These folks are an absolute pleasure to work with. It didn't matter that covid had eradicated many of the systems and employees that build this furniture. They worked to find us something we loved that was available. Highly recommend.

This fraudulent business needs to be shut down. My monthly payment is 246 and change. I pay 280 a month, 70 each week. Action Rent to Own has only applied 57 a week and pocketing the remainder of the 70 I've been paying. This place only rips people off. I highly recommend shopping else where. The employees are rude, arrogant and just down right nasty people!! Action doesn't deserve one star but in order to post a review one must pick at least one star!! Zero star rating in my book!! Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Several years ago, me and an ex came to get a small loan from this establishment however, we were denied! There was another loan place next-door so we went to them to try to get a loan with them. I had my car parked in front of their building, so decided to move it and when doing so threw out some trash in the parking lot ( shared by many businesses not just theirs) They seen this and got mad about it and proceeded to charge my ex at the time $180 in the form of an illegal loan to her account. We were only made aware of this when we went to the next loan place, and was also denied, and when asked why was shown that we had a Lone with them! They illegally forced paperwork or whatever they did by putting that $180 loan on my ex, and it wasn t even them who threw the trash out it was me!

I have leased a few items from this franchise, I am, and have been extremely pleased with the service and especially the quality of their products. Easy payments tailored to fit any budget, friendly, inviting atmosphere, the drivers have been extremely careful while delivering items, careful not to damage property or items. If I could rate this with 10 stars I most definitely would. The owners and employees definitely deserve 10 stars I will continue business with them for as long as possible. Misti (the owner) went out of her way to not only find me the furniture of my dreams, but also found me financing which I never thought I would qualify for.....I never expected to be treated so well, and with so much information and respect. Degrading and the most uncomfortable I have ever felt talking to another person. This old lady was absolutely disturbing how she treated me. I wish them the worst in life. Honestly a amazing family feeling business, I ve been buying through this rent to own company ( and even had a loan through them ) for years now and every time I m in need of furniture or a freezer they are always so friendly and quick to help!!! I recommend only this rent to own company to my family and friends for how many times they have went out of their way to help me when something went wrong. Even when I moved Apartments, from a ground floor to a third floor, the movers never complained and always put together my bed sets or asked me where I wanted my new item placed. Amazing gentlemen!! I d just recently got a washer and dryer set through them and they were amazing till my top loader had an error with the lid not locking and needed to be worked on. Me and Misty literally have been fighting the washer and dryer company tooth and nail to have someone come out and fix my washer. AND THEY STILL HAVE YET TO COME OUT!!!! If you re ever looking for a new washer or dryer don t ever buy from Midea!!!!! While going into what seemed like a battle with this Midea company, misty provided me with a washer to use in the mean time, which honestly made me tear up because I have 4 children and the amount of laundry I do is ridiculous. Anyways, I hope Action Rent to Own opens many more locations and thrives now and in the near future for the fact you don t get this kind of customer support/care/service from many companies in this line of work. Thank you so much to everyone that works at this location, you guys are great!!!

Hi I would like start by saying Action Rent to own is one of favorite stores I have been going there for a number of years now and the people there are great they are very respectful, nice, and caring very helpful they are always giving back to the community whether its having raffles for the public which I once won a television as I was entered in a raffle because they had a clothing drive for kids and I brought in some clothes or just having Santa at their store for the kids to take pictures and I think that that is very good business to care about your customers so if you need anything a gift for your kids or some money to pay a bill go down to Action Rent to Own they will help you out the best way they can and you might end up winning a gift.

I would love to give Action 5 stars. They worked with us and we were able to pay off our bedroom sets AND loan. I ve given praise on Facebook, communicated, and also paid a payment for the living room set that one of my referrals rented from Action to make sure we stayed in good standing with them. But it s extremely frustrating that because of the 2 referrals we referred to Action, we were hit in a negative way. Yes, the referrals are family, but after me and my husband moved, we knew nothing of Action and the referrals. I don t feel that your LOYAL customers should have to take a hit because of the actions of their referrals. Although we called and talked to Misty about a living room set, she stated that they weren t going to allow us to rent from them anymore, she didn t specify why, she only stated that her husband turned us down. I didn t know why at the time. When I found out the initial reason (which was recently) I was disappointed. Accountability needs to be held by those who are at fault, it shouldn t be held against those who aren t at fault,

I never leave reviews, but this place...wow! I live in Grantsville, but do business though them and not the place in Tooele, because of the customer service I have received. For a couple years I debated new furniture, each time I called or went in they were so helpful and kind. In fact when I called to order furniture the employee personally sent me texts of photos of a set on the floor from her cell, because the ones I called to order were on backorder! Ended up being way cheaper and they price matched a competitive places down payment. Fast forward, by washer and dryer went out and I called them to see if there was anything reasonable and they were empathetic and were so helpful, I got a great deal and fast delivery! There has never been a phonecall that wasnt pleasant! I am always so impressed with the customer service I get!

my boyfriend and I have been buying from action rent to own for about 9 years. We have bought a washer/dryer set, tires, computer, living room set and two tvs! the quality of their merchandise is fantastic! we have never had a problem ever! but the best thing about action rent are the people that work there! There have been times when making a payment has been problematic and that is when you fine out that they are not just in business for the money, they really care about their customers, working with us in every way possible to make sure we dont lose what we have been paying on! I previously left a good comment because 1. They ask you to when you get furniture from them. 2. They offer a discount for leaving a good review. But after dealing with this company for the last couple of months I have realized how awful they really are. There is a woman named Yvette or something who claims to be in their legal department. She will call you before your payment is even past due and demand that you make a payment then tell you if you make the payment on YOUR PAYMENT DUE DATE they will charge you an additional 40.00 No one here knows what they are doing and are seriously confused. And if your payment is even 1 day late the same lady mentioned above will call you not once, not twice but 7 times and leave you 7 voicemails working 10 minutes. It s borderline harassment. Now my payment is always on time and I generally pay for 2 months at a time but I was late ONE time. On top of all of this my dryer broke the first month I had it, I then had to wait an entire month for sears to come out and fix it and they offered no replacement or discount. Your better off finding another company that knows what they are doing and cares about customer service.

Horrible experience! The company had filed a false claim with Knight Adjustment for an item that was returned to them. The day the item was returned there was a aggressive verbal altercation with a man who said he was the owner. I had refused to leave without proof for the return. The owner had threatened physical harm and to call the police and have me tresspassed. Things owner said For all I know item was never returned My grandkid would receive a new laptop . If the owner is reading this... It happened November 2011 for the return of the red laptop. Remember me?? Your wife had interviened because, I was not going to be ripped off and taken advantage of.. There will be a fight for this ridiculousness and the inappropriateness of filing a false law suit after your product was returned.

I love rent to own especially the people at this location. They always seem to have what we need and if they dont they are more than willing to get it for us .We have been going here for years and will continue to do so.

The staff is very friendly, and they help you quickly and make you feel very comfortable and welcomed.. the process was super quick, and I got my mattresses delivered the next day! The timeframe was scheduled from 5-6 but they got here exactly at 5.. I am very pleased with their service and will definitely be back and will refer friends and family!

My husband and I went in to Action at 5:30 pm on December 20th 2017 and they took such amazing care of us they were fast and nice. We have rented from other companies and Action has the best prices we have ever seen. I highly recommend them. They absolutely will take care of you!
