Awesome experience! Went in last minute on Valentine’s Day to get a small chain for my girlfriends necklace. He took the time to go through a bucket of assorted items to find me not one but two sterling silver styles of chains,(Heard him say to coworker “gotta help the guy out on Valentine’s Day”) I asked how much he said “give him a $10 tip and they’re all yours”! Definitely helped me out last minute on Valentine’s Day took the time to find it then tumble it! They definitely care about the customer not just the money which was unexpected to me from a pawnshop. Great service and very understanding staff! I have a daughter on the Autism Spectrum and sometimes going shopping can become a huge ordeal. The staff and manager here in Appleton were very understanding and went out of their way to provide a copy of my daughter s favorite movie to help calm her down. Great prices and plenty of cool things to find as well!

Ive been going here for years and years, they have some really great deals alot of the time and their layaway program is awesome too. On the other side of the coin if you need some cash and you bring them stuff they are about the fairest pawn shop that I have been to. Now they are a pawn shop so you cant expect to go in there and get anywhere near what you paid for your item or even what they are going for used, they have to be able to make a profit also. So I guess what Im saying is expect to be surprised how little your item is actually worth to them, but with that in mind they are way way way better than the few other pawn shops in the area. The owner and Kurt are both just absolutely awesome guys, if you are heading to a pawn shop and youve never been here before I suggest you at least stop in and check it out.

I had to go into Mister Money because li had my 6.5 kt diamond ring stolen and found out it was pawned at Mister Money. The last time I was in the store the selections were far and few. It seems they have more items. As far as my stolen ring goes...i wasnt given confirnation that they put my ring aside so still having to find that information out and have to do my own investigating to find out.

Bought a one wheel and electric longboard. I asked to test the one wheel in store but they basically told me I couldnt because it was dead. Spent about $400. Got home and the electric longboard held charge for less than 5 minutes, yet it takes over 3 hours to charge. The one wheel didnt work at all even after sitting on the charger all night. They did let me return the items but clearly this store lacks quality control very disappointed.

Ordered a welding helmet off eBay from who I believe are the same people as this is, helmet was a good price for being open box, very reasonable. Ordered the item, it had shipped next day first thing in the morning and arrived at my door when it said it would. Opened package and it was very well packaged and everything was bubble wrapped. Even included a little note on the receipt saying thanks for your order I hope you love it , I know it may not mean much but it just gave it a more person on person interaction rather than just taking my money and sending the package just a small touch that caught my eye. Trying the helmet on now and it works great and everything is as advertised online. 10/10 would buy from these guys again.

Greg and Kurt are both always very courteous and helpful. Always treat us like they value every customer when were there. Been going to Mr. M in Appleton for over ten years and my husband and I only go to them, because the staff actually takes the time to listen to what you need. They go out of there way to accommodate their customers. Bought a laptop not too long ago and it was only a windows 7 so Greg updated it to a windows ten for us. Things like that make a huge difference to us. The store is always clean and organized so it makes it so much easier to find what your looking for. ALL of my FFL transfers are done here. Greg is, and always is happy, friendly, and quite sharp when it comes to his inventory. He s always good for a laugh which we can all use. Best of all, it s the cheapest around. Trust me. If you re purchasing or selling a firearm online call Greg first. A 2 minute phone call can save you cash and hassle. Not only dealing with the staff myself, but watching and listening when they deal with customers, they give everybody a fair shake. Buying and selling both. We don t see that enough anymore. For me to tout a pawn shop speaks volumes. I don t even consider them a pawn shop. More like a mom and pop second hand store. It will only take one trip in there to see what I m talking about. i have been going to the store for several years as a customer or at times in need of a loan i ve always had good experiences with all the staff..recently i needed a loan to help get through the covid issue..the loan payment was due i didnt have enough to cover my payment so i went in to see if we could work some thing out so i didnt have to forfeit my collateral..i offered to pay them every thing i had but greg stopped me and was more concerned that if i gave them every thing i had that it would put me in a bad situation (it would have) so he worked with me so it would help both of us out..to me that was going above and beyond too help me out..great sevice great people!!!

Sold me a faucet new in box that was opened and had damaged parts. They refused my return because I bought the same faucet from Menards prior to buying the cheaper one from Mr. Money. If I had destroyed the parts and was dishonest, why would I waste my time with ebay returns and shipping and handling from Illinois when I could have just returned the defective faucet to Menards? Why? Because I m not a dishonest crook. Never deal with a pawn shop. I purchased off of eBay so I didn t realize the seller was a pawnbroker.

I have been to Mister Money numerous times. I love the owner Greg and his coworkers. Its a smaller shop that Carries the best of the best, at reasonable prices. They are willing to negotiate prices on items in the store which is amazing. I recently loaned my camera with them and when I picked it up I had found they had wrapped up my lenses and camera and charger very securely which was unexpected because of my business with other local shops. I honestly can say whole heartedly that they are the best and they take customer care as their number 1 priority. I have been going to pawn shops for MANY years from Green Bay to Oshkosh and Mr Money is by far the BEST! I brought in SEVERAL items from either cleaning out foreclosed homes or just personal items i no longer needed & was always happy with the outcome. I learned its much easier & less hassle going to Greg, Kurt & staff instead of other pawn shops,craigslist or having garage/rummage sales. Whether it was getting a loan or outright selling items to them they were VERY fair & came through for me MANY of times when i was in a tough position!! Most of the time im in & out within 20 minutes!! I also bought laptop,big screen w/surround sound from them Im extremely happy with!! I rate 5 star plus!!!

Its worth the walk across the street for the 2 dollar movies thats really about it. Only reason being 2 dollars is prolly what youll get when you pawn something there.

Lmao, the manager at this place is the most unprofessional man I have ever met, so arrogant and youd think hed be a little more educated in electronics, seeing he works with them everyday. Also, Google Review, you should trace the IP adress to the other people who left reviews because I guarantee they are the manager or other employees cause literally everybody I know who buys and pawns things from pawn stores, stays far away from that place.
