Gotta give a shout out to the best pawn shop in town! Ive previously left a 5 star review but had to give another one. The manager at this pawn shop absolutely has the best customer service skills I have come across. There are very very few pawn shops I enjoy going into, actually only one, this pawn 1. I frequent this pawn shop and I am absolutely never ever disappointed. They treat you like family and value your business. They are willing to make deals and are in my mind very fair and realistic. All the other pawn shops in town leave a bad taste in my mouth when I leave. But at this pawn 1 I walk out with a smile 99% of the time. The manager is hands down the best at what he does and should be the DM in my mind. But I'm glad he isn't cause then I wouldn't get to do business with him. I never ever leave more than 1 review for a business, but this is my 3rd one for pawn 1. Everyone needs to see and experience what I do Everytime I walk into those doors. If you got something to pawn or are looking for a fair deal I highly suggest checking this place out. Great deals on computers and soundbars too!

Not one to leave reviews unless warranted but could not believe how rude the employee was this Sunday afternoon. We had our car broken into and the thief took my fiancés necklace that contained his grandma’s ashes. Went to various pawn shops before Pawn 1, had no issues. Workers were extremely helpful and nice, suggested we file a police report and email a photo of the necklace to pawn shops. However, that was not the case here. Employee was degrading, refused to help, and spoke as if we didn’t have a brain. A little compassion and goes a long way in this world. Hope this guy is able to find that somewhere deep down!

I was in the market for a torque wrench capable of 475 ft lbs for use on my class A motor home. A good quality USA made torque wrench will cost $700 to $800 dollars and they go up from there! Less for China made garbage which I avoid. This Pawn 1 location had a 3/4 drive torque wrench so I called the store and talked to Nick. He gave me the part number which I took down and then did some research including on the manufacturer. I went so far as to talk to an engineer at the manufacturer before heading down and looking at the torque wrench at Pawn 1. After examining the torque wrench, I determined it to be 100% new in unused condition. I bought it for $250.00 plus tax. Amazons price is $483.00 and the manufacturers list price is $820. That's an excellent deal! Nick was receptive to questions and concerns, explained the return policy and conducted himself professionally. It was an appropriate and completely satisfactory buying experience.

Pawn 1 East will forever be the place that I buy jewelry. Nick was incredible! He provided me the most phenomenal custom service from start to finish. Words cannot describe just how beautiful my wedding ring looks thanks to the patience & dedication from Nick. Worst pawn shop ever!! The employees here are not helpful and very rude. I have not been here in awhile and now I know why I avoid this location. I would recommend going to the Hilliard location at all cost if you choose Pawn 1. Enter at your own risk! I guess be prepared to leave with something that dont work to come back to only be ridiculed to then have no choice but to take in store credit.. thats cool. I guess they were just mad because there competitor was going to sell us the same item cheaper . No hard feelings here.. just an honest review.

I was told I needed a receipt to pawn my items because they were in the original box. FYI, when you have a large collection of a type of item, thats how you take care of them and guarantee their condition and value. How about you pull up my name in your system and see if any of my past sales were questionable? No? Cant do that? Ive sold these type of items here in the past with no issues. I guess customer loyalty has no value.I asked the north side store if this was the new norm and was told it makes them uncomfortable . When I asked if I would have better luck pawning without the original box and making them looked used......click.

The guys at E. Sprague Pawn One go over and above in customer service. Please don t go here for any reason at all. The staff knowledge is a joke. They re trying to sell fake motorcycle helmets which is highly unsafe especially to new riders. Instead of addressing the safety issue they just laughed it off and talked back. I ll be making a report to the BBB

Awesome place to buy something used instead of new. Mainly if u need that tool or item that day and cant wait . But make sure u check online first to see what item is selling for. Some times some items r priced the same as or for more than a new one at a regular store or online..if u show them they sometime will negotiate with u on the price. Also, Be prepared if u pawn or sell something that they only give u 50% of the lowest price used they find and on others items even less. Even if u have receipt of item u bought a month earlier from them and now u strapped for cash they will still only give u 50% of what u paid for it from them. Even if u just pawning it.

Enormous shout out to Pawn 1 & their attentive staff! We had a very, very expensive BMX Bike taken from our home in Spirit Lake, ID while away for business. Without having any idea that it was a stolen item, they intercepted it without hesitation after of course a brief research source. Hands down the BEST pawn shop in town.. There are several Pawn 1s in Spokane, but this one is my favorite by far, and the guys that work there are really cool. I work in a VERY similar setting as them and I know times are hard right now for customer service type jobs when youre constantly taking filthy items over the counter. These guys still have a great attitude and theyre very polite. You will always be the first pawn shop I go to. Thanks for being open, I appreciate it.

Pawn One accepted musical equipment that was stolen from me years ago. It had clearly etched into it DO NOT PAWN as well as my contact info. When I filed a police report and found it in the store, it vanished from their store before the police could get there. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE CROOKS.

I went in a few days ago to look at what kind of laptops they had for purchase and was immediately helped by Adam. Adam show me a few laptops was it was a new one that just came in that caught my eye. There was a factory sealed new HP gaming laptop that just look so awesome, Adam showed me the specs and assured me this is the one I wanted. I went with his recommendation and Im very happy I decided to listen to him. Adam was awesome and answered all of my questions.

I recently had a wonderful shopping experience at this location. A lovely young lady, Taylor, has excellent customer skills. She helped guide to me as to what my daughter might like. I purchased several, very reasonably priced and very nice pieces of jewelry. Taylor cleaned them up and I was lucky enough to have them boxed. Im so happy that I chose Pawn One and that she helped me. Cant wait for Christmas morning!

got a receiver today and had problems getting sound and connections. Called a couple of times, and brought it back in where Andrew once again, went out of his way to help me as I was tired and flustered. He was the bomb today! Would have no hesitation to come back and get something else!!

had an awesome experience and a cheap one! got a apple watch and ipad for only 190 for both of them. and Nick was very nice and helpful. wasn t gonna let me leave until we knew for sure everything worked (:

I have always had a good experience when I visit the stores. One asset keeps me coming back and that is Nick Harris. Id hire him in a minute but he apparently loves what he does there at PawnOne. Great service and respect to the valued customer. Ill be back for more.

Nick, Tim and the whole crew at the store are great people to work with. They have all been friendly, helpful and easy to work. I never hesitate to stop by and shop when Im in their neighborhood. Great folks, great store to shop in. Dont pass it up.

Nick H WAS A GREAT HELP!!! Lots of knowledge on pawning and the products in the store!!!! This is the only pawn store I use!!!! So go and see Nick at pawn 1 and tell him sham sent ya!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great team and great prices. The staff there is an awesome group t work with. Being military I came in looking for some entertainment on my time home. Definitely hooked it up. Wouldn t go to another pawn store for business. Well deserved 5 stars.

They tell you lies about prices over the phone then take no credibility for there actions and then proceed to tell me they wont help me with the $20 difference on a ps4 thst they told me do i drove 20 minutes to there location to be told a different price and they wont help me becauee its tax season hahaha yeah theyre sign says stretch your tax dollars here! my ass they dont care about you trust that.

they sell broken equipment there how do i go forth to put a lawsuit against them. the cheated me out of close to $200 that came from my mom after she died from that sickness that was going around. its just heart breaking to know how careless they really are. very true story

So pawn 1 was a very respectful and helpful place, they stayed open extra to make sure we could check out a product, and sales team was nice. This was my issue. We were passing through spokane on our way to Schweitzer mt. I accidently broke my daughter beats earlier. Pawn 1 had a pair that seem reasonably price. So we stoppped as they were closing they were beats studio 2 wireless. We felt a little rushed as it was after hrs, so we just plugged them in and the sound seems good. So we purchased them. They were not charged so we could not text the wireless on them. On our way to the Mt. My daughter charged them and then found out the wireless did not work. So this is my reason for not giving a higher rating they should have test them before listing as a working pair of wireless. I appreciate that they stayed open, but in all reality we were ripped off.

This is hands down the best Pawn 1 location in Spokane! The manager, Nick, is smart, bright, and above all knows that this business is about developing good relationships. The saying, people dont care how much you know, until they know hoe much you care!, Has never ran more true than it has with Nick and his staff. They look beyond just the dollars and sense and focus on reciprocity....because they know that loyalty and trust is what will separate them from the competition. I made the mistake of going to another location because I was under time constraints. It only took one time for me to learn that lesson that not all Pawn shops and not all Pawn 1 shops have the same focus and attention to building the right culture. I will down drive past 3 Pawn 1 locations that sre closer to me and go to Nicks store cause its worth it. Now, i know they probably wish that all of the stores delivered the same quality experience wherever you go, but that will only happen when you get more people like Nick or promote Nick to a role dedicated and focused on building the right culture across all locations. Keep up the great work there!

They have a great staff of hard working people who are very knowledgeable about the industry. They are very friendly and knows how treat his customers. If you need a great pawn shop/person to see go talk to Nick.
