Pawn 1 Spokane Valley

I hate to say this but today was most likely my last visit to this pawn 1 besides going back to retrieve my 1 item currently there. I went in to get a loan on an item that I did my research on and it variable sold on ebay for 339 dollars. I was asking for 140 loan. Now I know there are a lot of factors that go into it. I take all those into account. The item was perfect flawless and even more I have a clean record with this place. I've pawned many times and gotten every single item out . That should make all the difference. But to not only deny me my asking price but also offer an insultingly low price? To a loyal customer who has had no delinquents there? Bad move... I'm a very humble man but I'll say this. You lost out on a good, easy customer today... good luck to you guys going forward.

I had brought in earrings that I had picked up at a garage sale recently marked 750 (18k) then 1226 Italy. They weighed 12.5grams in total. They employee told me that they have little gold but they were also mixed with platinum based on him seeing only 226 (meaning platinum in his assumption) and 750. I told him that it was 1226 which was nothing more than the makers mark. He wouldn't even test them after I had asked him to do so as I know gold very well and work with gold a lot! He refused and told me that he has no interest and would have t separate the "platinum from the gold" which is something they don't do. There was not even a hint of platinum
in them not was there any indicator of it. He was assuming or just straight too lazy. Took them to Ye Old Hockshop on Trent and they gave me just about $500 for them after a simple acid test!!! Learn the ropes of precious metals Pawn 1 and do your job!!!

I decided to bring it down (knowing I was losing out decently on my i9-12900KF with the RTX 3060ti 12GB VRAM) and when I got there with the whole setup, being the 32" Dell Curved Gaming Monitor, Full RGB Aluminum Keyboard, Razor Cobra Pro RGB Gaming Mouse, Steelseries Headset, HyperX Quad cast S RGB Condenser Microphone, and PC, they wouldn't go above $500. I packed up and walked out. The reason to call for a quote is so your time isn't wasted, not to try to take advantage of someone after you already quoted them at another price. I went to the Pawn One in Hayden Idaho and got $800 for the setup. The name of the manager who lied was Hailee.

I found my dream ring at the valley Pawn1. We were helped by a SUPER sweet man and he said it had been there for MONTHS so he offered us $450. I decided to wait and think on it until after Christmas. I went back today on 2/22. I was sooo happy to see it was still there. The “boss lady” offered me $550 and then proceeded to tell me “well should have bought it then” in the snobbiest attitude I’ve ever heard. I would have bought it anyways if I was treated like a human. So upsetting. I will never buy from that store again. Entirely unprofessional and quite honestly disgusting. I had been dreaming of that ring and she RUINED the whole experience for a ring that obviously isn’t going to sell anyways.

DONT DO BUSINESS HERE. Just so everyone reading this knows,I am not a person who complains. I get things done,.so the right thing,.and always helpful and polite. I am from out of town for my sons soccer tryouts and walk in just now to buy a snowmobile trailer, cash, which is located in their storage, a block away. I offer to pay now, do the paperwork, and pick it up anytime today or tomorrow. The manager on the clock says nope, we dont have enough staff and hes the only one with a code, so he cant leave the store. Let it be known, there are 3 people working behind the counter!? So, then I offer to meet him at 6pm today after he locks up the store, to run over to the storage (a block away), and he said he cant do that either. I asked why, and he said he needs to lock up the store!!! Lol, Ah...yeah...I get that, thats why I meet you in the parking lot after you lock up the store, and we go grab it from storage which is a block away. Nope I cant do that, but we can arrange something this week.(he says) Ok,.again, I live 6 hours away...he didnt care. This is the future of our workforce people, and its sad how this will affect small business in the future. And, its boiling down to how our government organizes handouts. People need support but its sadly unorganized and its killing our economy and workforce. Its producing laziness, no work ethic, and no want to go the extra step to get things done... and this guy is a manager? Shocking...

Always go here first when Im looking for video games, systems, or accessories for my systems. If they dont have it they will help you track it down, usually. They offer protective plans so I feel better about buying a used system, and I always get a decent amount of games for the prices I would end up paying for new games somewhere else.

The workers here are incompetent. I brought in a condenser microphone and they tried to plug it into an amplifier to use and then embarrassed me by telling me in front of everyone that it was broken. Condenser mics are only meant to use on a computer. Employees are rude please dont go here ever

Ive been doing business with this location since 2005 and theyve always been great, no matter if Im selling or buying. I recently had some beat up trumpets that I saved from going to the landfill and though they didnt take them, they recommended another local business that fixed and loaned to children. Anyway, all pawn 1 locations have good items and jewelry. Their north division store has a ton of instruments and all locations have always been fair and really cool!

This particular pawn shop has terrible customer relations with the general public. I say this from multiple experiences at this location. I have been lied to, I have even been turned away with gold because they did not like the design of the piece so I asked if they could test the gold for me and they refused!! And I quote its not worth my time !! besides the one other customer being helped there was no body else no lines nobody it wasnt even close to closing either. I have even been yelled at by a manager whose name starts with the letter H for locking my bike up to the handle of a lawnmower outside. And they are over priced. The over all feeling I get at this location is they are very snobbish.

Best! Place to get a loan on anything, I pawned my car title they gave me exactly what I was asking for and they took care of my car, got it back and it was exactly like I left it. Apparently my previous review was deleted. They didnt bother to check to see if the device they were selling even had a working charging port. It was not sold as is either. By the time I figured out that the charger was bunk, I was already out of my *24 hour exchange window*. Highly unimpressed and will never buy from this particular pawn 1 again.

I had to give you one star but I would actually like to give you no stars . Worst service iv ever had in my life. I went into pawn one and wanted to sell something and I got low balled extremely. It was to the point where I walked out . I went somewhere else and got a way better price way more fair. Poor poor service I will never tell people to come to your store I will always tell people about the low quality in customer service your company provides to the public.

I bought a switch game from pawn 1 for a Christmas present and my son had opened it and said he one. We went back to see if we could exchange it and Armand had called around to other stores trying to help switch out game for another. He sent us to the Sprague store where Steve not only switched it out for a different game but he let us pick a movie to make up for the cost difference between games. I will definitely be coming to pawn 1 in the future

My guitar and case were in mint condition when I pawned them . I redeemed on June 8 and the case was scuffed and had a bunch of dirt on it. When I pointed this out to the worker, he said What do you expect, its a pawn shop? I replied I expect that my $1000 guitar and case will not be mistreated. I will no longer do business here. You shouldnt either.

Employees have substandard customer skills. Its really bad dealing with them. They sell broken over-priced junk then have the audacity to have a condescending snotty attitude with people. I can afford to buy anything I want in there and I stop in once in a while looking for a bargain and for something I might like to have at a good price, but they dont have that. Besides that, the workers act like its a privilege to talk to them because we are wasting their precious time. Ive gone in that store a dozen times because my shop was close, but I experienced the poor attitude EVERY SINGLE TIME. The place is a joke with over-priced broken JUNK!! Not recommended.

If it was possible to give them minus five stars I would do it. My husband and I got ripped off by a corporation and found ourselves in a position of needing some money. My husband pawned His World War 1 ought 6. The gentleman behind the counter when he went to pick it up told him it was a 10-day waiting. But what he failed to tell is that the paperwork adds an extra day even though the state law states 10 days the paperwork adds another day and he failed to tell my husband that he told him to come back on the 6th of November so he did then he tells my husband to sign the paper and then comes back and says oh I cant give it to you till tomorrow. So basically the employee straight lied to his face told him to come back in 10 days and failed to tell him about paperwork adding an extra day on top of the state law. I called and confronted him and he said he never said that lied again. I asked him for the corporate number and he said find it yourself and hung up on me so I Called back and stated yeah the a-hole I was just talking to refuse to give me the number and hung up on me he told me that he was the a-hole and hung up on me again. So we waited another 24 hours on top of the 10 days and got my husbands rifle back with big gouges in the Walnut stock that werent there so they mistreated my husbands antique rifle. I found out that Pawn 1 is a franchise and I am contacting the franchise owner today they will be hearing about this and I suggest that you never Pawn anything with these people especially Firearms cuz they will straight lie to your face. The store manager even threatened to keep the gun even after my husband paid the loan and the interest he threatened to keep it keep something thats not his.

This is the best Pawn Shop in town in my experience. The customer service has always been kind and professional. I m one of those customers that will call and want to know every ps4 videogame or blue-ray in their case, and so far they have happily obliged. I ve purchased everything here; video games, instruments, power tools and even a tv and a laptop. The one time I had a problem with their product they were quick to rectify the situation and made the process smooth and painless.

The staff are always very polite, friendly and helpful. Ive bought a few items from there and they took money off from the sale price because it didnt have a working remote. The only set back is when they are very busy you will have to stand in line and wait for a while, which can be difficult if you are there to sell or pawn something big or heavy. My advice is to keep any big heavy objects in the car until you get someone to look at it. They will even go outside to your car and help you with it.

After having a tough day, I went to pawn my laptop for a few days and locked my keys in my truck. I was so frazzled and panicked to say the least cause I didnt know who to call to help me. Now that Im writing this, I wish I gathered names but the the gentleman who checked me out was super friendly and took care of me faster than I could have imagined and asked people in the shop to help me open my door. The gentleman who helped me outside was so incredibly sweet and did all he could to retrieve my keys when the lock couldnt be popped by taping wires together for a makeshift hook. Idk the day started super crappy but these people really helped me out the other day and I wanted to share my experience for anyone looking for a reputable pawn shop with stand up people. Their Northside location is pretty cool too.

Most peoples comments are unreasonable. Many seems to have forgotten pawn shops are in it to make money. And to be honest some people Ive Seen bring in crap. Thats why they dont want your stuff. Ive seen them turn away shady people and anything that might be stolen if its reported then the person usually gets it back but I digress. Ive only purchased items from them never pawned. But over the last 5 years going into the hilliard store, and the valley location ive had great deals on everything from guns to gold. Thanks guys.

Tried to pawn my lawn mower at one pawnshop and they told me they would not loan on it! Took it straight to a different pawn one witch gave me my asking loan????? It sucks that you would have to go to more than one of the many shops they have just to get a loan! Whats with that pawn one???? It just depends on who you get and what kind of mood they are in I guess. Poor customer service. But when you finally find someone willing to work with you they are ok I guess two stars! Sorry guys

Ive been shopping at pawn one for almost 20 years now and they have always treated me right. I love the fact that they are always willing to work with me on anything. Their prices are better than any other pawnshop and they respect their customers unlike other pawnshops. They have become more like family then just friends.

Bought a surround system for my home. They said they warranty them for 30 days, and they test them before they buy them. Get it home, and the sub doesnt work. My options are $20 back for the sub, which makes the speakers WAY over priced or store credit for the entire set back, and I dont want to give up the speakers. Obviously the manager she called to ask has no idea how pricing on surround sound components work. The people in the Pawn 1 down the street are much more knowledgeable.

Bought 3 xboxes with 70+ games within 3 days great products and prices unless supervisor Shannon is working. Wont work with prices and very rude and short tempered. Cost over $100 in sales lost tonight just from me! And informed me that being a repeat customer didnt have any bearing I will not return. if shes on duty run as fast as you can or else!

Wife and I do most of our pawn shop business at this store. Been customer for years. Yes it can be bad at times but ive been most pleased here. Others down the road are horrible compared to this store.

WAY overpriced, especially on blu rays. Even other Pawn 1 locations are more realistic. Drive a few more miles up to the other Sprague location.

So very rude. Went there to buy a TV. Waited forever before I got help. It seemed to be an inconvenience to the female manger that was helping me. Its your job to help customers. After all that waiting the least you could have done was apologize for the wait not be rude to me when I was trying to buy from you. But dont worry I took my money else where.

Laughable. The store sells junk. The ultimate promblem is there manager. She may try hard to come off knowledgeable but couldnt find her way out of paper bag. I was in there the other day some guy was trying to sell his halo camera she tried to spit out these technical specs. Mind you after looking it up online. Now she was an expert. I just laughed. And there music gear is crap. Dont buy it go down the road to fingerswagger and save yourself from buying broken equipment. Stay informed and avoid this location. Its a mess and needs new management desperately.

The young lady behind the counter was so argumentative about what phone was the best ...i phone...or Samsung galaxy s series...ect. and wile I was making a good point to the discussion at hand the rest of the crew came over and all agreed that if you did not own some kind of I phone that that person would be wasting there life anytime they were using that phone because their like so much better in every way...and that was there argument too the end...God people like that are......well....U-NO..... anyway store was ok but horrid and meaningless service that would have sucked some part of my soul from me forever if it had not been for my very good trusty brother Inlaw saying to me the golden words Ill never forget as long as I live...he said....LETS GO EAT. saving my life.
