HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT USE THIS LOAN COMPANY!! They will tell anything to have you sign the contract. At the beginning when I signed up for the finance the rep. Told me that I can pay off the loan early no further interest. I ask serval times about paying off early and he told me that I will not have to pay the interest for the remaining of term once I pay off the principal. The term was 10 months long & i wanted to pay off the loan 5 month early they told me that have to pay the remaining interest with the principal. The interest rate through this company is crazy high. So no matter when you pay off your loan you still to pay whole interest and it’s not clear in contract. They will do any thing have you refinance through them. Highly recommend to use different finance company!!

I worked with Josh for our business needs. I have to say I am a very skeptical person but Josh was very patient and extremely knowledgeable with the loan and capital that was best suited for my small business. They are the worst bank you can work with. They will tell you you are approved but once you find the equipment you want to finance they will not even answer your calls. I have been working with Jesse Moore and my experience has been the worst not to say that I got a call from someone called Ben he said Jesse want not in the office and he was taking his files. All the time said they will call me with a response for the finance and never did. I am the one calling and they not even answer. I have never write a review before but this really deserves to be here so people know the bank they are going to work with or at least the employees and the way they work with customers. If you can please go with another bank if you don t want to lose your time. I am giving them 1 star since I can t choose zero !

Well I have story to tell.... Ill make short lol.. So some time last year I received a call from Edward Powers.... and Round one happened and even though Edward and I did everything we could to gat an approval we where denied an approval. kinda of a bummer right especially when Edward was extremely helpful man he went above and beyond man we got very familiarize even with things that happened tu es in the past. OK; story is getting long but well what can I say!!!!! this Dude AKA Edward POWERS did not let me off to go some where else he called me back just as I looking for another bank and got to say YES to round two.. and really not thinking much of it we went at once more. after 3 weeks or so and after emails and god knows how many calls Mr. Edward Powers made it happen and I was able to get exactly what I was looking for. OK IM done lol Edward Powers..... Thank you for all of your very very hard work, you went above and beyond on making this lone possible. I just hope you have great management that can see just how hard you work. Oh one more thing lol, Edward didnt do everything by himself.... he has a great team player that put the Cherry on top and I want to thank him so here it goes Ari Gold.... thank you for all of your help as well. I look forward on doing more business with both of these guys.

Please be aware that this company takes advantage of you needs. Only use this in desperation if you dont have other choice like it happened to me ,btw Im a small business owner. They will give you the money for sure but with high interest and dont think about paying before contract cause they give you a 5 yrs interest no matter what . The choice is yours. Try other routes . I received two different loans from them and when I asked about payoff information they wouldnt get me information so it was past the time to meet the deadline and then the worst was when I needed my 2019 interest and fees paid to them they wouldnt get me the information so I could take their huge fees off my taxes. This place is so unprofessional and would never recommend them! Try Bluevine, they are all online and take care of you.

Be very careful with the offers they offer you... I financed a team which they told me I had to give the first payment in advance and the last payment in advance and then they tell me that they have an offer at the end of the month in which I financed the equipment in which I was going to be reimbursed for the first months money that I had given in advance... It turns out that after you fill out the contract, nothing they tell you is true as in my case. They made the deposit to the dealer where the equipment was being financed on March 2 and after a week they called me on my phone saying that my first payment is for next month in April when I gave them the first month and the last month for advanced. Then I try to contact Mark, who from what I understand is one of the managers and the only thing he knows how to say is (Give me a few minutes, Ill call you back) Apparently he doesnt dare to show his face...

Recently got our semi trucks financed through Bank of Cardiff. Never thought we would get the loans approved at one point, but to my surprise we got approved . Not only did we get approved , we got very good interest rates considering this was our very first time financing an equipment. I worked with Josh for our business needs. I have to say I am a very skeptical person but Josh was very patient and extremely knowledgeable with the loan and capital that was best suited for my small business. Wish I could give less than a star. They will do and say anything to get you to sign the dotted lines. Now they are forcing me to default on 2 loans because they messed up one and just will not fix it. I didnt even know the loans were dependent on each other in the first place. Close to $15k they took and the trucks are parked at Penske, they have the titles and they will not let me get the trucks and they will not give me my money back.Then they give me a condition that they will release the restrictions one truck on the condition I take down the complaint with BBB and if not I get nothing. I have tried to compromise but both Ari and his supervisor John are willing to see me lose everything. My business is on halt because I invested everything to get these trucks. Cant even fix the other trucks I have to put them on the road but yet they wont give me the new trucks or my money back. Looks like this is a common practice from them and how this is even legal. Looks like they might be taking me to court but hopefully might get some justice there!

Terrible experience! A scam really! Had me agree and sign to terms that were promised in a day just to drag me around for a week and then try to force me into a much lower amount at double the cost when I had other much better funding options available through different lenders. Would NOT recommend to anyone. Do your due diligence
