred. They made internal accounting/ACH errors then added on over $2500 in fees and threatened to repossess my car (actually sent it out). Cinchs BBB rating in Georgia is currently 1.02 our of 5. Says it right there, nuff said. Have currently filed complaints with everyone I can come up with until I get something from them other than demand notices. I believe the rating here is pumped up, their Georgia BBB score is 1.02/5.

Completely DISRESPECTFUL staff, Im constantly having issues with this company. They double charged my account and REFUSED to give my money back, when I mentioned getting in contact with a lawyer the girl on the phone says Go Ahead I honestly dont know how this company still works when theyre just awful disrespectful people!

I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with CSR Shay on 12/26/23. I wanted to pay off my car, but to ensure that if I paid by phone, I would still receive written confirmation of payoff to the Loan Processing Co. Ms. Shay said I could pay on line, but I had trust issues with security ; she said I could also pay by phone and she provided the #, but added there would be a $10 fee. I am a Senior, and every penny counts (I did not say that to her), but I agreed. I think she must have picked it up in my voice, and all of a sudden, she said I will take your payment over the phone and I will also waive the fee. I could not believe it!!! Shay was that sensitive to her clients needs. In all honesty, this is the typical experience I have had with CINCH AUTO / their CSRs. That kind of response to clients comes from top down. I would encourage anyone in need of Auto Financing to seriously consider CINCH . Thank you, SHAY, and Thank you CINCH! Happy and prosperous New Year!!!

Costs $4.95 to pay your bill no matter phone,online,app...I am on fixed income so i mailed my payment by check cost- of the stamp.after a year and a half my payment got lost in the mail.i had to pay $36 stop payment. paid 2 months to catch it up they charged me S$13 late fee although they believed me i had a carnbon copy of it.

2 problems: 1. They don t follow proper etiquette when calling clients on the phone. 2. They send abrupt, rude, and condescending letters. I purchased a new car and the dealer selected Cinch. They said payments would be on the 28th of the month, I put in my bank info for auto-pay and all seemed OK. This morning I got a call from a person saying that were from Cinch and asked me to provide my account details. (You should NEVER give personal details to someone calling you.) He refused to say why he was calling and ended the call. I logged in to the Cinch portal and saw they did not take out the initial (Nov.) payment. I called customer support and found out I also needed to schedule the payments. It seemed odd since they told me when they would take the payments, but I paid the Nov. payment. I was not 30 days late, so I scheduled Dec and the rest. This afternoon (same day as the call) the mail had a Notice of Default letter from Cinch. It referenced Cinch being lenient in the past, but they would no longer allow it. Again, this is for the initial payment. There is no past history. I called customer support again, just to officially record my displeasure with the content of the letter. Customer support staff was very nice, but there is nothing they can do.

I m loving everything about working with Cinch. The app is easy to navigate and it allows you to make payments rather than have to pay your entire balance at once. I called recently to see if I could get my due date moved back, in order to accommodate my paydays. An employee named Casey Woods helped me and was able to take care of my situation quick and easy. Cinch is perfect for auto financing.

Was not a fan..disconnected multiple times..was charged $15 fee for making my 1st payment via debit card by phone when I was told it would be waved..I have refinanced and saved 2% on the interest.

If someone with cinch reads this, please have a place for any added fees to be seen on the main screen of app and a way to easily pay the fees, and also not allow double auto payments as I had 2 attempting every month which added fees with cinch and my bank. Casey Woods was very helpful today. I was trying to get an issue resolved for 2 months and when I spoke with her today she helped me get the issue resolved in little as 30 minutes. She jumped right on it and provided a call back number so that I could deal with her directly if I needed to call back in which I didn t because she resolved it for me quickly. If you are having a issue that needs attention quickly, ask for Casey Woods she will go far and beyond to help you out and if she can t help you, she will have her manager to help assist you. The both of them are quick and helpful in getting your issue resolved, I will recommend them to anybody because they will let you know and show you they are there for you!!!

Before you get a loan ask the dealership who will be financing your loan. If they say FinchAuto Financing, shop somewhere else. Its not worth the fees 9.95 per month or the headache of why you receive.
