Fastcash Pawn is a top notch, professional spot, with hidden gems all over the store. The staff is friendly and helpful as well, and I never feel rushed. Today I was working with Jessica, and she took the time to answer all of my questions about how to check to see if different metals are real, and I ended up being her smallest transaction ever because I decided to only sell the silver chain that I brought in - for 50 cents haha! We had a good chuckle about it, but Jessica never stopped treating me like I was the most important customer and I really appreciated it. It seems as though people do not have to worry about being judged at a time when they could be vulnerable because they are pawning a possession out of a financial need, which is priceless. They are the experts, especially Jessica in my experience.

There’s a reason this pawn shop has the rating it does. 5 star isn’t enough of a rating, if I could I would be giving 6. I walked in and was greeted immediately by their staff. I was then directed to the one, the only, the amazing, Jessica. Let me tell you about this amazing, considerate and kind person. Jessica is the type of person that when you meet her she just radiates kindness. She was quick to help me, she told me the entire process as she did it. She was considerate to me and was just the most amazing person. Honestly, it wasn’t just Jessica obviously I wasn’t able to talk to everyone. However, everyone was doing their best with customers and trying to service them with smiles on their faces. I even got an ice cream! Please remember to be kind to these kind and wonderful people. Another Google review for Fastcash. Jessica was so polite to me when almost my whole bag of Jewelry was junk but she did fairly evaluate a silver bracelet. I would recommend them for anything you may want to sell. - Again Google will not let me leave a separate review but no problem. I will just add to this ongoing list if pleasant experiences with Fastcash. Today i was there with some mixed jewelry some just precious metal to speak, pewter brass and gold and diamonds. Rob took his time evaluating each piece for me. He went for an opinion on the diamonds and came back with an offer that was close enough to my counter offer that we settled. The thing about Fastcash is that they really are beyond just getting money quick. They are respectful and treat you so nicely as a valued customer. The customer experience is great no matter who helps you there. - If you are unsure if something you have has value, with no pressure. Bring it in and they will let you know. Like my jewelry, some yes some no, but I did not feel bad bringing jewelry that turned out not to be worth anything because if the way Rob treated me And for the Diamond rings his explanation of the decrease in value was spot on with the market changes and actually a tad hirer than a dealer trying to get over on me. You cant go wrong with Fastcash !!! Thank You Rob - I could not get Google to let me leave a 2nd review for some reason but today I was there for a second time with some jewelry that I was not even sure was worth anything. Nettie was wonderful to deal with. Extremely pleasant and even offered and got me a chair as I walk with a cane due to 2 bad knees. She was so comfortable to deal with. I was actually surprised at her appraisal as I said I was unsure I the jewelry had value. This is my second trip there and I highly recommend this business Jessica was so patient with me as I had to unlock my computer for them to access it. I m not a computer wiz by any means thus why I was trading in the higher end computer. This took some time and she was so totally patient with me. She made me feel very comfortable to be at the desk even as other some other customers came and went. In the end obviously I unlocked it and I have to say I was given a fair price for my computer with no haggling. Thank you for you help Jessica

Agreed upon price didnt change one day later when the actual transaction took place. They did thier due diligence, as did I. I have been doing business with this company since before 2006. Theyve always been considerate regarding loan repayments, and loan amounts given. Purchasing items are at market prices, so everything is fair.

One thing that stood out was the free ice cream. When i lifted the freezer lid and seen all the different kinds of ice cream I was shocked. They give each customer a free ice cream. You don t see that to often anymore.. but service was great I was in and out and I feel I was reasonably offered for what I was selling.. I definitely recommend and will be back again

I have used FastCash on several occasions. The staff have been incredibly helpful to me in helping sort through a large jewelry and coin collection I needed to appraise and inventory as part of the probate process, following the loss of my mother. Staff were always very helpful, willing to go through sometimes large numbers of items without blinking an eye - they are just the ultimate professionals. I have also used them in the liquidation of a few of my own possessions. The staff was always prompt in assisting me, been sensitive to the situation not being a happy one for me, courteous, and helpful in explaining the basis of their offer. This place has always done an amazing job when it comes to loans, cashing estate checks, and theyve always got some rare items that will catch your eye. I love that I can find reasonably priced gifts here such as a rare comic for my son, a really nice watch for my husband, and so on. I love how friendly and welcoming the owners and staff are.

OK, chances are if you have to visit this place, your in a tough place. I cant tell you how many Christmases were saved and mortgage payments weve met with the help of FastCash over the years. Ive always felt welcomed and respected, and when I am waited on by Jess I feel like Im visiting a friend. FC is a good, discreet way of getting yourself out of a bind. I highly recommend you giving them a try!

Everyone here is really friendly. Ive bought a few things from there, and sold some things I didnt want anymore. They treat everyone with respect and a smile and have fair prices along with a pretty good return policy, if anything goes wrong. Im not sure if its 3rd generation but I know that its at least 2nd generation and Arthurs sons still run a tight ship. I recommend this place for many reasons, just check them out and I think you will be surprised by the selection.

One of the best pawn shops I ve been to! I was looking for a new laptop and not only was I able to test each one out individually, they also took out some cleaning supplies and a cloth for me to wipe down the screen to make sure it was to my liking. It is always a pleasure to do business with all the nice people at Fastcash. I have been doing business there for years and they have been consistently nice. they are always joking around, and always have smiles on their faces, if one of them is having an off day it has never showed. And the quality in their merchandise has been consisant as well. I dont think I have ever had to return anything either. So there you are, nice people good merchandise what else can you ask for. Seriously, it is a great place to look for the more expensive thing you want but cant afford. Or even cashing a check, and you earn points! I once purchase a sonny Playstation 4 for my grandson with the points I earned for purchases, and cashing checks.
