Beware of pawning sentimental expensive jewelry with this shop. I had an older item pawned over 8 months ago, I thought it was long gone. I had pawned other items since and never heard a word about it! I went in to pick up my recent items and was told I must pay up of this older item first. I was surprised he still had it! I owed months of interest which I paid and I agreed it would be difficult to sell. I was out of work and just getting back on my feet, I did not have enough to pay for all the items! Alex stated as long as I took care of this older item today he would hold on to the expensive items I was there to pickup! I called to get the total I owed to pick up my recent items today! I was told the expensive sentimental jewelry was sold because I was so behind on the extension payments and that must buy back the new lap top for $800. My mother recently passed and the sentimental value was priceless to me. Alex totally mislead me and I was not allowed to pick up or pay up on the expensive items until I had settled up on the older item. I had no idea they held item for 8 months. Do not trust this pawn shop, they are not trustworthy! They hold on to older items for over 8 months without hearing a word and if you are a couple weeks late on expensive items they sell it, even when you make an arrangements with Alex. The jewelry was easily worth over $2,000 and the Apple laptop was new and I paid $1050. I pawned the jewelry for about $250 and the laptop for $200. He totally set me up. Alex gave me his word and that is obvious not worth anything! I am a window, mom with 4 kids and I was out of work, back to school time. I had budgeted for the recent items, I had no idea they still had that older one from 8 months ago! They take advantage of people in a tough time, I thought this pawn shop was different. It is a horrible business and they are looking for ways take anything you have of value! Do not trust a word they say! The worst part of all this is that they know this is my daughter’s laptop, we needed food and she offered to pawn it this for the family. She had to come in and enter her passwords. They still have this yet are requiring $800 to get it back now! They are just about the money, they do not care how they do it! I tried to get current but Alex insisted I pay for this older item I forgot they even had and never mentioned to me for 8 months, He promised he would hold the jewelry for me if I took care of this!

JP & Cory were awesome! Easy to talk to! And very reasonable about price! this is honestly one of the best pawn shops in the Woodbridge area if you’re looking to buy something I will definitely be back.

Slimy business practices and proudly mocked me in my presence. Either the majority of reviews are fake or these 5 star reviews are bonafide idiots. Immediately got backwoods high school dropout vibes from their lack of common sense and reeking of greedy dishonest business practices. I regret going to this place.

I just picked up my amp from them. They are extremely down to earth and respectful. Highly recommend this place for any guitar player they got cool stuff.

I bought a laptop 3 days ago. An impulse buy. I asked to return it as it was, same as I purchased it. I was offered half back. Don't do business here. $100 is a big penalty for an impulse purchase. He assured me I have 30 days to return. What a misleading sales pitch.

This is the first time I've ever been to a pawn shop and it was such a great experience Alex the owner was so friendly and very professional, and he did a little over the asking price for me. This is amazing I would definitely recommend everybody to come to him over on a 10+ reading

It's the season of being grateful and I am very grateful for this store! Bought my 55 inch smart tv about 2/3 years ago and I've had absolutely no issues, still working perfectly! They are very kind and treat you with respect (I've had bad experiences at other pawn shops).

My necklace was a big disappointment because it is not diamonds and I paid an arm and two legs. It s worth about $100 and they sold it to me for well over a couple $2000

Lied about the value of my laptop only offered $50 went to another pawn shop down the street and was told I was lied to..so I wouldn t recommend going here unless you walk/talk a certain type of way

This place is a scam. I went in to get a loan around 400 dollars they gave me 4 blue 100s and the rest. Within the blue 100s one of them was a fake.When he counted the money In front of me All of the blue one hundreds were faced backwards So I thought it was all legit.Once I left and went about my day I went to the store and the clerk told me one of my hundred was fake. So when I went back the same guy who attended me I caught him at the door and he seemed shook guilty all over his face. I told him what happened and said he couldnt do anything about this..so i have to pay an extra 100 because you gave me a fake. Also this isnt the first time Ive heard a about this.

I love stopping in to see what s new in both the Alexandria and Arlington stores. I will never again pay full price for jewelry at a jeweler s when I can find gorgeous unique pieces here! I have bought many pieces from them. I have even sent my coworkers to them. The guys running these stores are some of the nicest people I have met. Very honest and fair. They have so many different items too. Go check them out! You will be glad you did.

This place is absolutely incredible. The staff is more than friendly and will work with you on anything and everything. They have recently opened more Royal Pawns, in Vienna and in Crystal City, and believe that I will be visiting each of them to see their goods.

I just paid them a visit based on Yelps reviews. Straight shooters. I had $200 jewelry piece and a $60 piece to choose from. Not once!..did the salesman try to push the more expensive piece at me.

The best and most fair of any place of this type I have dealt with for over 50 years. Also every employee there is very friendly and show great care about you and the place they work. Now a days it is great to do business with a company that has such great people working for them. I would recommend them to my family and friends

Best deal Ive found on a lot of things from DVDs for a buck to a beautiful Remington Bronze. These guys pack alot of good stuff into a small retail space and always do the deal . Great prices and Great folks to deal with .

top notch pawn shop... best of the best. This is a family owned and operated business and you can really tell that the owner has his heart and soul (not to mention his two sons) invested in the business and they work hard to maintain a loyal customer base.

A very nice staff. Always welcoming. Best pawn shop Ive ever been too. However, I didnt give them 5 stars because if you are selling something at this establishment, they give you below bare minimum cash offers. If youre like me and dont want the hassle of going to other pawn shops and dealing with their drama, then this is the place to go..be mindful you wont get much for your items.

They are all very kind and attentive people. they have, by far, the BEST selection of antique jewelry I have ever seen. Wasn t sure what to expect, especially with negative connotation s regarding Pawn Shops in general but this store was actually quite good! It s a family run business, everyone was extremely enjoyable to talk with and quite welcoming. I think if you took an item to sell they would give you a decent price. Down to earth people run and work at this store sincerely it s a good place.

Most people think of Pawn Shops as desperate , untrustworthy. NOPE! . It is a Family Business that welcomes people. Trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable and helpful are what you can expect from Ric, Alex & Nick. They are willing to negotiate with their customers. Love the paintings/pictures covering the walls. Better prices on Jewelry than you would get in ANY other store. Looking for Antiques? Visit them as well. You will be pleasantly surprised what they have. I am very happy to have found them.
