I came in during the Covid outbreak and the place was well marked with separate spots to stand inside and outside. The owner/manager was insanely helpful and makes everything down from sticker price. Got me to the register in less than 5 minutes and I didn’t feel rushed. After paying, I was asked if I wanted a bag. I said yes expecting a plastic bag. They gave me a dewalt bag for my tools. Amazing.

The employee was nice but not the type of store you would want to go to for shopping good deals. Be said they post most of their more valuable things online, leaving their store looking more like a garage/ rummage sale than a store.

Elite Pawn truly is ELITE in the world of Pawn Shops.

At other Pawn Shops whether it be Cash America, Pawn 1, or other independent Pawn Shops, I’ve had both great experiences as well as terrible experiences. Elite Pawn is the only pawn shop where I can say that EVERY SINGLE experience I’ve had here has been GENUINELY SUPERB (which is saying something considering I’ve been buying stuff from Mo and the crew at Elite Pawn pretty much since they opened).

Whether it’s video games, music equipment, watches, sunglasses, or one of the many guitars I’ve bought from Mo, every experience has been one of TOP-NOTCH customer service.

Their prices are extremely fair, and oftentimes I’ve come across even lower prices than those aforementioned prices, on their items listed on their OfferUp page.

Out of the DOZENS of purchases I’ve made from Elite Pawn over the years, only ONE required a return (and that was for an issue on an instrument that couldn’t have been readily diagnosed without specialty tools that I had at home that I used to discover the issue). I simply brought the instrument back to the store, explained to Mo what the issue was, and he gladly gave me a refund on my purchase.

Simply put, ELITE PAWN is ELITE because Mo and the rest of the employees there understand what EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about.

They understand that even simply remembering a customer by name is a key part of building a relationship of trust between the customer and the business.

They understand that customer service is the cornerstone of a truly successful business. Sadly, it seems like very few businesses understand this anymore, which is why ELITE PAWN is truly a GEM when it comes to Pawn Shops.

It is because of this customer service that I have continued to purchase from ELITE PAWN, will continue to purchase from ELITE PAWN, and will continue to tell my friends to purchase from ELITE PAWN when they’re looking for a pawn shop to purchase from.

I went and bought a Xbox one, came home and the controller wouldn t connect at all. Totally broken. I went back, in the SAME day and they gave me ANOTHER broken Xbox! Don t waste your money or time. This is literally so embarrassing. Update: my boyfriend went back today to test a new one out and it seemed fine. He got home to set it up and it s LOCKED! There s literally no excuse at this point. We have to keep driving from Lacey to deal with these people and it s so unprofessional. All of that nice stuff they have in the store and none of your game systems work? BFFR!

Unfortunately the one time I actually had to go in to pawn something I was turned away because they said that they were trying to focus more on the jewelry and that my tool was too specialty for them. Ive bought tools Ive bought sunglasses I think I bought a pair of shoes Ive bought all the Razor gear that they get that comes in. Thats why Im changing my rating from a 5 to a 4

I have never been in or needed to even go to a Pawn/Loan shop prior to this pandemic and losing my job. It has caused so many problems and I had no other choice. They made me feel very welcome and I was able to get what I needed out of the items I didnt want and the items I needed to take a loan out on. They dont charge an insane amount for loan repayment. I went in and explained my situation as to why I was unable to pick up and I needed to renew my loan I have had to do this 3 times due to no job and not having money. I am still struggling and working on Getting it repaid so that I may pick up my item. I was really nervous the other day I had missed my pick up date and I was worried I had lost My item. I let them know it means a lot to me and I dont wanna lose it however it was all I had to make it through a few months until I can get back on my feet. They were very understanding and told me that they would extend it until I was able to get up there and renew my loan again. This is the best Pawn place ever if you go anywhere else you are losing money. I truly feel they care about their customers and they are actually here to help and yes they wanna make money as well but theyre so great about it I wish all business owners could learn from them. I dont really Like to shout my personal business to the world however I feel that Elite Pawn in Federal Way deserves a shout out regardless.

My first impressions when I walked in was: a bit of a rough neighborhood. The front window was cracked, and the sign on the door said (accompanied with a handgun picture) we dont dial 911. That said, the customer service was surprisingly good. They had a decent selection ranging from power tools, to electronics, to video games, and they even had cell phones. The staff running the store was very patient with my little brother, who I had accompanied to the store in search of a specific game that they had in inventory. Im still wary of the general area of the store is in, but I felt completely safe in the store.

This is an amazing store I have never seen. It is looking spick and span. Easy to find what you want. They give me excellent customer services. I buy a camera from them and they provided me a 30 days cash back guarantee if I find any wrong with it. Those people are very nice and polite in this store. They will low ball you if they think they can. No matter what you bring in they will tell you its hard to sell or people just dont pay that much when you look around and find the same thing priced 4times higher. Ive never worked out thinking it was fair for both sides. I get they are there to sell the things they buy to make money but theres a line when it becomes disrespectful.

So they now get 2 stars because when i wanted to buy 2 game consoles they wouldnt even negotiate price... So if i pawn something they work with me but buying something is not worth it here! If there not going to negotiate price on purchasing. Not coming back here again to buy or pawn anything!!! Every time my kids and i come here they treat us excellent with customer service. I have been coming here for years and they always treat everyone with a welcome.

There was a mix up with my ticket. Long story short, they went above and beyond to make it right by replacing my item with something that made me more than happy. They by no means had to do anything at all; could have said it was my fault and my problem, but they took care of me. That stands out in this day and age. Big shout out to Bart, and Juan for hooking me up. Appreciate you guys big time! I will definitely be directing my business, and recommendations towards Elite Pawn from now on. My buddy told me to go here over Cash America because they truly offer the best, most fair prices, even though Ive built a lot of trust and credit with them. However, I decided to give it a shot and I was not disappointed. The younger black dude helped me, and was hella fast, and gave me way more than I was expecting for some Nintendo Switch Games. I was going to pawn my Switch but he knew I didnt want to so he made it so that I was able to just pawn a few games and still get the amount of money I needed. 10/10 would recommend. Im going back today. They can get busy but theyre usually pretty quick anyway. And try to get that dude that helped me, cuz he was really cool, easy to talk to, made you feel comfortable, and could tell he wasnt trying to bend you over raw like most other/all pawn shops.

This is the best pawnshop in King County, maybe in all of Washington; theyre as good as it gets. I prefer Elite Pawn in Federal Way for many reasons. Not only do they provide excellent customer service, but the hours are great, theres 15% less fees than most places (no missing ticket fees, etc.), they have decent prices, and theyll give you a fair price for items you trade in. There really isnt any reason to go to any other store because they even price match if you can prove another stores price is lower. Every time I go there I leave feeling great; in all of my years going there I have never left the place feeling scammed or mistreated. I even purchased the dell laptop that Im using to write this with at Elite Pawn, which was a great price and works just like new. Everyone that works there is great. Once you go in, youll never want to go anywhere else ever again. One time when I got a loan for my laptop, Mo actually gave me money to purchase a new charger after mine was accidentally damaged at the part where the cord comes out of the ac/dc power adapter. Any other place would have given me a hard time or wouldnt have taken responsibility at all, but Mo at Elite Pawn didnt give me a hard time at all and after being unable to find a charger to replace mine he didnt hesitate to give me the cash I needed to replace it. He even let me keep the damaged one too. Thanks Mo, you guys are always killing it.

Hands down the best pawn shop, and the ONLY pawn shop I go to anymore, even though I live N of Seattle. Theyre friendly, sharp, fair, and dont charge excessive or unnecessary fees for lost tickets, etc. They have always loaned me the amt I ask for, text me reminders before my ticket expires, and remember me when I come in. The shop is clean and organized, and they have great merchandise.

I have been coming to this location for 3 years now and they have always been more then helpful to me especially during some Of the tougher times in life I have endured! I just want to say that I really appreciate them and the services they provide, they are always more then happy to work with me even when I may be late getting something out of pawn, they will extend your time for a date that s convenient for you, as long as it s within reason! I also want to personally thank both the managers for always trying your best to please all your customers, while at the same time ensuring your keeping the bossman happy with you, I know it s not always easy especially dealing with all different types of people and trying to make them all happy! But you guys do a dam good job and I am officially making a recommendation to the bossman that the both of you each get 1 day off with full pay during the month of October! If I have to come in there and work for a day then I will Do just that! Lol. To everyone reading this review, I highly recommend his place over any other pawnshop around, I can assure you the best Of service as well as more $ then any other shop around and that s a proven fact right there! Previous employee review - Shop is great. Moe and Bart treat you well on a first class basis. The rest of the staff is knowledgeable in their own departments and the company caters well to new as old customers. The atmosphere is so chill that some customers just come by to hang out and say hi, maybe drop off lunch (lol) but I feel like they retain their customer base by keeping to their standards which is to never look down on anyone. Never had a problem with the owners. If employees had an emergency, family or financial, even personal, they worked with the employees and gave us more than ample resources that other companies wouldnt normally give out. 2 thumbs up here from me.

The one thing I expect to do when I leave a pawn shop is have exactly the same thing I came in with when I leave but instead I was given a cz instead of the diamond I had when I entered this store. I wasnt sure right at the time but I have since realized it because I went to the store the ring was bought at and it was a real diamond he gave me papers to look at showing that it was real. I went to the pawn shop he tested it never said anything about a fake diamond he then left the area all together with my ring in his hand and said he was locking the door however I turned back twice and he wasnt at the door it was a girl doing it. Then comes back and acts as if hes checking it again and says at that time its not real. He got me till I started research and it wasnt a fake diamond he switched it when he left the room so I looked at ring closer and what do u know it was messed with .

Deeply disappointing experience and customer service where they have no order and no professionalism. I waited for someone to talk to then was pushed off to one of their kids (an actual child) running around the store. Will not be visiting again as their prices are basically 80-90% msrp. Will not recommend. I don t expect special treatment but at least respect.

Staff is helpful and friendly. Had a chance to purchase some high end jewelry and the owner gave my wife and I a super deal. Also nice to see some honesty and integrity in a business that can get a bad rap. Will be coming back

Juan Manuel and moe are awesome people i came to the store with a generator even though they couldnt not take it Moe helped me load it up and was very nice i went back in with my radar detector and juan and Manuel listened to my situation and then went above and beyond to help me out thank you for helping me out and being so respectful i highly recommend this shop to everyone and will do business here for life

Use to like this place but going to cash America pawn now. Need to educate employees on head lights. Had the best one you can buy. Wouldnt even attempt to make offer. Said come back tomorrow when owners there. Whats the use of having employees if they cant make decisions. They did get back to me will try in the future again. Raised from one star to four.

Just had my first of what will be many trips here. We met one of the owners and he was very helpful. The experience was so good we almost walked out without our money. He and another worker made sure we got it though. Every worker we talked with was very friendly and respectful. They were quick to help, but I never felt like we were being rushed. I had seen tons of reviews for this place and how wonderful everyone who works there are, so I had high expectations. They exceeded my expectations a thousand times over. I will definitely be coming here again.

Hands down best pawn shop in King county if not the enitre state. Been going here for years and have never once been dissatisfied.. Moe the owner and all the employees do there best to make u feel comfortable with whatever u might be buying or selling.. once you get to know them and build up a relationship with them, the owner Moe well go above and beyond to help you out. I cant count all the times Moe has helped me out when I needed it the most. Even when I brought in something that they dont take or sell, Moe has helped me out and taken it in cause he knew I would be back to get it.. heres an example why u should go here and NOT to cash America.. the other day I brought in something to cash America (cause its closer to my house and I was low on gas) and they rudly offered me 15$ for something that was well worth over 100$... So I laughed and walked out shaking my head.. went to Elite pawn with the same exact thing and was offered 45$ right away... Just goes to show u the difference between a pawn shop that cares about there customers vs a pawn shop thats only trying to rip u off any chance they get.. dont let yourself get ripped off anywhere else. Go to Elite pawn and talk to Moe or any of the employees there and I promise youll never leave disappointed... Thanks for always helping me out over the years Moe.

This shop is legit, I came in looking for a ps4 pro which I called about earlier that day. I was quoted 240$ over the phone, when I arrived to check it out it was marked 249.99 after a successful inspection i was ready to purchase and ask what it comes to after tax. The sales person who was knowledgeable but not pushy at all told me 230$, some type of reverse bait and switch lol. On top of that the shop is very clean and the employees seemed happy and helpful, a fantastic experience!

Came in here to purchase a laptop for travel. I ended up getting one that was just too large but the owner helped me out with a return. They are beyond fair and not pushy in the slightest. They actually warranty their stuff!!! Cleanest pawn shop ive ever visited and have nothing but nice things to say. Very very honest/fair establishment. :) Will easily return for business.

DONT GO HERE WILL TRY TO LOWBALL YOU & ALWAYS TRY TO SWITCH OFFERS ON YOU . I WENT HERE HE FRIST SAID 200 , 150 and then said 100 for my unlocked iPhone 6s . Then told me to go to ON let go on first visit. I did do that on reasonable terms and felt uncomfortable meeting strangers in random locations . SO , I came back to make the sell and he change his offer again con man will never do business with again .
