I was recently in to sell some Apple products I had, along with a few items of jewelry. Everyone I met was kind, friendly, and helpful. The gentleman who helped me, he went above and beyond. I wish I could remember his name. (He is from Virginia) He explained everything along the way and helped me to get the best outcome for my items. Which helps a lot when in a financial situation. The Pawn 1 Staff at both the Tacoma and Bremerton stores are OUTSTANDING! I bought an item on-line from the Tacoma shop and Victoria did a fantastic job answering my questions and providing perfect customer service before and after the purchase. When she learned I live near Bremerton she sent the item to the Bremerton location, saving me a 1.5 hour round trip. I went to pawn 1 today to pawn a ring that I have pawned several times there before. Nakeisha tried to help me, but the assistant manager Sharee was very rude to me. I could not believe how loud, disrespectful unprofessional and loud she was bobbing and weaving her head, she told me they didnt take rings like that, and Nakeisha told her it was in last year and that I had 4 1/2 stars with them. in a loud voice again she said that she said didnt care, the people who wrote those loans probably dont even work there anymore and she was helping other customers now. It almost felt like she was egging me on to fight, but she was just trying to embarrass me. I explained that me and my wife only needed a little gas money to get to the hospital in Silverdale. But because she didnt want to give me a $20 loan on a ring that has been pawned for more money several times, we werent there at the hospital, when my wifes mom passed away at 4:26 this evening. What good is it being a 4 1/2 star customer if you cant get just a tiny bit of help when you need it. The people who wrote the loans before gave me the benefit of the doubt as long as I was in good standing. Every other time Ive been to this store was a 5 star experience

If your looking at Mac products beware your going to be treated like a criminal thief because you stand at the case after they pull it out for you too look at. You don t want customers standing by the door looking at things then move your display case and product, I will never come back in here after being treated like a criminal because I want to purchase something and look at multiple products. Nakisha you need to treat people with more respect and dignity, your in a industry and business that may deal with some of these people but not everyone is like that and you need to adjust how you treat people!

I do not review most business I go into but Bremerton Pawn a one has earned it. They always have something I am interested in or looking for. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they have no problems letting me examine items prior to purchase. Their prices in my experience are fair but what s even better is they have always negotiated with me when I give a respectful offer.

Jaden was absolutely wonderful to work with when I came in with a pile of miscellany, desperately in need of holiday funds. She was very professional and efficient and didnt for one minute make me feel like the idiot I felt I was being...probably the best experience Ive ever had at a pawn shop, and over the years Ive been to one or two. She really made a difference and made a loan that was enough to cover my needs and still within my ability to pay it back comfortably. Thanks Jaden! I walked into Pawn 1 and was looking at merchandise. As I was looking, I was greeted by Jarred. I told him what I was looking for, so he located it. I made a deal and filled out the proper paperwork, paid for the item and I was out the door in 10 minutes flat. Jarred was very nice and quick with the transaction, while telling other employees where other items were that people were calling about. I have been coming to them for a number of different tools to buy, and items to sell. And everyone there are great with customer service and really do work with you. Today I purchased a drill and impact and noticed they were a bit beat up, its a pawn shop its not the home depot. Jaden was the person I was dealing with today and she was amazing. Worked with me on price and even helped with a new bag and cheap 6 month insurances on it all. Will definitely be returning for more business !

Completely clueless when it comes to jewelry and precious metals take it elsewhere youll get at least triple. BE CAUTIOUS BEFORE COMING TO THIS PAWN SHOP. They have a very pretty-eyed gentleman named Andre, who seems like he is the manager. I came in to get a loan, for my PS5 and Nintendo Switch. He gave me the loan for the PS5 and said the switch wasn t needed for the amount I was asking for, but if I wanted to sell the store my Nintendo Switch, he would be willing to buy it. He is so charming I almost just gave him the Nintendo Switch, no cost to him. But really they are amazing here and they are exceptionally better than Cash America Pawn. Thank you Pawn1!!!!

This place is a waste of time. They re very proud of the items they have and firm on their pricing. I ve seen them raise the price while negotiating with the customer. This is after they originally paid .20-.30 on the dollar for retail price. In my opinion there is not much point in taking time to wait for a staff member to be available and then try to negotiate on the price here. If you re curious, the negotiated amount was 10% off their asking price on the tag not a crazy lowball offer.

Outstanding little shop - First time in today, surprised by the quantity/quality of the items on display. Some good looking tools in a couple limited but better brands. Average fare for firearms, some shotguns and older caliber rifles, lots of pistols but hard to browse them. What struck me the most is they also have a real decent used DVD and HD selection, which is getting hard to find around here lately! BTW Jaden was awesome and super helpful! She also was extremely professional while a customer was being rude towards her for not giving him the cash he wanted. Props for that, her tongue must have been bleeding. I will be back again for the media at least!

Over time I ve gradually used pawn1 more and the other stores less. I ve pawned a fair amount with a good account of not Losing items and everytime I ve came in even with high end items (6+k) both managers have always gone out of their way to actually look up items and offer me my asking or more. The few times I was offered less from another employee I ve never got a Hard time asking to talk to manager for their opinion which was my experience today and again I got a loan for the amount requested. Good leadership at this store seems to run downhill. Nice to go to place where people take their job serious and it doesn t seem obvious they hate their workplace.

I had a mint quality silver coin I wanted to sell there. They took the coin out of its packaging, touched it, left smudges on it, and then told me that they wouldnt buy it because it wasnt actually silver, even though it said it was on the side and made the exact sound that silver makes when set on the counter. I went to a professional coin dealer down the street right after, who not only confirmed it was real silver, but told me that they lessened the value of the coin by half ($40) by removing it from its packaging and touching it. The dealer told me the original value of the coin was $80, and the pawn shop valued it at only $15-20, a quarter or less than a quarter of its actual value. Anyone competent knows to handle a coin by holding its side, let alone what silver is. I shouldnt have let them take it out in the first place, but still I wont be going back here again, especially as the prices are too high anyway to buy many things besides movies.

The store is constantly busy. In order to obtain assistance from a staff member, it is best to go up and interrupt a transaction in process and let the staff know that you were there to purchase an item. Once that occurs, generally the staff is quite responsive to a sales opportunity. The store is cluttered, and has a few good deals hiding in the corners but you really have to pay attention to what you want and make sure that you are willing to negotiate a price out the door. Pawn shops sell for profit, and they usually pay $.10 on the dollar for items that come in the house. With that in mind you can generally offer them less than the asking price.

This is the worst pawn shop. They lied to me and told me they were holding one of my firearms until a certain date. Was in the shop the previous week and told them I would re-write the ticket or if they could hold it another week I would get it out then. They agreed. Went to pick up and pay for it today, April 18th and they told me they had sold it. Horrible experience and I had a perfect 100% pick up rate with them. Will never do business with them again.

Great business! Great people! Times are tough with this pandemic and I needed a loan on my wedding ring and they not only gave me what I needed but also afforded the opportunity to extend my loan past the due date if needed. I NEVER been to a pawnshop that actually took MY needs into consideration. They re not Sharky mcsharkersons. They re doing their best to turn a profit in an economic crisis. Is that a crime? First off unfortunately I have used pawn shops more then they should and many in my area kitsap pierce. Within the last few years small one s left and big one became more Franchised and corporate like. I have used pawn 1 off and on since they took this location in Bremerton. I ve never been offered less for a item here than what cash America offered and recently I was offered 250$ more than asking for two items I had in before and got back out. I also have received calls from mika? And others reminding me when my items are due( known for forgetting and losing slips) and when I have forgot or not made it in on time my item was always held after the due date up to 4 weeks with interest of course after a simple call letting them know what s going on. Mika and the team Are one the few shops I notice don t sit on phones and actually take care of customers Vs just make a buck off them. Im hoping to not have to use pawns in the future but I know who has my business when it s needed. I buy my tools for work from and have never payed asking price (sticker).Thanks pawn1 !employees Reflect leadership what shown to be acceptable and here it s clear customer respect and integrity have fell the top down the the employees

This joint and ALL of its employees have went above and beyond (more than once) in order to help me. I wont say any names (*cough* cashmurica *cough**cough* .5 miles down the same street *cough*) but there WAAAAAS a shop I used to go to, however, they cant hold a flame to Pawn 1! From customer service all the way to the quality of the musical instruments and gear I pick up - Levels and stairs, no, elevators! above the competitor no doubt. I have a gang of love for a few of the guitars I own and the manager Mika knew that. Instead of just keeping/selling my items during the stressful peak of this pandemic - She worked with me, and because of her heart I was able to grab all my girlfriends I mean guitars at a later date when I was able. This is only one of many times the Pawn 1 crew has lended a helping hand and picked me up out of the mud. I would/will NOT bring business anywhere else as long as Im in the 360. Months without a paycheck and I needed to pawn to survive. I didnt even have enough gas to get to the shop I was familiar with. I stopped in Pawn 1 with an item, and dealing with the manager Andre was less like haggling with a pawnbroker, amd more like working with a member of the community who truly wanted to help me. Mica is awesome! She allowed me to extend my silver coins for an extra 22 days because I was in the hospital I did not charge me the $90 fee. This is totally incredible coming from a pawn shop I will always recommend them to everyone. I believe her assistants name was Andre but Im not sure as he did an awesome job to.

Pawn 1 gets my vote. I ve been to a fair amount of pawn shops and they re usually staffed with and kept by people just don t want to talk to you as much, don t even mention customer service. These guys are the first professional pawn shop I ve ever been to. If you want a fair shake, come visit these guys.

Julisha was very friendly and helpful but she was in training and asked Mica for help who was very rude and had zero customer service. She low balled me on my jewelry and without allowing any further negotiations told me to have a good day. I will not be back or recommend this place.

Went in to purchase a laptop. Nobody came to the cases to show them to me. Went to the front and got in line. When it was my turn Julisha was cashiering. Timothy came over with some guy that wanted a discount and so they both helped him. When that was done (Im still standing in a very obvious line of people) Julisha started wrapping a box and I move to stand against the counter so she cant miss me and still goes to help someone else. The whole time chatting with Timothy. I just left as Im sure others did. Its the worst customer service! Ill be giving my money to a company that deserves it. I went and bought a laptop at Cash America instead.

Stood waiting to buy the kids some PS4 games for 20 minutes, as people came in and out they actually came to the game section and helped a customer that just walked in and still didn t help us as we stood for another 10 minutes, needless to say we will never go into Pawn 1 again. What a disappointing experience even for a pawnshop.

Average place at best. These ppl dont realize I go to specific places to see how I am treated. Highest offer by far but there was no haggle or wiggle room on the offer. My best suggestion is to just hold out and take your time finding a private buyer

I really enjoy the staff especially Andre, at the Bremerton Location. He is always very friendly, quick, and informative. If there has been a price drop or anything when attempting to pawn an item, I appreciate his willingness to be patient, answer any questions I may have and provide an alternate solution if one is available. I have been to other pawn shops in town, but none compare to the staff they have who is constantly working to provide amazing customer service.

The times Ive been here, the workers are always very polite and understanding. They seem to honestly want to cut you a deal. The store is willing to negotiate on prices and they take great care of most of their items. The only thing is that theyll wait for you to ask for help first. I would recommend it.

They rip you off and are not flexible when it comes to selling an item. Its a pawn shop I get it, but it was just rather insulting. If I hadnt needed the money theres no chance inwouI have even considered their offer.

Horrible experience. I walked in once to get a quote for some rings I am selling and the first quote was $150 and I walked out. I then went and got them cleaned and looking nice since last time they werent the prettiest. The female associate that helped me was very nice and seemed to take in time and looking over everything. When she took my rings to her manager the manger then offered me $100; $25 for my solitaire and $75 for my band that has 4 diamonds in it. I told her no I was not going to take $100 for my bands. That I was only hoping for $300-400 so what about $200?? The manager looks that me and says No Im sorry we couldnt see them here for that much. I can only give you $100 That right there was insulting. Not only did I pay $1000 for my rings before but less than 2 weeks ago I just got them cleaned and rhodium plated as well. I will not be recommending this place to anyone who wants to sell their jewelry. Horrible service and they offer you less than what you could get your jewelry elsewhere.

I was at another pawn store before going to Pawn1 and I was brushed of but Pawn1 had Great customer service! Julisha was very respectful and kind manager Mica was very welcoming and topped the price up from what I was going to get at another store.

Iv bought and gotten loans and the only complaint id have is theres always a wait. Not to mention there will be 5 employees running around or standing around while the line is out the door and only two people at the register..other then that its a great place to go i bought my mac there..

Walked inside and went straight to the counter for service. Multiple staff members standing around. Not a single person asked me if I needed help, although there was many staff members that made eye contact with me. I got zero service, zero help, and not even a measly hello. I 100% do not recommend this place.

Great customer service. The employees move quickly to assist. Best pawn shop I ve ever been to with regards to negotiating prices so that both sides get a win (and I ve lived all over the country). Their stock cycles fairly quickly, so there s always a good reason to visit and check out the new stuff.

We love Pawn1 in Bremerton! My wife and I go there often(was just there last night) to get video games,dvds, ECT and are always given great deals. We were helped by Tyler and Andy last night and they are awesome. I definitely recommend this place out of any if you are looking to buy or pawn in Bremerton.

I have been going here since they opened and have had great service but I needed some money so I pawned my Xbox one to them and when I got it back there was a vary larg search on my Xbox and my controller was messed up I will not be going here anymore for the simple fact that I shouldn t have to worry about my stuff here and they said they would make it right and did not

This place has been going down hill for the last few months it seems like there is new people every other day used to be a good place until that started happening most of the people who work there either dont know what they are talking about when it comes to products or they either want to low ball you to the point its not even worth pawning anything there or they just wont take it. I went to sale some games here and these games are adult owned and was turned away no scratches on the discs I have bought games from here ps4/3 and most of these games have scratches on them and the systems wont read them. Being turned away to go to your competitor is pretty sad.

Came in with a 10oz silver bar I wanted to pawn. They did a nitric acid test in front of me, which came out perfect (white/grey), but the guy descibed it as funny. Took it back it the bossman who agreed with him. These guys dont know what a nitric acid test is suppose to look like!?! At a pawn shop!?!?! Just for reference it was name brand, bought in APMEX, passed rate earth, scale, and nitric acid test. Incompetence lost my future business. Rest of store was ok hence 2 stars.

Great staff and very fair on loans. Could do better on pricing their product for sale, xbox one s sales for $269 with a game at Wal-Mart. You guys are selling the same model used and no game for $229.

Andre was my sales rep upon arriving at Pawn 1. Not only did he get me the loab I needed, he did it beyond professionally, quick and easy. I recommend this pawn shop to all of Washington and especially military members. The only pawn shop that does business with active duty is Pawn 1, that gets my business every time. This place is absolutely the BEST Pawn Shop i have been in. Once i enter i feel like a king, they spoil you to the fullest, and they are always working with you. Their customer service is BREATH TAKING. I have the workers pinch me 4 or 5 times per visit just to make sure im not dreaming, THATS HOW GOOD OF DEALS THEY GIVE. The store is so clean is makes you think they are disinfecting the entire store every 20 minutes! I always leave Pawn 1 with a smile on my face as i knew i got the best deal i could of possibly got, and next time i go in i know ill feel the same way! THEY CAN DO NO WRONG! Tyler specifically is probably the coolest, most awesome guy in the store! He has a beard that looks so heavenly, SO RIGHT, that i know everyone that leaves the store after seeing that majestic face sweater, takes the next 3 weeks trying to achieve that sort of greatness. All in all, Pawn 1 is the only Pawn shop you should be going to.

I love this pawn shop I frequent this store 3 to 4 times a month and all the staff is always kind and courteous. They have great prices and they give room to negotiate when purchasing any item. I am actually on my way there now.

today i had a very unpleasant experience with the pawn shop. the man serving me denied several iteams i wanted to sell, and as he was going through them he was asking his co- worker JASON do we want this, or this.. and as JASON was saying NO, he very rudely looked at me and said you can look around and see the types of things we take.. i was very insulted considering i was in a pawn shop with tools and sports supplies and more and he treated me like i was wasting there time. after they served me 6$ i stepped up to the counter to JASON and said what you said was very rude and unprofessional and i didnt appreciate it at all. a simple no thank you would work. he tried to defend what he said, and i told him i am a customer.. it is not my job to evaluate a pawn shop before i go in... it was a very inappropriate thing to tell me.. and even though i had great working power tools, they told me there to old.... i had a way better experience last time. last time was much more friendly and respectful. defiantly deserves to lose couple stars on there rating..

Never in my life have I experience a more professional helpful experience at a Pawn Shop. In fact all stores should take note of how Pawn 1 runs their stores and incorporate their great service into their own stores. They made pawning an item, which isnt a favorite thing to do for most people, a most excellent experience. I highly recommend them and wish to thank River in their Bremerton store for his care and concern right down to walking me to my car after I received my loan.
