Dubin’s Fine Jewelry helped us find the perfect piece of jewelry for a difficult occasion. We have a daughter with Juvenile Diabetes and we felt the need to commemorate the year anniversary of her diagnosis, but it did not feel like a day to “celebrate.” They spent a ton of time with us and customized a piece of jewelry that we can add to each year on that date. They helped us turn a hard day of the year into a tradition that emphasises our daughter’s resilience in the form of a classic and elegant necklace with a lot of sentiment attached. I broke a necklace that was purchased from a different jeweler. That jeweler is now out of business, so I contacted Jordan at Dubin s Fine Jewelry to see if they could fix it. I was very happy to know that my necklace could be fixed. I picked it up today and it s good as new! I couldn t be happier!

Lenny, Jordan and Amanda are great people! They always take such good care of me and my wife. They are taking extra care during Covid to ensure customer safety and convenience. I was able to schedule an appointment to drop off my wifes and my rings to be cleaned and repaired. My ring looked better than new when I received it back. I was also able to pay via text message! They are always eager to take the personal time to listen to your wants and needs and advise you on the best options. They even let you keep a wish list of items you or your spouse wants to make future gifts super easy.

Jordan was extremely responsive when I made my initial appointment, and he made the experience very personalized. He continued to stay in contact with me the week before my appointment, asking questions about stone, setting, style, size etc. so that he could help me focus in on what I was looking for and be ready with examples. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and I didnt once feel like they were pushing the sale of anything on me. I had a very particular custom design in mind, and Jordan found exactly what I was looking for and had it created in a few short weeks. Dubins made the daunting task of shopping for an engagement ring into an exciting, and painless experience. Even after shopping around at other highly rated Jewelers in the area, they were nowhere near as attentive as Jordan and the rest of the Dubins staff, so the choice was easy. I highly recommend them!

I was referred to the Dubin family by a stranger on an airplane, not the most ceremonious introduction, but an auspicious begining nonetheless. I wanted to buy an engagement ring for my girlfriend and I had visited all the brand names (Tiffanys, Jared, etc.). I left each store disappointed with the size and quality of the ring I could afford, everything seemed incredibly expensive and I would struggle to get to the carat size I wanted. But Jordan over at Dubins not only beat all competitors on price, but also managed to increase the carat size of my ring without breaking the bank. They also offer all the same services the big brands offer without the big brand mark up, not to mention a family owned touch that is hard to beat. I am incredibly thankful for having met the Dubin family, I intend to refer them to anyone I know looking to buy an engagement ring or any other piece of fine jewelry.

Had my wedding set resized and couldn t be happier with the expertise and service given. Originally wanted to reset my diamonds but due to unfortunate circumstances wasn t able to. Jordon didn t try to up sell me which had happened in another store. He s honest and after he cleaned my ring, I fell in love with it all over again. These fine folks know how to treat a customer. After looking around and getting pressured, with heavy pitches, I came to realize how much time I wasted elsewhere. The big guys had few loose diamonds available and they were overpriced for the quality. In just a little time with Jordan, I was educated, shown several loose diamonds, many rings and settings, not to mention, a catalog of custom rings that could be made quickly. I was so pleased I was pointed to them. They were able to turn around the ring quickly, I got more for my money and they even had a 0% finance option, which helped. Not pretentious, no big showroom and when they work hand-in-hand with you, you are not dragged into an office or corner and pressured. They actually talked me down from spending too much. So pleased!
