Trent and Jordan were phenomenal today! I went with a friend who sometimes struggles with making decisions. Trent exercised great patience and willingness to assist and interact with us. He made us feel welcome and appreciated our questions. Jordan was awesome in showing me the different designer purses that were on display. We will definitely be back again to shop!

This place was fantastic.. Walking into a pawn shop can be daunting.. You can feel down on your luck. With inflation you might feel like you are drowning in bills/dept.. Luckily, Angela and Jenny are there to help.. I walked in as a first time Pawner, not really knowing what to expect. These two ladies were more than helpful. They made me feel right at home; not like I was down on my luck having to pawn my favorite hammer drill for fuel money.. It was just an overall great experience. I had a certain price in my head that I wasn't going to go under and they hit it. They actually exceeded my limit which was incredibly surprising. Again, Angela and Jenny were spectacular, bartering with them was fun as well. It wasn't one set price or get out.. It was more like teamwork, like how do we meet somewhere in the middle to make this work and both be happy and benefit.. Ultimately, this is the only pawn shop I have been too and the only one I will ever go to. Thank you tremendously Angela and Jenny! You two are the real heroes and I truly appreciate the help more than you know.

Cameron gave us a really good deal with a gun, the shells and the case were on the house. We’ve been wanting to get a gun for our own safety in our apartment complex. We looked at our options with different pawn shops, but he ended up giving us the best deal. Good selection of guns, nice variety. Definitely coming back, loads of personality within the shop. Everyone feels like your friend and Cam genuinely tried to get to know you.

There’s a guy there named Cam And honestly, that dude is so cool. I know he’s gonna do great things in the world. He’s the reason why I would ever go back. But. This is by far the best pawn shop I have ever done business with. Every single one of the employees has been so nice to me. I pawned a silver chain and then wrecked my car and lost my job and they have been so patient with me and they have worked with me to help me not lose that chain, and I am so beyond grateful. The manager at this location, Trevor, was so nice and so helpful. This place has truly gone above and beyond my expectations for a pawnshop. This is the place to go if you are looking to pawn something!

I was there looking at guns with a very nice person named Jenny. She was very helpful even tho I didn't buy a pistol. Next day I called and spoke to an Angela about a pistol Jenny had shown me. Big Dog pawn restored my faith in humanity and is the only reason I started using pawn shops again! After bad experiences with other pawn shops 10 years ago I stopped using pawn shops all together! Trinity and Trent (gentlemen with shaved head) at the West Jordan shop are both super helpful and honest and fair! After a little negotiation they loaned me exactly what I wanted. Small shop with cool inventory. Would definitely recommend Big Dog pawn to my mother or grandmother if they needed a loan or to pawn their guns or tools! They also gave me a good deal on some merch after I got my loan so I got to leave with money in hand and some cool stuff to play with! Thanks for everything Big Dogs (and No I dont work for them, this was actually my first time visiting them)!! Ps...they have a bunch of really rad guns!

I have been doing business with Scott, his daughter and the amazing staff at Big Dog pawn for about 25 years. I love this place first and foremost because of the extraordinary respect and kindness that they show each and every customer. If you go more than a few times, it s likely that they ll remember your name. They are always fair and they consistently fill their store with a wide variety of interesting and fairly priced goods, from guns to watches, tools and sporting equipment of all kinds. The store is neat and clean and you never know what gem you might find. I go to pawn shops all accross the country and Big Dog is one of if not the finest shop I ve ever seen. Give them a try! Today I had a great experience at a pawn shop where I purchased a gun at a good price. I was assisted by Danielle and Jordin, who were absolutely amazing and friendly throughout the entire process. They were knowledgeable, patient, and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this pawn shop for anyone looking to purchase firearms, or any other items. I was really hurting for some cash and brought a couple of Ryobi tools and a swift microscope in to Big Dog Pawn. Nick and Craig helped me out where other pawn shops around town wouldnt.
