Terrible customer service!! Dealing with a health crisis and they are continually restricting my account. And now upper mgmt is restricting my whole acct. and holding my money from me!! I am in a injury rehab facility and cannot access my money despite hours of calls! they refuse to call the facility to verify I am in fact a patient here in this area! Just keeping my money! Fortunately, I had the opportunity to speak with a local representative named Jaden, who handled my frustration with professionalism and understanding. She suggested that I visit a branch in person, which proved to be the most effective solution. At the branch, I was fortunate to meet Bianca, who went above and beyond to assist me. She demonstrated remarkable composure in addressing my concerns and promptly resolved the issues within fifteen minutes, in contrast to the hour I had spent on the phone. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend visiting a branch in person for assistance rather than relying on the phone system, which can be inefficient and frustrating. The WORST Credit Union. Robin Carnes CEO of the branch very rude and very unprofessional. After my Dad and mom banked with this credit union for 40 years. Threatened me and lied to me, calls me 5 days after my mom passed away and said, Youre going to jail, we have you on video taking out money from the ATM from a visa credit card my mother had. It was a scare tactic to have me pay off my mothers visa balance. I had paid the 2 months prior keeping all my mothers accounts current. The next day I called Robin with my Aunt on the other line, and asked her if she actually called the cops on me and she says, No. She threatened me and lied to me. Taking the money out per my mothers permission. I had been power of attorney and handled her financially business for 2 Mos prior. Making sure the bills were still paid. Robin then froze my mothers account making the estate and grieving process SO MUCH HARDER us 4 children. We sat on a 23,000.00 for almost 2 months, unable to use my mothers account to process payments. We had to use our own income to keep the mortgage and her loans current. THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON ROBIN CARNES I HAVE EVER DELT WITH. 40 YEARS my parents banked at this credit union. My dad was a Longshoreman for 40 years. They had a lot of money run through this credit union. Robin Carnes was very rude to me, infact her only remorseful statement she made to us regarding my mother passing, was, You should be sitting pretty good when the house sells. Absolutely DISGUSTING BUSINESS!!

If I were you I would avoid putting my money in this bank after the way they handled my girls loan. Since they loan their customers money out and make their money on the interest I would expect better buisness practice. Here is why: My girlfriend fell behind on her car loan, which i am not maling excuses for, however, they repoed the car. A week later my girl contacted them to get her car back to pay and be caught up which was $1200. They then demanded the paymentnin full plus tow fees. Otherwise they are going to auction the car...months go bye, she calls and offers to pay the $3500 owed in full now since they had not auctioned it off yet. They told her she would habe to buybit at auction now if she wanted it back. But the car was at a private auction of which we could not attend. 4 months later she gets a letterbin the mail that they finally auctioned off the car for $750 and she owes the rest of what was owed on the car. This seams like terrible practice if they do this to other people as well because nownif people dont pay back that remaining money, they just in essence blew thousands of dollars of money that originally was their customers who keep their money in there bank. Needless to say, she is filing bankruptcy and was going to at least pay this 1 debt to have a car. Now...they will not get a plug nickel. Congrats Fibre Federal!

Looks like after Covid, the whole operation just forgot what it used to be. The receptionist is rarely there. The loan end of things has been roped off. Waiting in the lobby for a banker can take 20 minutes. The drive-up tellers have all been replaced by video chat and machines. Might as well be US Bank because the service is exactly the same.

I have been drowning in credit card debt due to unforeseen circumstances and high cost of living expenses. I reached out to Fibre to discuss a payment plan for my car payment and spoke with Trista. After explaining my situation Krista referred me to Greenpath to help with credit card payments. She encouraged me to call them with no pressure one way or the other and explained that they are fabulous to work with and well respected by Fibre. I decided to call and I am thrilled with the plan that they have set up for me. Not only will this save me about 400 per month I will be debt free in 56 months, which was my goal before retiring. This is an embarrassing and humbling experience to share but Krista was so understanding and normalized my situation. Ashley at the front desk of the main branch of Fibre was awesome! We had a report of someone possibly completing a VISA application, which we did not apply or submit. Ashley stuck with us locating the person from Fibre in Newport that alerted us. Ashley contact the Fibre rep (Summer) and ironed out the issue for us. We were not the people whom submitted the application and it ended for us. Thanks Ashley.

Ashley B was so sweet and kind to me with my transaction. I only have a savings account at Fibre and she was letting me know all the benefits of banking with you guys it made me really want to become a full time member. She was so helpful and made me feel heard with all my questions even though there was a huge line behind me I didn t feel rushed.

Hands down absolutely after your money. Worst customer service. Open an account and lied to from the start about overdraft protection. Save your money use another credit union. Follow up phone call from the branch manager....... And nothing can be done about the overdraft issue, she told me I would have to pay it, I guess its kind of like self checkout at the grocery store, you have to now set up your own bank account by yourself, maybe this way lies would not start from the beginning.

As per the usual when calling TLC and FibreFCU, they are extra helpful and ALWAYS good at calming me down when I get stressed. Todays helper was Lilly, calm, funny and willing to walk me through my options, with the app and with next-step scenarios. THANK YOU GUYS!

I wish I could give more stars! Working with Fibre Federal is pure bliss. The customer service surpasses any company I have ever worked with. Every single person I have worked with have not only been kind, thoughtful, courteous and knowledgeable but they ALWAYS go that extra little bit to make sure that your needs are met. They are the only bank I have ever worked with that exceeds my expectations every single time. Best of all they find ways to raise the bar even higher than I knew it could go with EVERY SINGLE INTERACTION! I spent 20 years+ as a professional in customer service and I rarely experience what I consider to be good customer service. These guys have NEVER failed to provide AMAZING customer service. If I could sing Id write them a song just to sing their praises! My only regret is that I dont have more money for them to manage for me.. we can all learn a lesson from these guys!!
