We worked with Nikki Benson and her team at Caliber Home Loans, and it was a great experience. Nikki and her team were very responsive and responded to all our questions in a very timely manner. As first-time home buyers, we had a lot of questions, and they were always happy to help us understand the whole process. Nikki has a good relationship with our realtor and it was overall a great experience.

Also, we had heard about how difficult the process of getting a loan could be, but honestly it felt pretty easy with Nikki and her team. They were super clear on everything they needed from us, and they were quick on everything, from the pre-approval to closing.

I am real estate broker in the local area, and Jon was always great about communicating with me throughout the transaction. In early 2022, Rick King and Robert King worked with me to underwrite a loan based on income from 2 part-time employers, both of which had been negatively affected by the 2020-2021 COVID lockdowns. I received major wage raises and hours increases at both jobs in the latter half of 2021, so my income expectations for 2022 and onward were very different from my income history during the qualifying window of 2020-2021 (about 50% higher, considering both the substantial wage raises and the end of lost hours from lockdowns). While the other lenders I tried wouldn t work with me, Rick King shepherded my case through Underwriting and got me a loan amount that had buying power and comfortable repayment terms. He also kept me informed about how to interpret my buying power in a condo market with HOA dues, and stayed supportive as I switched real estate agents in the middle of my housing search. Five stars. Would recommend .. have already recommended.

Great doesnt begin to express the level of service I received with Nikki Benson and her team. I reached out to Nikki months before I went home shopping and she sat down with me and explained the process and crunched the numbers, so I was prepared. Before that conversation I didnt know if it was even possible for me to buy. When I was ready, Nikki and Katy were there every step of the way. Her system is so streamlined and smooth, and they made everything clear and easy. Danny To is a consummate professional. He is friendly, efficient, responsive, and reliable. We worked with Careses team during our latest home purchase involving a super jumbo loan. Carese and her team were extremely professional, organized, responsive, transparent, and super friendly throughout the full process. And they got us a really great rate, which made the entire process just wonderful. Right from the beginning Carese laid out all the various loan options for us through a super detailed Excel spreadsheet, with all monthly payments and down payment fully broken down and all additional fees and expenses clearly called out. We felt that we had a ton of options and fully understand what we were getting into. As we were waiving financing in our home offer we wanted to make sure we were working with someone to close the deal without surprises, and Careses team did a fantastic job at that. We had a lot of small unusual situations (e.g. we had just moved multiple times over the past few months, had an LLC, etc). Carese and her team effectively helped us work through all of it and were super quick and organized to get us pre-approved and work towards pre-underwriting. They gave us plenty of heads up to get all the necessary documents, help us draft all letters of explanation, guided us through certain nuances with bank statements and other complicated situations, and had a great process to collect all the necessary information. And they have super easy and secure tools available to submit all the necessary documents. Couldnt have asked for more. Got a great rate and a super great service. Could not have been a better experience. Michelle and her team worked constantly and incredibly fast to make my loan happen. Accurate spreadsheets of different possibilities, instant response time by phone or email. Most amazing was on a Monday evening, when I needed to know whether I could safely escalate my offer on a place, and I had about 30 minutes to find out, she interrupted her dinner to make it work. If not for that response time, I would have lost the place by $5000. Ive never had such a good experience with a lender.

I had a great experience working with Hans and had superior service. 2021 was a tough market to buy a home for first-time buyers especially. He explained all the fine details of the process, answered all my questions, and always followed up with me. Hans was on top of things and available via email, text, a phone call to prepare customized preapproval letters. We were able to close the deal earlier because Hans prepared all the docs from day one. I would recommend Hans to feature home buyers.

Buying a home can be an overwhelming process and super confusing, specially in our case (me and my wife) as it was our first house ever. Julie and team made this process transparent, easy to understand and fast. Julie was always available to support, clarify questions, provide deep insight in the process details, etc - There is nothing I would complain about, I will for sure work with Julie and Caliber again if needed and definitely recommend their services to friends and family.

Rick and Robert from Caliber Home Loans were fantastic! Rick took the time and met with us via Zoom for our initial meeting and explained everything to us very clearly and listened to our concerns and needs. He put together estimates of different loan options and amounts. Both Rick and Robert answered all my million annoying questions along the rest of the process and made the whole loan approval process very straight-forward. My fiancé and I are first time home buyers, and our experience with our loan officer, Tim, was amazing!! Tim went above and beyond with us with the house buying process, and we can t recommend him enough! We asked so many questions, and he remained kind, clear, and professional. Not once did we feel uncomfortable sharing any financial questions, concerns, or any clarifying questions in general with Tim, which I think is an important feat when working with a loan officer. In 2020-21 market we attempted to buy a home 5 times, being outbid each time. Timeliness was very important, and Jon was there for us each time we needed prompt pre- approval letter. Finally, after learning how to buy a house in a highly competitive market when review dates cause bidding wars, with Jon s help, we got the house. I just closed on a home within 1 month of touring. Im really happy with Cameron Murray as my lender. He has a great working relationship with my agent Fletch Newland and the 2 of them worked very quickly. Cameron is very responsive over text and email during the buying process.
