We worked with Mark starting little over 7 months ago, but we ended up going with someone else because he totally lead us on and lied. He kept us in the dark knowing my 6 month income wasn’t enough. He said we would close mid July. But he ignored us and haven’t answered us back on 1.5 months. I’m so glad I went somewhere else. Terrible experience with mark and it was a huge let down. He definitely ruined our experience until we found someone else. 100% recommend anyone else

Buying a house for the first time is extremely stressful, but thanks to Mark and Kylee, the process became a heck of a lot smoother. Mark and the Summit Funding Team did and an amazing Job picking me up from a Lender who did not think I had what it will take to buy my new home. I would NOT use this company again in Kennewick, WA. We kept getting bounced around from agent to agent because people kept quitting, so they kept asking for duplicate documents and asking the same questions because no one was communicating with each other. On top of that they were not prompt in getting us the documents to help close on a house, in some cases they took over a 7-10 day period to get us disclosures, they even went as far as making our plan to lock in a rate really hard by not making it a point of education or a priority while rates we re rising, they didn t offer the information and at one point one employee encouraged not to do it. We felt like as a first time home buyers summit could have been more informative and prompt with communication or explaining rather than assume we knew what we were doing or what we were signing. We felt in may cases that Summit did not have our best interest in mind. In many cases we had to seek outside help for better understanding of the process and what we were looking at. We were very dissatisfied with this company and it s professionalism, promptness and communication.

Very professional and personal. Jonas and his team went the extra mile for my wife and I when we bought our first house. It was possibly the worst scenario from the seller they had ever seen but they bent over backwards to make it happen. Now when they are doing our refinance 2 years later I can see that they have only gotten better in their quality of customer service. Still convinced our house is cursed but Jonas must have an exorcist handy because there was nothing stopping them.

There are many great lenders in town. We are blessed to have an industry with many great and honorable firms within the Real Estate Industry. And it can be difficult to select from so many great choices. When it comes to Summit Funding, here is what I would say they excel in: First Time Home Buyer options, Professionalism, Responsiveness and Consistent Updates. They are very productive and their use of automated technology to stay in touch (in my opinion) is partly to contribute to how they are so successful and productive. However, they will make themselves available to you at the drop of a hat by phone or in person if that is something you need. So, if you are a first time home buyer, and those attributes are things you value most, they would be an excellent choice in my opinion. Blessings to all in Jesus name!

Mark is wonderful manager and Summit funding is the best in Tricities. We can get the loan and buy houses anywhere in Washington state. My friends bought houses in Seattle and get mortgage here with Summit Funding ! The team of Summit Funding work very professional, fast and really helpful. I closed my house in 30days and even sooner if I wanted to. My friend and some members of my family has been gotten help from Summit Funding. They all told me they would give Summit 10 stars if there is 10 stars.

I would HIGHLY recommend Summit Funding. This was our first time buying a home. I was very nervous going into it because I have heard so many horror stories about lenders dropping the ball and closes being delayed or not funded because of a mistake. We experienced the complete opposite! This was so easy and straight forward. We even closed EARLY. I honestly thought this would be way harder than it was but Beth made it so simple and everything was straight foward. We were able to be approved our first time applying, but they will work with you if your credit is not where it should be and point you in the right direction to get it there. Thank you Beth and everyone at Summit Funding! So happy to be in our new home!!
