It has been over two months from date paying off loan and still no lien release to get my title cleared. I have made 3 trips to dmv with the wrong paperwork that they have sent. Getting really annoying taking time off work to go to dmv standing in line and not getting this fixed. You would think that someone would be qualified to send the correct paperwork to get title cleared. Do not recommend doing business with aqua finance.

BEWARE! Please file complaints with The Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and Consumer Financial Protection Buraeu (CFPB) if you have issues with this PREDATORY LENDER! Hidden fees and over charges! I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Aqua Finance Inc. Their business practices are deceptive, and I feel misled from the very beginning. I was charged significantly higher fees than initially quoted, which were not disclosed upfront. Even more concerning, my account has been overcharged for three months, and Ive received no explanation or resolution. Despite multiple requests, the company refuses to provide a copy of my contract, making it impossible for me to understand the terms I supposedly agreed to. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering Aqua Finance Inc to reconsider. Their hidden fees and poor customer service have made this a frustrating experience.

HORRIBLE, this joke of a finance company received my loan from another bank, immediately I new something was up when they would NOT accept additional payments only to add new interest instead, I there in turn called for a 10 day payoff and payed the loan off, I get no lien release for more then a month my hometown bank finally had to call and explain the laws, still taking them a week to get me the lien release, in the meantime sending me a bill showing I still had a balance AFTER it was payed off, total crooks and will Nickle and dime you to death if you have anywhere else to go, I say RUN fast. Also do not believe a word they say I had 3 so called managers tell me on different occasions my lien release would be to me by a certain date NEVER to come true.

My stepmother purchased a walk-in tub and financed it in my fathers name unbeknownst to me or other family members. Now they have both passed away, and when I arrived in Arkansas to finalize their affairs I was told a lien had been placed on their property. The house was burned down in a criminal arson and everything was lost...INCLUDING this overpriced tub!!! Now theyre the rudest most inefficient run company Ive dealt with probably ever!!! Ive been transferred multiple times, cut off, hung up on and after all of that was told oh sorry theres nothing I can do to help you right now...buyer beware!!!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They are unethical and unresponsive. They double charged me for three months without ever providing an explanation. I had to go through my bank to stop the double charges. They have also been charging a DAILY $2 finance/additional interest fee I knew nothing about. They have refused to provide a copy of my contract as evidence of these hidden fees, which would around to over $4000.00 over the course of the loan. This is ON TOP OF the stated interest %. They are impossible to reach by email or phone, especially once they have your banking information. Do not trust this company with you money!!!!

They have foreign people with heavy accents that you cant understand call you at 8:20 in the morning the day your bill is due. Barely out of bed with my kids and have them harassing me in an accent I cant make out and wont answer why they were calling. When I asked what the call was about, as they were claiming to be an American company but obviously barely spoke english it was implied that I was racist and needed to make a call back to them, and was hung up on. Also, they port to a local area code to get you to answer They used a local 231 area code for mine.

This company acquired my boat loan from another bank. Terrible communication. I was set up with automatic payments with the other bank, Aqua Finance begins reporting that I missed payments before I even knew they were my lien holder. When I tried to payoff the loan, I got a different story of how to send the funds each time I called to verify. First time they said they did not accept wire transfer then they changed their minds. Their phone system always drops calls. Avoid this business at all costs!

Hands down the worst lending institution I have ever worked with. Have been trying for weeks to get a simple payoff letter for boat loan and it is impossible. They claim it takes 5 days and then when it never comes the whole process just starts over again. As someone who performs this function with a multitude of different institutions I can say with certainty Aqua Finance is the worst. Find somewhere else for your borrowing needs.

Ive spoken with multiple managers and supervisors who tell me they understand where the system has messed up. Could not recommend them. I have paid my balance off several months ago and they have continued to send me a statement each month for a balance I do not owe. Ive had to call each month and the representative each time tells me they will handle the situation and take off the remaining balance. Yet each month I still receive a bill. Dont trust them with your loan.

We originally financed a camper through Flagstar but it was recently transferred to Aqua Finance. As soon as I read the reviews I knew we wanted to be done with them as soon as possible. We paid off our camper this month by calling to make extra payments to be sure the payment went toward the principal. I was frustrated when they said I had to send a certified check or money order from my bank to pay off my account because there was a title involved but that thankfully went smoothly and has shown paid off on my account since 8/8/24. I have yet to receive my title or any documentation showing my account is closed so I called this morning and was told my account is closed and the title was sent. If I do not receive some documentation soon I will change the number of stars I gave them and follow up again. The people I have talked to have been friendly and direct in this process. I still would think twice before willingly financing through them because I know not all experiences have been positive ones.

I do not recommend this company. The truth is they are scammers. 7 years ago I bought a water treatment filter and my loan continues. I called the offices and they said that the loan is reactive, that is, it does not have a deadline. The filter costs $1,100 at home depot and they sold it for $7,500. The truth is that they take advantage of peoples ignorance. Giving them one star is too much Please dont be fooled.

My initial experience with Aqua Finance has been extremely disappointing. Two out of three calls were abruptly disconnected, resulting in an hour of wasted time. After finally reaching a live person, the level of apathy and incompetence was beyond belief. Ive decided to promptly pursue refinancing with another provider. If your dealer is recommending Aqua Finance, I strongly advise against it. I regret not reading these reviews prior to engaging in business with Aqua Finance.

Every month my account is on autopay setup by the company since the beginning, autopay usually goes through the morning of, and by evening of I m getting harassment calls saying I haven t paid my due amount. One more time! And then I m getting everyone involved with a loan with this company who have similar issues and filing a class action lawsuit.

Not only does this company have the highest APR/ interest rates. They have a policy. if you do not tell them to close your account after youve paid it off in full, they still report to the credit bureau that you have a open line of credit. This recently happened to me and it dropped my credit score 45 points and has affected my ability to buy a home and the interest rate by which I can buy a home. When you pay an account off in full, the relationship with that institution should be finalized. Not Aqua Finance Inc.

Run dont walk from this company. They are the biggest sheisters out there. I got a loan and was told they were running behind and I could not make my first payment as scheduled. They said they would defer the payment. However, they charged me the interest anyway on a payment I was told I could not make because they were running behind setting up the accounts. So, this month my principal balance is higher than it was last month because of their inability to process paperwork in a timely manner. I spoke to an agent about it and he could not answer my question when I asked why my principal balance was higher this month than last. I will be contacting the state of Wisconsin and NMLS about it and I will not pay interest on a deferred payment I was told I could not make. Shame on you Aqua Finance for preying on hard working people who make good faith efforts to pay their bills on time. You are despicable.

My star rating is wrong! I would give them no stars if I could. This is the WORST service I have ever delt with. I digress, we moved into our home back in 2020. A door to door sales man came knocking and told us a horror story of how unclean our water was and we should buy now! So again 2020 time frame I am scared and decide its the best for our family. We sign the dotted line with this being said to us. You will have bi-monthly visits to test your water and change out the salt levels. Along with in home cleaners provided as well at no charge to you. We thought everything sounded wonderful, but let that be a lesson to us. To good to be true is just that. Shortly after getting the system they sent someone to install it. The guy took two hours to install it and brought his son to help, and his son was 12 mind you. When they were done they left. I mean that quite literally left. My garage was open from when they brought the system into my basement, and my front door wide open from when they left. They didnt answer any questions about the system or set up a follow up for someone to test the water in a month. Two days after instalement we had leaks under our sink and fridge. We tried to call to set up an appointment and the never showed. They also never delivered the household cleaners they promised with the system. The billing is a nightmare. They would mail bills out of cycle so we would then be paying late. They emailed also late. My first bill was due and I had no way to pay since I had no paperwork for a log in or website. Then when I called they said they would email me and they never did. So now I am slapped with late fee after late fee. That is until 5 MONTHS later I finally get a bill in the mail with all the information I need to pay. I set up my auto pay and here we go. However Aqua finance is just so wonderful they switch websites and dont inform customers so again LATE FEE. I have called several times talked to people and nothing changes. I finally paid off the bill only to be sent a letter saying I still owe a good amount in principle. Also iceing on the cake they called and informed me they would no longer be providing the salt to change in the water system they installed along with not sending anyone out to replace it. So suffice to say if it would not completely ruin my house I would rip out the system and throw it on the curb. So if I could save anyone else from this nightmare. Do not do business with this company or any company that chooses to do business with them. They dont care about you just their bottom line. They are the Boeing of services.

Obviously in cahoots with dealers. So, in essence, they are car dealers themselves even though this loan was for a camper. We were denied a loan (after a deal had been made but later deemed to be too good of a deal) so shut down the day before we were to go into the dealer to sign all of the paperwork. After calling Aqua and finding out that we were NOT actually denied, we contacted the dealership. They bumbled around, said there was some mix up and set up another date to get the deal done. When we ultimately decided to not go ahead with the loan, we then received letters from Aqua that our loan was denied due to being delinquent on multiple loans and multiple credit checks. Well, the camper dealer had run our credit twice during this whole debacle and we had just bought a new truck earlier in the year so our credit had been run at least 5 times. We have four loans and three are auto paid every month. We have double-checked on the other and NONE are delinquent nor ever have been (otherwise, we wouldnt each have over an 800 credit score). This loan would have been for a camper. We have bought and paid for multiple campers in the past 30+ years and never been delinquent on ANY loan. This lending company is shady and a joke. Stay far away! There is a reason why their reviews are not good. I have also submitted info to the BBB. ADDENDUM: I got a letter from Aqua claiming that their statements were valid. Because we knew this was bogus, we have reached out to each lender and verified (even though we already knew Aqua was full of ****) that ALL of our loans are paid up as agreed upon and ON TIME within each contract (otherwise, would we have scores so high?). Dont take my word for it, just look at their reviews. This is a criminal company to do business with. Also, after leaving a review on the camper dealership, they assured me that we had a deal had I just shown proof of insurance. These are the greasiest people you will ever deal with. Look elsewhere. There is a reason why they are less than 2 out of 5. They are trash. People DONT get denied a loan when the buyers make $250+ and both have credit scores over 800. Also to note, the dealership was still going to go through with the deal with Aqua financing it...luckily we ran away fast.

My experience for a simple payoff letter. Called Thursday asking for payoff letter to be sent to email. Was told it would be sent, no timeframe. Called Friday as I did not receive the email. Was told it takes around 24-48 to receive letter. Waited until Monday (They are open Saturday) and called back explaining I have yet to receive my payoff letter in email. Was told it would be up to 24 hours. I explained that I ve already been waiting since Thursday. He then escalated the ticket and I was told 20 minutes. I waited 40 minutes and still did not receive letter. Called back asking for manager (I know, but) and they told me they escalated it as well and it would be no more than 2 hours. Waited the two hours, got the letter in the last few minutes of the two hours.

The experience is very bad since the financial company is only responsible for charging pure interest because in the end the balance never drops more than a few cents And the worst thing is that a balance appears on the invoice and when you make the monthly payment, phantom interests appear that you are not even aware of. Since 2021, I have been paying $7,500 dollars for a water system that Aqua Finance financed for the amount of $110 per month and the account as of today, 2/2024, the total balance is $6,490.58, which is still owed to the finance company. So think twice before taking out a loan with this financial company and the company that promotes it is called Fidelis Elite Systems.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. We were initially approved for a loan, supplied all required documents, including paystubs and tax returns. THREE WEEKS later they ate demanding copy of tax return or they will deny the loan. Okay, we send it AGAIN to the. The exact same documents tgat were given to them initially. Then they say that they dont have proof of income. Again, we send them the same documents that were given to them in the beginning. They say that wont work. My husband is self employed and paid via 1099. They refuse to accept a 1099 and insist that they have to have a W2. They can not seem to understand that not everyone is paid that way. We send the 2 years of 1099s and multiple years of tax returns. We are told that they see the income but we dont have proof. I dont know if the hired their underwriters straight out of 2nd grade or what, but clearly they do not understand any kind of financial documents. This goes on for several weeks. They finally officially denied the loan that they had initially approved ( nothing changed, same numbers throughout all this) because there was no proof of income. This place is an absolute nightmare. So, now we are having to delay a time sensitive foundation repair to find a different lender. Sadly, the foundation company that uses Aqua will undoubtedly see problems going forward due to Aquas shady practices. While I understand the foundation company isnt at fault, I feel like if they continue to use Aqua for their customers to finance projects with, it will ultimately hurt their business as Aqua doesnt seem to want to actually lend money. Judging by many reviews I have read about Aqua, we most likely dodged a bullet by not financing through them. I do know that they have done this to multiple people recently. I hope the foundation company finds a new company to use for financing, as using Aqua will lead to many upset clients and ultimately will damage their reputation.

Stay away! Absolutely the worse company and incredibly unprofessional. They approved us for a loan, everything was good, the work was started, and then half way through the work they pulled the loan. The person I spoke to over the phone messed up the information I gave them which deemed us no longer qualified. When I tried to call back to clarify the information, no one would talk to me about MY account. Long story short, we ended up having to take money out of our retirement to pay for the work since they pulled funding halfway through, we couldnt stop the work and had to pay. After reading all of the horrible reviews, I guess Im thankful we arent dealing with them. Stay away!

Not once did I feel like a account number. She was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and kind. She too wasn t a automated rep. They are not transparent with anything and have no sense of urgency. The person who came to our home with the paperwork flat out lied when we asked questions about our agreement. Namely, denying this was a daily compounding interest. If she was honest about that, I wouldnt have opened any account with them at all. Do not use this company for any reason. They placed a lein on my home for no reason. I asked what were reasons that their company would put a lein.I was told several reasons and that my account never met those reasons. I the asked why a lein was out on the house if it never met the reasons to put a lein. After waiting on hold I was told the answer is because I gave them the right to do so at any time in the contract even if the account didnt meet those reasons. Just a warning! This just happened to me, so after you pay off your loan they keep your account open you have to request via email to close it. I wasn t even informed and this when I called to make the last payment. You have to compose your own email to some random agent and it takes forever to get the account closed which affects your credit. Please stay away i promise you will regret it!

This company destroyed my credit score. In the old system I paid for 2 months. In the new system they applied my whole payment for only one month and they marked late payment on my credit score. Last year we had to get a new water softener and the company uses aqua finance for the financing. In the past year the interest rate as gone up twice. Starting at 9% to 13% and now 22%. How can they expect to get loans paid up if they are robbing you with the constant hiking of rates. Highly suggest going elsewhere if you need financing!

This company charge me a late fees for not being able to access the new portal system from changing over to a new setup. I call explaining that l couldnt access the payment portal no ever answers. You must sit by the phone waiting for them to call. A rep finally sent a email 29 says later after the fact and reported me late to the credit Bureau dropping my score 50 points. I have never paid my bill late in the 3 years Ive been with them. Poor customer service and no messages were left via voice-mail.

Not a good company for business. I had the system installed in my house in August, in September the water system made a stress sound, called service, they say unplug everything, which i did, I havent heard from them since. In February I stopped paying for the service, I explained to customers service Im not paying anything until they send someone to fix it., we are at the end of March still not fix. Im done with them they can come pick their staff up. I feel like Ive been scam.

It seems very strange to me that they have so few bad comments, the only thing I want to inform you is not to do any type of financing with this company, the interests are extremely high, plus you will always end up paying $98 dollars, you pay more than 70% in monthly interest, so you will never see progress in your payments or credits. I analyze whether it doesnt matter to them or it is an automatic response system because all the feedbacks say thank you without taking into account whether the comment is good or bad. DO NOT DO FINANCING WITH THEM!!!!1

IN 2020, I tried to pay a higher monthly autodraft fee in order to pay off my balance quicker, but their reps kept telling me that they were not allowed to do that and I would have to keep paying the minimum fee till it was paid off or make a one time payment to pay if off completely. I hate that I ever got involved with this company. For the past 6 months there has been a problem with our payments. We use automatic payments through their website and every month we get a bill with a late fee and a bank draft declined fee. These fees are bogus because every month the payment is drafted and posted on time. Every month I have to call them and email them with proof of payment and they always fix it. At one point we believed it could be a problem with our bank and switched the payment account and still the same thing happened so it s clearly an issue with them. It s very inconvenient and frustrating to have to do this every single month. This problem even persisted with manual payments as well so I m starting to feel like we are being scammed. At this point if it happens again we will be closing our account with them. This is the most ridiculous situation I ve ever dealt with. Please save yourself a headache and wasted time and go with any other company.

The only reason Im giving 1 star is because, aqua finance, may have been hacked. I pay my bill automatically and I still check the website every month to see my balance. When I went to look today, the webpage is different and they have a notice saying that other websites may be impersonating aquafinance. I called and they cant give me a direct answer, they got upset or hung up when I wouldnt give them any personal information. The address thats written on my bill is totally different from the one the lady just gave me. Please be careful, and if youre paying by online DO NOT REGISTER TO THE ORANGE WEBSITE, ITS STILL BLUE. These scammers are getting slicker and slicker. If you call the number, it get intercepted to the scammers. Ive been paying my bill online for 5 years and Ive never received an email stating that theyve changed.

These people are the worst. You set your payment up on auto pay and they send you a late payment every month. I paid a 1000.00 on my account and they denied it not my bank they did. I use this company to buy a water system as financing and have had repeated bad customer service until today when I was able to get some of that knew what she was doing. Her name was Annika and she was amazing. So I m really hoping her boss sees this review because she is phenomenal at her job and she really needs to be recognized. I asked for a manager i( which she was not ) but she was able to help me 100% so I really appreciated her. And she was nice the entire time while she did it. Quick to loan, slow to refund overpayment. Apparently, they have two systems collecting payments. One through ACH, the other through their website and neither are connected to the other. They won t cut a paper check for refund, only refund through the original payment method.

When no other agent helped me regardless of my situation. she went above and beyond to give me better options to get back in track with my payments. A solid five stars! I am a new customer with Aqua Finance and I was waiting for my first bill to make my first payment. While no bill came (?), I began receiving calls as to my now delinquent payment (?!!). To my surprise I was five days late on my first payment. What? As I had missed their call, I immediately called in and spoke with Eric Montel Fernandez. He expertly explained that I had a ten day grace period and that this was a very standard phone call. He guided me through the online log-in procedure and explained the nuances of the web site. I have now set up my account (which was very easy) and am in good standing. This is my first time interacting with this company and with the exception of NOT receiving my first bill (explaining where to go and how to pay my bill), the process has been very clean. AND, everyone I have spoken with did NOT treat me like a vagrant for being late on my first payment, but were very professional and understanding. I find that extremely surprising and refreshing. While I intend to pay this off early (to save on interest $$), I would look forward to using Aqua Finance in the future.
