We have worked with Hal twice now and both times he was extremely helpful and was so clear about the whole process. For this house, the seller's agent was a little wary of lending agencies and asked for Hal to send a video. He was able to do so for us, which was above and beyond what we were expecting. Pretty sure this and his other clear communications with the seller's agent won us this house, even with much higher offers being placed (over 10,000 more!).

Pat really went to bat for us he was extremely responsive, even on the weekends and on vacation, getting us a new pre-approval letter on short notice for a house with a very tight offer deadline. He also was able to waive the appraisal contingency (!), which I think is the main reason our offer was chosen over a similar strong offer. We closed in under 30 days. Pat and his team were extremely transparent the entire process; I felt confident there would be no surprises. The loan origination and underwriting fees are very reasonable. The rate was competitive. If we had gone with any other lender, I think we would have missed out on our perfect house.

Pat was great! He gave us a much better offer than the place we had been pre-approved with who said they cater to veterans.
