Honor and professionalism a HUGE NO. Rip off artists. Brought in a $799 bike in the spring, they told me they'd give me $150 but my license had expired a WHILE ENTIRE month ago. Sold it to friend for $100 so he could make $50 on it. He brought it in and they loaned him not $150 but $30. We Went back in with him on day John was working and chicken s#+@ said " it was a soft quote" and manager back him up on it?! Obviously Not honoring the $150. I have high end jewelry and other stuff I always bought back unless I sold to them. I have a 5 star rating. I also thought the slogan for Pawn 1 was "accepts most items of value in exchange for a short-term cash loans"???!! Bologna. Don't go here folks. They sold a few of my high end jewelry items for over $5000 and only gave me $500 for any or each of them. That's a $4500 profit. Gouge much????? Feed on the needy. Predators they all are. Except Ivy. She is cool but smart because she no longer works for these thieves. See this Pawn 1 owners?? This is what is happening at your stores. All of them. Market street guys are alright. I'm now stuck in your parking lot with no gas to get home. Asshats

Honestly, if I could give P1 jewelry department, more stars I would. The manager Matthew was super super helpful. And totally worked with me with my situation. And understood my confusing financial transaction and was super compassionate. I recommend anyone who wants to buy jewelry, go to pawn one on division! And ask for Matthew he will help you out more than you expect. Thanks again for the A+ customer service. I will be returning there in the future for all of my jewelry purchases.

I have purchased several pieces of music equipment from this Pawn Shop and 2 of my purchases, 1 being a pdp drum set and the other being a blackstar HT stage 60 tube amp. Well the tube amp needed tubes put in it less than a month after I bought it. The drum set had a hole in the kick drum body as well as several other issues and my band members all said i got ripped off. Neither the drums or guitar amp were a great deal before discovering the major flaws, they were fair at best and then after finding the major flaws I was angry I got ripped off twice on over a $1000 in used equipment. The service is very good and they have a decent selection of stuff, I wish I didn't have such bad luck at this place. The people are cool that work here but I don't like garbage and I've bought a couple pieces of garbage by accident from this place.

This pawn shop is very untrustworthy they rip people off left and right they say there all about customer relations not even close . Beware if you have something in pawn they will not notify you if is due instead of making interest on it they would rather have it sitting on the floor for sale that is why this store is so packed with items that you probably don t know you have lost .. I ve spent thousands of dollars in this store and now I won t step foot in any pawn 1 from Spokane to cda .. they suck and the don t care about you in store or out of the store I was dealing with Richard and was treated like I never spent a dime there they don t live up to the post on pawn 1 website check your tickets everybody they will not hesitate to bend you over ..!!!! Went in and was not able to get assistance to view any of the items in the case. They had five or more employees working unoccupied behind the counter that I made eye contact with and said loudly with my husband we would like to look at something in the case when they just turned their heads down and avoided eye contact. The only employee that remotely made an attempt to say hello to us was an elderly man at the front door. It used to be when I would go into a pawn one employees would be very eager to speak to customers and make a sale. I had a similar experience last week at the north Monroe store. Where their employees could be Barely bothered to look up from their phones to say hello and looked unkempt and in dirty cloths.

After standing around at the gun case for more than 5 minutes while four employees stood around talking just a few feet away I gave up and walked out. The handguns were mostly bunched up on the bottom shelf, which was dark, while the top two shelves were mostly empty. That makes it pretty hard to see what they have for sale. I was very interested in one of the 9mm handguns they had with MOS mounts but since I couldn t get anyone to even talk to me that made it impossible. It used to be that when you came into pawn one they would come up and ask what they could do to help, now they just stand around showing each other their phones. What a waste of time.

Took a 1500 dollar laptop that sells used for around 800. I took it in to sell it and he only offered 250 for it. he even admitted to looking for the lowest price on ebay of all places. these guys definatly con artists the lot of them. hope they need money in the future for something dire and cant get it.

Exciting day to go shopping for me, decided pawn 1 would be the first stop to find a diamond engagement ring. Sadly, I wasnt even acknowledged at the jewelery counter as I waited for about 6 minutes then gave up and left. Just let a customer with 2k cash ready for a ring walk out of your store. Wont be back

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST, except for their sweet and amazing Jewelry staff who have amazing vibes and I just love them. I give the man with lots of tattoos a 10/10 and will always return to him specifically to BUY. With that said the buyers will give you a lowball every time, even with proof that its appraised for a higher amount. I took a very expensive ring and was offered $90 which I knew already was bogus. Took it to Double Eagle where I should have gone in the first place because I know them and love them so much (sorry guys) and they gave me almost double ($150)... please go see the people at Double Eagle, they are kind and will literally listen to your hardships and make a deal that works. The guy at Pawn 1 I have dealt with twice has either said he didnt want my item (sold a gun at double eagle for $75 over NOTHING) and now this ring as well as two other DIAMOND rings he offered me $15 for. I literally can not say enough good things about a company that strives to make deals, even though at Double Eagle I dont negotiate because I KNOW they have both partys interests in mind and have always given me more based on being a repeat customer and I have never done them wrong. This store is amazing As someone that worked at this location (recently I had to leave position due to health reasons). The staff when they are taking in something thats either a buy or sell they do extensive research and they try to give you the highest possible value they can give you. Everything is tested and clean before being put out and if anything is wrong with the item it is listed. The staff are all amazing.

they had a n64 on the website for 80 i went in asked for it they couldnt find it but looked for at least a 30-40 minutes while i was there. i then gave them my number so if they found it they could give me a call they did 30 minutes later even threw in a warrantee for free very help guys and the system worked too will be going again.

Aaron works well with the public and will help you save money. Hes knowledgeable on tools, electronics, and just about anything I could ask him. Very polite and helpful. Pawn One on the northside of town, off Division, has the most music equipment out of all the pawn shops in town. The store is organized and intuitive. Comparable to a bonafide music store. The laptop selection is nice and reasonably priced. Aaron goes the extra mile and will accommodate calling when something comes up- and thats a rare thing. Went in an hour before closing on a rainy night looking for an Xbox One with my wife and was very quickly approached by AJ. He was immediately able to answer any and all questions about the products that we were interested in. He was able to explain the condition of the console and the warranty offered. He inspected the contents of the box to ensure everything was included. I also was interested in a couple of older video games that they happened to have in stock and at insanely good prices. AJ made us feel very welcome and confident in the quality of the merchandise. We had also shopped at this location before Christmas for a stereo receiver and a subwoofer that were very VERY adequately priced and work like new. This equipment has done our music listening experience very well at home. Thanks AJ we will definitely be back!

dont go here. Brought $500 worth of stuff they offered $30. Ive been shopping and using the for years, the last 2 times Ive come in theyve tried taking advantage of the customers (me). Sold one thing to them a while back said they wouldnt be able to sell for more than $80 to get me to do it for $15, I did just to see and I come back in and theyre selling the thing for $140. Went in with six pieces of diamond jewelry, assessed by Jude, a very personable young lady. When she was finished assessing them, one of her MALE counterparts decided she didnt know what she was doing and proceeded to redo the whole order....knocking it down by $1600. She was countermanded on everything she did. I will never do business here again. The male was showing signs of control issues. She should be better respected. Why have her there to just come behind her and make her feel like she was wrong. Really poor management.

I was not only blamed for another persons actions, I was called and hrrased about what another man did and was approched at the store by the manager who has openly called me a thief said I knew the guy that took something witch I found out was a knife he said I helped him... Because the guy was trying to get some money from me I told him no and thats why Im a thief that is a lie and the manager should be replaced assuming Im a tweeker and I dont even do that stuff wow watch out for these people the business is bad!!

Purchased a TV that kept randomly turning on all on its own, I called up there, Andy with the beanie haha said, bring it back, he would try and fix it, he reset a setting on it and still did it, so he swapped me out with a little bit more of a charge for a nicer TV, and this ones working great. I would seriously recommend if you need anything, go to the pawn one on division guys, they are the best

Went in looking at random things to buy at this location. Pawn shops are supposed to be places to find good deals on stuff. This locations pricing is all over the place. For example they have a whole case of Milwaukee tools and batteries, and most identical items have different prices. Saw a fitness product that currently retails online for 99 bucks brand new, had a sticker price here of 140. Idk who is in charge of pricing things here, but get ahold of them if you want some really good drugs.

Thank you, Ari and North Spokane Pawn 1. I needed a small fridge for my older parents whose refrigerator had unexpectedly quit, and can t get a new one delivered for over a week. I live on the east coast and after calling Walmart, Lowe s, and searching Craigslist, to no avail, I reached Ari at Pawn 1. I am always greeted by name when I enter the N.Division store.. Aaron is always so very helpful and has sold me on hundreds of items over the years since I have dealt with this person.. Aaron has been very supportive on offering me warranties on the products I purchase.. I always see him on the pawn1 screen saver waving HI...what a great approach being made, This pawn shop is a very clean store, I reflect that to the great staff.. I usually see Aaron reorganizing items to make a better instore appearance and he is Proud of that message too, which it shows.. I very seldom make it out of the store empty handed.. I recommend this store to everyone, I have been in other pawn 1s and never greeted, thats why I always return to the N. Division store.. I feel that I am bragging but I feel very appreciated when someone such as Aaron takes the extra time to greet me.. a first impression is always what people remember and this person takes the extra time to greet myself even when he is with another customer .. Staff has always been gracious to me for a loan. Always gives me a fair offer. I have never purchased something that didn t run or work as anticipated. Go in often, found a brand new in box kitchen aid from Costco for way less than the regular price. (Was the perfect gift for the wife)

So I called today April 20th 2021 I was speaking with a Marcy I believe it was at the North division location she informed me that they had an Xbox one in stock and that she would put my name on it and set it aside for me I called back 30 minutes later to make sure that it all had been done correctly and they told me they didnt have an Xbox in their store at all the gentleman told me he went and spoke to everyone who was working there and no one said they spoke to me or set an Xbox one aside Im done with pawn 1 they are liars they are cheats bye-bye Im contacting the BBB

The employees have very arrogant tudes and are even confrontational. I went in looking for a pressure washer and found one I liked. Then I seen it was missing its breather assembly. Not sure why they even took this in. I asked if they could go down in price, and they said 10 bucks. LOL.. sigh..... Then I asked to see if it worked. Again, more excuses and now attitude on top of it. And she assured me of their 24 hour return policy if it didnt work I could bring it back for a full refund, only available as store credit... They didnt seem to want to even make a sale. I offered to put the machine back where I got it and got an even more hostile attitude. In my day business that treated sales and customers like that generally went out of business pretty fast. But I guess because people depend on their welfare, they have grandiose tudes and think they are better than everyone else. Last time Ill ever buy anything from them.

I give 10 stars to the jewelry manager, Monet! Not only was she professional and very polite but she went above and beyond! I highly recommend this location. I ve been a continued customer of the North Division store for 9 solid years. I ve had more loans thru them than I care to admit . Any time I ve ever needed more time to pay on my loans they are always more than happy to extend genuine kindness and compassion and do whatever they can to accommodate me. Theres no judgement here. I ve never met a single employee here who has been anything but super kind and friendly! They all know me and appreciate my business. They go out of their way to tell me how much they appreciate me and that I have an exceptional account history with them. I ve had the pleasure of working with almost , if not all the employees over the years and I can honestly say they are some of the kindest people I ve ever met. My spirits are always lifted when I leave the store- even when I have to rewrite a loan. They always seem to make my day a little brighter just by how friendly they are. And, they always offer as much as I m looking for to borrow. I m notoriously pushing it too the last minute (that s my struggle in life- procrastination). I ve pushed it too close to closing time once and would have had to pay a lot more money if I didn t pick up my loans that day. I called to tell someone I was on my way and almost there.... she didn t have to but she waited for me. I had never met her before and I was so incredibly grateful to her. This is one establishment that has got it right. I m super impressed with all the employees here if it s not clear.

Walked around, asked for good pc gaming headphones, was redirected away from the headsets i was looking at to a counter with 2 or 3 selections. Ended up picking an a10 Astro and was told the inline mic and headphones would work with pc no problem. Well i should of done some research on them right there on the spot instead of letting the guy rush me through checkout with a $5 off price if buy right now deal, because he lied. inline mic doesnt even register on the pc, as well as the splitter cable that is needed (and comes with all sets in box) wasnt included.

Top 5 in customer service experiences Ive ever had. Aaron was EXCELLENT, he went above and beyond for me while being personal and personal. He went out of his way to call every pawn 1 in our area to see if they had what I was looking for. He also made sure to interact with every other customer that came through the door while he was helping me, and made it such a great experience, even if I didnt find what I was looking for.

Went in to get an item I had pawned and pick up a television. An employee named Andy was very helpful in not only taking care of my pawn at the check stand he also assisted with demoing the television I purchased as an as is to make me more confortable with the purchase. Plus to top it all off he even carried out both my guitar and new to me 45 tv and loaded them into my car IN THE RAIN!!! This is a awesome place with good people.

Beware a faint waste of time dealt with Mark today and at least he was honest and said listen we are to make money the price is what it is. Would not even knock off two bucks an item. If I wanted to pay real prices I go to a real store with a warranty and a return policy. So I guess no more shopping there amazon has basically the same prices. What a waste of time. Good luck

I deal with the wonderful ladies at pawn ones jewelry dept. at least 2x month. Ms. Amber and Ms. Alissia provide friendly professional service EVERY TIME! I recommend that everyone looking to buy jewelry at a great price pay them a visit. You wont meet nicer ladies. The selection is great and the knowledge of product is unsurpassed. Ive been a regular Pawn 1 customer since the Marks Brothers had one store in downtown Spokane more than thirty years ago. Customer relations has always been a strong suit with this company and over the years there have been many sales associates with whom particularly pleasant relationships have developed. Jacob, at the North Division store, must now be added to this list, and I certainly hope hell be working the next time I wander in.

I called about pawning something and was told I would be given 75 dollars for it. I drove 20 minutes only to come In and have them tell me they would only do 60. So I decided to go down the road to Double Eagle and was offered 80 right on the spot.

I understand pawn shops need to make money but these guys are terrible. I have never pawned anything but was selling a ring for my sister in law. They lied and tried to rip me off for thousands of dollars....They offered me 550.00 for a platinum ring that was originally over 6800.00. And claimed there was a crack line in diamond. Oh and according to them nobody wants platinum anymore ... Unreal!! This was said by the old lady who is in charge of the jewelry I think she is a owner. Think of how many people she rips off every day. I m fine with a low ball offer but lying too. And by one of the owners. Atleast the employee I was working with seemed embarrassed by her and a decent human being. So I took the ring to coins plus , they gave me 3200.00 . And there was no cracks ,absolutely nothing wrong with the ring. I will never step a foot into another pawn one.

Pawn 1 is a terrible place to sell items, it smells terrible in there and most likely not sanitary, honestly I could not stay long. I am not over exaggerating with my words in this review, I have never gone out of my way to make a google review. I REALLY dont understand how this place has great reviews too.... yall must all be getting ripped off. I was going in there curious about selling a Micheal Kors watch that was in great condition and still in the market. I went to other pawn shops inquiring about how much it was worth and compared to pawn 1 the dude was trying to rip me off. The employee assisting me was extremely rude and obnoxious. He proceeded to make my friend and I uncomfortable by making us feel like we didnt know what we were talking about when we already did our research.

Started buying gear from them back when Bobby had just a small corner in the store but never again will I shop there. Through the years I have spent well over 10k in this location with the sales receipts to prove it. Well over a year I came with roughly $1500 in my pocket and had picked out another used electric and a Luna acoustic for my wife. I sat waiting for Dusty the sales person as he was demonstrating his chops to another customer. I resorted to pulling the cash out my pocket counting it in hopes to get him to do his job and ring me up. It was 15 minutes until closing and he asked me to come back the next day. Needless to say I went to Hoffmans music the next day and spent more. I decided to give Music corner another try last week for a small purchase of some strings, approached the counter where a visually annoyed man in his 50s or 60s stood asked him what he may have in the way of electric strings in the 8-38 or 7-38 size and he quickly told me doesnt have them, never did , never was asked for them, no one uses them. I let him know the blonde kid (Dusty) was the one who showed them to me originally a few years back. He said no, I left. I have bad arthritis and that gauge helps me keep playing. First rule of sales is to never say no, offer to order, offer alternatives, to remove the objections is the goal of sales. But to take it further, arrogance, dismissal and statements like no one uses them results in not only NO objections removed, not only no sale but a loss of a customer revealing the true nature of the counter person who is void of skills and full of rudeness. This store has declined since Bobby left. I drove down the next day to Hoffmans got my strings of which they had 2 brands in the gauge I want to choose from. The salesman there remarked how they blast through those and need to get more. The face of retail is changing, I can order from Amazon and even pick it up next door to Pawn1 at the Amazon locker in their parking lot.

Have been going to pawn shops for years but Pawn1 is always a favorite stop. Ive been to all of the local locations and always encounter friendly employees, a clean store, and some decent deals. I have witnessed some interesting customers who think their items should fetch top dollar and get testy or stupid when it doesnt happen but the staff remains professional. On Apr 27th I went in looking for Bass pedals..this store has a wide range of pedals in cabinets...A man behind a monitor asked if he could help me...I asked if These were all used pedals...No he said they are new and used...I asked if there was seperate areas for new and used,...He said No they are all mixed up...I asked if the bass pedals were in a seperate area,,he said no they are all mixed up..still slouched behind the monitor......He asked what I had in mind, I said well there are hundreds of pedals for bass, but asked if there were any of the newer Ampeg bass pedals,,,Still slouched behind the monitor he said , well he didnt think so... At that point I just turned around and left, and I will not return... On previous stops there, there was a very helpful fellow who actually came out to talk to you..

My weddi g ring set had lost its main stone. They were very helpful and looked through all their inventory to see if they had a stone that would fit, mind you t was not bought from them originally. They had on and gave me a great deal on the stone and the repair. My husband and i will celebrate 19 years of marriage soon and i now get to have my ring on when we do.

I brought it in and said I found a ring and I wanted a price quote and his eyes got all big and said its worth about 6,000 -8,000 then got silent then said this is a co workers of mines ring Im confiscating it so we called the cops if the story is true Im glad I was able to give you your ring. BUT! . thats not whats going on I will not let you profit off me .

I wanted to say that the experience that Ive had with Music Corner in buying guitar gear, amplifiers, and using the guitar service shop has been nothing less than outstanding. I would like to recognize Jules St. Claire, as he is fantastic to work with....the rest of the guys there are great too! While Ive been a long time patron of Guitar Center (and to honest, Ive had good dealings with them) and have bought multiple guitars, amps, etc there....but, I will be doing all my music shopping/service in the future with MC, as it simply offers really excellent selection high end products, superior customer service, and unbeatable prices/deals. I wish I would have found this place sooner. Great job Jules and crew....very good doing business with you!
