Communication from the team comes in your preferred method, however, I appreciate that the team sends texts or calls for tasks needing a quick turnaround. WOW is all I can say. Having come from a background in real estate (Land Sales) that doesnt involve you in the lending process, rather you get a surprise when the ship is off course, this process was a cakewalk. Great Company! Friendly and Great Staff! Very knowledgeable! The only Complaint I had is that after applying they took 3 weeks to get back to me. Also they asked for my availability for calls and I told them Tuesday didnt work for me because its a super busy day at work for me and they still proceeded to call on Tuesdays when I told them not to. All in All a great experience!

The following is how I am organizing this review: Service, Customer Support, and Overall. Service: 5/5 - Ryan Smith and his team were consummate professionals through every single step in the Home Loan process. They spoke in a respectful manner in every conversation I had with them. They had thorough explanations and in instances where I had questions or concerns they simplified it in a manner that made sense to me. At no point did I feel lost in the process, they remained in communication with me via telephone or email to ensure I was meeting suspenses or if they needed more/corrected documentation from me. Customer Support: 5/5 - Ryan Smith and his team excelled at providing support and ensuring a high comfort level with the process. They went above and beyond their obligations by allocating time on the weekend or after hours if it was the only time I had available or if I needed something from them ASAP i.e... if I wanted to make an offer on a home. Rarely if at all did I ever have to reach out to them, they would often contact me to either ask if I needed anything or explain the trajectory of the path I was moving along. Overall: 5/5 - This was my first time buying a home and the encumbrance of everything to consider seemed overwhelming. I have worked with Ryan Smiths team twice now, once for an initial mortgage and then for a refinance, and both times have been a very smooth, painless process. They do an excellent job of keeping you informed of whats going on, and answering any questions that you may have along the way. Our experience with Guild Mortgage was better than we ever expected. They helped us out by letting us know what we needed to do to make sure our credit was at our best . Towards the end of the process they check in at least once a week to see if you have any questions etc. They even gave us an invite to order pizza and soda.after closing We just had to let them know when and what and they ordered it and had it delivered. How thoughtful is that?? I would recommend this mortgage company to get the best possible customer service This is the smoothest a mortgage loan has gone for us.

Weve worked with Ryan and his team for a number of years and couldnt recommend them more highly. Very professional, yet personal, and have a way of explaining things so clearly and accurately. Very responsive to any and all questions. They keep in touch afterwards too with free events, networking, etc. if you are interested, and they remember us every time! I have done a number of original loans as well as refinances with Ryan and his team and every single time they have been absolutely amazing! Ryan is great at listening to my needs and explaining all of my options and I always walk away feeling like they 100% have my best interests at heart. I started working with Ryan when I lived in Madison and thankfully now that I live in the Green Bay area I can still work with him and his fabulous team and the process is just as simple as if I was were sitting right across the desk from him.

What a wonderful experience from start to finish! We should ve taken our realtor s recommendation in the first place to start with Guild Mortgage it s been seamless since day one. They make it easy to do business with and wow are they on top of it! We even had our own personal mortgage agent that stayed in contact with us every step of the way. My family and I have a dream house now and we are so happy! This was our first home buying experience so the stress was running high at times, but lucky us to have Guild Mortgage on our side!
