This is a great chain of stores but this one is special in my opinion!
As a mechanic on a budget this place helps me further myself in my career big time.
Easy going people with a lot of respect for anybody who walks in and they work with you as much as possible every time.
I will be a customer forever and am very fortunate to have this location so close to me.
A true 5 star store any day!

Shannon has been here for many years, and she definitely knows her stuff. If you ever need something, she usually has all the info right there at the top of her head. She is outgoing and friendly, and I love going in here and seeing a friendly face. She will always try to get you the most of what she can for your things. I guess that's why she is the manager. The Marysville location was quite nice. There displays were neat and easy to search through made for easy shopping. They offered a wide range of movies and electronics, jewelry, etc . The tall friendly associate Jonathan was very helpful, he knew exactly how to help me and answered all of my questions simply and efficiently. His warm smile and generous personality gave me a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend this location.

I have been shopping at Cash America since they opened in Marysville. I shopped at the location across the street before. When they were under a previous name. I’ll tell you it has been nothing but my absolute pleasure to do business with The management and staff at the Marysville location. I have a list, my arm lengths long of items that I have bought from there and still have to this day . I’ll tell you they greet you every time you walk in the door and they let you know they see you even though they’re helping other customers. I take in a brand new jl audio subwoofer with enclosure that retails for 549 and they offer me $60 saying they wont get much for it and it will take awhile to sell. They used to be fair but now its legal robbery taking advantage of people that are hard up. STAY AWAY

This place is now a joke, been going there for years using my Tribal id, even got a loan using my Tribal card just last week on some games, just went to go pick them up all of a sudden I cant because the manager says the NEVER have accepted tribal Id, I was a good customer Im never going back to this place again!! Terrible place and customer service, the older falsely accused me of saying this place is a scam after walking out the door after being offered 60 bucks a guitar and amp that is worth 350 alone, the older lady told me to shut my mouth and own up to me saying that and she repeated that 4 times to me. After coming back again that very same day, but in reality this place really is a scam the workers are terrible the prices are terrible and talk about out dated items in poor condition they sell them. For the love of god never waste your time going here.

The most horrible experience! Went in last week to sell my top of the line Hilti hand tools worth 1500 they offered me 220 but I passed on it. Then I go in today and another lady who didn t no nothing only wanted to give me 100 telling me the last lady quoted me wrong! Then when I ask her what site they look the tools value on she said eBay so I open up eBay and showed her to her face that she was a fat lie and I put her in her place! In what world can you buy 8 power tools with 2 battery s and a charger for a 100 dollars! Please people do not do business with them!

So I deleted my post on my firearms purchase . I was accidentally misinformed. The manager made it a point to contact me had me come down and took care of me and did a full refund on my firearms that I purchased. I had a denial due to the new Washington state laws and now have to have them taken care of again, this was no-fault of the pawnshops or mine. I am a valid CPL holder. and could purchase firearms. However, like I said, a employee had misinformation and I my battery bill and just want to turn it into a good review because they went above and beyond to make it right into care of me Shannon and Keira are great people and they always try to look out for the best interest of their customers I can attest to that.

Be careful and pay attention! Cash America clearly doesnt look closely enough at what theyre buying before they do. Just purchased a game that I dont know a ton about and I get it home to find out that its supposed to have two discs and it wont work without the other one - also I cant return it. Sucks, too because everybody here is pretty nice.

Very nice and helpful employees that work there may ask any question you like and they shall help you for what they have e senf you to one of there other stores with address. I have bought many different kinds of tools there for at work being a technician working on many different cars and scanners pressure testers going here has cost me a great deal less that the tools trucks themselves 900.00 Master fuel pressure tester through them I got it for 421.32 a Mac Tools Master set and much more

This place is a joke. Definitely run by SCAM artist. They will offer you the lowest price in the world. So low that it doesn t even make sense. They give you maybe $5 on a lucky day for basically everything, which is less money than a coffee from a coffee stand. You re better off selling on FB marketplace. I ll never visit this shop again. I went in and waited for fifteen minutes at the jewelry counter. No one acknowledged me I was completely ignored. The three employees helped other customers who came in after me. Very poor customer service.

Ive been going there for quite some time Ive been pounding my Xbox and all the sudden I have to take my privacy code off not just give it to them.. Thats the only thing that guarantees that when I pay I get it back and still has my stuff on it.. either get all your employees on the same policy or You can lose a lot more customers

I ve been coming here for years. It s the only pawn shop I go to. Shannon and her staff always make me feel welcome and comfortable no matter what I m bringing in. Daniel is very knowledgeable, super fast and gives me a great deal. DEFINITELY ask for him when you come in. It s worth the wait to deal with someone who always makes you feel at ease, as it is always stressful pawning things. They also have a lot of cool things for sale and layaway . I seem to somehow find something to buy when I pick up my items!

Had cash to buy some rifles. Get told that Daniel can help me. He says he doesn t know anything about rifles, which is fine because they are clearly labeled behind the counter and I just need him to read what s on the labels but dude just walks off. That s kinda just rude on a human level but aright. Least he coulda done is do his best instead of not even giving any effort at all. These kids need to know that In a customer service work environment, they don t need to know the answers to be helpful. But you do need to be available to try your best for the customer even when they know that they don t know anything about the subject matter. Sure Daniel didn t do the right thing but who s training this kid? Someone needs to be a better leader in that store.

I have been buying guns here since they started selling them last summer. It was a little slow at first but my wait time now is next to nothing.. I tried purchasing a single shot 22 bolt action rifle for my son at cabelas earlier this year and my background check timed out 3 times before I gave up and went back to Cash America to find him a birthday present there. These guys are absolutely amazing. I highly recommend them for any of your gun purchases.

Shout out to Shannon and Devonte for providing me with such amazing customer service, but most of all showing complete compassion and kindness towards me during these hard times. I sold my guitar to them today, this is also my first time being here. They not only gave me the best price for it with the economy as is, but they were so kind to offer me Layaway and other ways of payments to help me get it back. I had this guitar for 15 years, and I really hated myself for having to pawn it. But these guys are straight up the only ones that recognized sellers s remorse, and told me to call them when they put it on the market for sell, so that I may claim it once again when Im in a better situation. This place has made a long lasting impression on me, and from now on, this is the only pawn shop I will go to. To everybody whos shopping around for good pawn shops, look no further. These guys have something that is missing from all other shops, compassion. And thats far more impactful than money.

This place is clean and has enough workers to move the line fast. In and out about 50 mins. Completely normal when testing a air compressor. After a full test and some fast paper work we are on or way out to lunch.

Daniel was a huge help getting a loan in my time of need. In these uncertain times were living in its nice to know there are places like this with employees that care about the customer when its already embarrassing having to use your possessions for a loan to get by, but there was no judgement here. He got me and my stuff in the system quick and I was on my way in under 10 min. 0/5 READ if considering shopping at this store. Do NOT buy from here. Very unprofessional management. I Bought a handgun and was told it usually takes about a week or two to get the paper work handled and it s taken almost two months. I even had to come in after work and re do all the paperwork/background checks because they expire after a month. These people are liars they blamed the police department on being untimely I talked to the records department multiple times they said they have had many issues and complaints with this store. The manager Shannon threatened that I would lose my initial down payment of $350 on the gun multiple times for problems on their end.

Just go to lizzys pawn a few parking lots up the road. You wont have to stand in line for an average of 30 min and if your buying a firearm it doesnt take an hour to do the background check. the employees at cash America work at a pace slower than a snail, what takes me normally 15 min at lizzys takes me an hour and a half at cash America. I swear the only reason this place is still open is as long as the items arent stolen they will take anything the tweakers bring in

Every time I go in there shannon is very rude to me just went in with my.Honda power washer that I had in there before they had.me.waiting for 20 minutes then I forgot you had to take a viedo and shanmon said Oh no we cant take the power washer absolutely not it seems to me like she doesnt like people of.color she knows that I wouldnt bring somthing in that doesnt work exspecially since I.lost 200 dollars.to them on a.law away I see that other individuals jave.been ripped.off especially when it.comes.to jewerly. Nice of them to completely take advantage of someone who doesnt know jewelry and list it for more than 4x what you guys would be willing to give for a loan to someone with a 70% pick-up rate. I has been paying for an item on layaway. Today I had the opportunity to go in and buy the item. The manager informed me that I was 4 days late and that the money I have paid is forfeit. I explained that because of the virus I couldnt get in 4 days afo. So, they keep the money and retain the item.durung this time our country doesnt need excessive greed and this time of business ethic is just so #!!!$@# up!!! I intend to contact corporate and other relative agencies to get this business exposed.

I went in the other day with 2 rings clearly marked 14K inside the band and they even tested the gold and proceeded to tell me that they were not real. The next day I took my rings to Bellevue rare coins where they confirm they are indeed real gold and paid me over $100 for the 2 rings. Do not take your gold to cash America, they clearly do not know what they are looking at

Worst. Pawn shop. Ever. Went in with a BRAND NEW Xbox One X Battlefield 5 bundle, still had the box and everything, and the manager wanted to give me $130 for it!!! Less if I sold it to them not pawn. When they have the Xbox one, in horrible condition, on their shelf for sale at $300. They are stealing from everyone!!!! Do NOT go to this location unless you want to lose your stuff and have no money to show for it. The manager lady, doesn t even know how to turn on/off a laptop. You re better off selling your stuff to a drug addict on state street.

Good prices, got a kitchen aid stand mixer for 125 looked barely used. Let me test it out and and got three attachments. Very attentive employees, only complaint would be it smelled a little weird inside the store, probably from tools.

Yeah I just went in there wanting to buy a new bow for myself and I bring my business there all the time I asked some dude with a man bun who works there give me a hand he said hes going to grab a ladder right away and be right with me as he was taking his time putting me on the back burner three kids came in and he immediately went to them and gave them a hand with some jewelry they are trying to sell and just completely ignored me which is completely rude.. I will never be going in there again have lost my business. Which makes it even worse because I have spent close to $4,000 buying merchandise from them. Cash pawn thank your employee with the man bun for that..

The Manager Bailey at this location on state in marysville wa is an absolut rude woman. She was supposed to be showing me tvs sge showed me 1 i asked her if she can tell me the price on another tv she would not even get on stool and look for me she wouldnt let me test rhe other so iasked to see another and she cut me off and said oh theres a line i need to go help these other people so your going to have to wait for abother sales peraon to help. When i first arrived in the store she helped 3 other people that came in after me and made me stand there holding a tv i was returning. I boight it on the 14th of may it was suppose to be a smart tv but it did not work as a smart tv so i wanted to see if they had another that worked right and this is when she treated me as if i wasnt important. I was there to spend money and got blown off. Bailey is very rude and disrespectful and in mu opinion she should not have the title of manager because as a customer sge should of treated me respectfully and she did not. I will never return to thos store again ive spent alot of money there and no longer will. I am also letting my family and friend know not to shop there any longer due to the way bailey treats her customers. One of employees even told me thats how she treats alot of people and many have complained about her as well.

Worst pawn shop I have ever been to and Ive been to a lot all around the country. Bad customer service and they dont service active duty military. They have a sign outside the entrance stating no hoods, no sunglasses, and no hats but nowhere does it say they dont help active duty military. I waited in line for 30 minutes for them to tell me they dont help active duty military members because if we go on deployment and leave our stuff in the pawn shop it could cause a problem. If I didnt get my stuff out of the pawn shop before I go to war for our country thats my dumb a** fault and obviously I dont want the stuff just like if someone moves out of state and has stuff in the pawn shop they left. Obviously they didnt want it so now its the pawn shops. Thats how it works and us as active military personnel no that. Thanks for nothing Cash America.

I love this place I go back every chance I get I know some/most of the employees and very good friends with them. And not only that if you have a good history with them they will go above and beyond to help you get the max on what ever ur pawning and if they can on some/most of the items in store if it has been out on floor long enough they will get u the best/lowest price they can!!!! I LOVE this place and go back every chance I get and I highly recommend anyone and ever one I know n dont know to go to cash America pawn the 1 in Marysville on state st. And the one on evergreen way n 128th lynnwood washington.!!!!

Very professional team that works well with each other, they have best rates in town, a 30 day grace period and have made me feel valued as a customer taking the time to explain how everything works and letting me know that they want to build that relationship with their clients. This not only makes me feel better about my pawned items, whatever they might be are being well protected, but knowing that I m going to get closer to what I ask for if not what I ask for when getting a pawn loan. Maybe not all the time, but out of the whole crew of all that I have been helped by so far have made me feel welcomed and are knowledgeable about everything I have brought in so far and shown their willingness to help. Like they told me just do your best to stay 100 with them and they will do the best they can for you! Will definitely be a returning customer!

She wouldnt give me a,loan on my new amp worth 380 dollars cause I needed the recipt from guitar center I ask if she call said no I need to get a paper receipt all my bikes gotten stolen in Marysville to brand new allium genis disc brake green forks 6 foot man bike and a new huffy hope they want recipt s for everything if its new she said. This place is about as average as you can get for a pawn shop. They have just about everything you could want save firearms. The people are friendly and the place is clean. The items on the shelf are usually marked at a price just below retail for a new item. Occasionally though you can find a good deal. Where they shine is their DVD and game prices. These are comparable or less than the prices for similar games at a Game Stop or other used retailer. Unfortunately you have to flag someone down to get the items, then go wait in another line to buy them. It takes a while to buy things here. The people are usually very friendly, but the constant wait for service does make the visit drag on.

What exactly do expect lol its a pawn shop of course there going to low ball you. Selection isnt too bad theres an angry woman awaiting to scream at you when you walk through door. Other than that dysfunctional fun for the whole family.

Ive always had a decent experience. These employees deal with serious scum bags and a holes. They have heard every excuse and some, so they are hard butts, who can blame them? They get extremely busy and packed at times.if your in line you are first come first serve. If you are walking around the store it can seem like forever to be served but if u get in line you will be helped. The line is for being served!! If thou walk in and there is a long line, expect to wait. The people in that line will be helped before you. Its the first come first serve rule. You get helped after those who are already waiting. I think they could use more staff though during busy times. They get overwhelmed and waiting more than 10-15 min to be helped is a bit crazy. Or implement the take a numbersystem again.

Worst place to do business. Originally when I first got the loan on a white gold with 44 diamonds necklace the guy said hed give me $10 for it. I told him Ive been doing business with Bothell and have always got $100 then after calling he did it. So insulting. Then a month later when I went to pick it up, the staff was incredibly rude to me and my kids. Made me wait and only acknowledged people buying or trying to get a loan. I was just trying to pick up my item. I will never go there again!

If you like waiting in line for an hour or two then this is the place for you. Also, if you enjoy getting next to nothing for your things and being charged sometimes twice as much as a product is worth, please stop on by. The employees specialize in disregarding the volume of customers in the store, taking a ridiculous amount of time to complete a transaction, and lowballing customers. Sorry folks, you have to pay an entry fee of your dignity to enter.

We have been shopping here since before it became Cash America. The lines are always long and no one seems in a real hurry to fix that problem but after today I realized this is the least of their problems. My husband recently got a set of 10in Memphis audio subwoofers in a custom embroidered box. He had used some speakers he already had for trade towards the total. He got them home and couldnt hook them up immediately but he knew his friend was looking for a system so he sold the one he was replacing and used the money to buy a German Maestro D1.1000 Amplifier that would work with the subs he had just purchased. He hooked up the new subs and low and behold, one was blown. Do they even check these things when taking them in? If they do, they had to know they sold him crap. When he brought it back in to trade for something comparable, they told him he would only get approx. two thirds back in store credit. It seems to me that if you sell broken junk, whether due to ignorance or failure to follow what I would assume is procedure and check incoming products for faults before putting them out for unsuspecting customers, you should try to make it right when said long time customer feels cheated due to your ineptitude. Ended up with a set that is nowhere near as good and wont work with the new and expensive amp. Absolutely will not be returning to this place. I prefer to buy merchandise that works.

Average place but i dont like how they have alot of stuff in the back you cant see for sale. Ill be looking for a game or a phone and they check in back and they have it. alot of the time you dont as if they have certain game so i miss out alot.
