There was a significant time limitation in our home purchase because we needed to close by a certain date. In addition to that, we encountered some complications with the previous mortgage broker, which created delays, and those circumstances forced us to look for alternatives. Ben Parker was our loan officer - a competent professional with high work ethics and strong knowledge in the mortgage industry. Lennys Bermudez Molina was our loan processors. Both of them expeditiously reacted to our situation and were consistently responsive and attentive to our needs during the entire process. We had the best experience refinancing our mortgage. My husband and I wanted to refinance to pay off debt but we were not sure how it would work or if we could even qualify to do it. We got in touch with Elizabeth and she was very thorough with answering our questions, explained the process and what we needed to provide to get started. I didn t end up using them, but the guy (Jaime) I was in contact with was responsive, professional and their rates were better than every other place that quote me. I have a relationship with a previous lender so he just matched their rate. You should consider giving them a call for sure.

They are insanely pushy repeatedly saying that they have lower rates than everyone. Maybe, but Im sure all mortgage companies are the same. I wasnt buying a house, nor an any place to. I just looking around and going to open houses to plan for the future and Jaime kept texting me and calling me even when I told him to stop and that we werent planning buying a house yet.

I am so glad that I spoke with Integrity lending before closing on my refinance! They got me a rate that was half a percent lower than the lender I had started with and my closing costs were lower as well! Getting the lowest payment was important to me and I am thrilled that I was able to get this loan!

I was already working with another lender for my new home when I started talking with Integrity lending. My loan officer at Integrity gave me the option to either go 1% lower on the rate than the other lender or keep the rate the same and eliminate the closing costs! I opted to eliminate closing costs. This saved me over $16,000 and they closed faster than the other lender could!

I looked at going through a different mortgage broker that was more national but the fees they were charging were extremely high. I ended up shopping around a little bit and decided to use Integrality lending. Their fees were cheap which helped keep the APR down. I would defiantly use them in the future.

I had a surprisingly incredible experience here. Surprised because there s all sorts of ways a high stakes service like this can and often does go sideways. It took just about a month and Lexi went above and beyond for us, doing real game changer things that a couple other competitors we d checked into seemed unable or unwillingly to do. It s taken almost 5 months to refinance through integrity, and yet still nothing. We wanted to refinance a house that has over 120k of equity into it just to re-do the bathroom. Yet we have had to pay out of pocket for appraisals and a second apraiser, and a mold inspector for the very bathroom we wanted to re-do. We finally said screw it and payed out of pocket to gut and re-do the bathroom ourselfs. I wouldn t recommend anyone to finance through here, too much wasted time and money. I should have never wasted my time and just payed out of pocket to finish the bathroom.

The whole process with Integrity first was amazing. I talked to 5 different people in the process from the door knocker guy who was super respectful and low-pressure, then Kelly who gave me some great options and locked me into a great rate, then Amy, then Bianca, then Braden who took me to the close. The transition from one person to the next was easy and each person was great to work with. Honestly, the process was super smooth and Im self employed so that is saying a lot! The team was great to work with when buying our first home! We got responses almost immediately when we had questions and felt like we were informed at every stage. Calli always made herself available for assistance even when we were in the underwriting stage. When we closed on our home, everything went smoothly and we felt supported as we navigated the closing process. Calli even gave us reimbursement for the appraisal for the home we ended up buying because the first home we tried to purchase fell through when we were unable to negotiate after a very unexpected appraisal. We used Integrity First Lending a year ago to get rid of PMI and refinance and the process was very smooth however this last go around was anything but smooth. With us being a previous customer they had a lot of the information on file but their processors were repeatedly asking for the same information and so I would resend it and then I would be told were good and then Id get a new list of things they needed. I think this is probably more about the lender Provident because they tend to have a high standard but from the beginning I asked Integrity to give a list of things that might be asked for because I would rather provide more than what was needed at one time than a constant back and forth ask for documents. The interesting thing about Provident is Im already a current customer with them but the underwriter would ask for things like mortgage statements, proof of mortgage payments when Im sure they could have easily pulled that on their end. I also think Provident is difficult to work so with initiating a loan/refinance with Integrity they should probably give the borrowers a few more options. As I have a HELOC I was told Id need to pay a subordination processing fee and I said great, add it to the loan or charge the credit card on file for the appraisal and I was told Id need to send a check through the mail. Im sorry but its 2020 and 1. Who has checks and 2. I dont have time to go to the bank, get a check and then mail it to Integrity. If they can accept credit card information for the appraisals they should be able to do that for other charges. Additionally because of the HELOC, the LTV was a little higher but still well below a total CLTV of 80%. I was asked to provide additional liquid assets for a total of $6,000. Well I had already provided liquid assets in excess of $30,000 so I was a little disappointed that again Im being asked for the same documentation that I had already provided to Integrity. As we were in this process for almost two months I decided to search around and found another lender with a lower rate and lower closing costs so I applied for a loan and within a week and a half was already in underwriting and so I just feel that had Integrity used a different lender and given me that option we would have had a different experience. Lastly, as I informed Integrity I was going with another lender I got a call and discussed with them the better offer and the quick processing of the other lender. I was asked to give them an opportunity to see if they could match it and two things that left a bad taste in my mouth were: 1. If I didnt close with them with Provident then it negatively affects their company. Im sorry its affects you but I have to do whats best for me so I dont know why you would even use that as a selling point to persuade me to close. 2. Integrity wanted the opportunity to see if they could remedy the situation and said on a Monday morning theyd get back to me by the afternoon and that was on August 31st and I still havent heard from them. I kind of expected that but dont tell me youll get back to me if you have no intention on really doing that. It would have been better to just both of us cut our losses and move on. In summary I think Integrity can do a good job but I think they should set clear expectations with the borrowers about the lenders they have and give them some options. They could be more organized in the process and information they request from borrowers and refinancing with Provident for current Provident customers shouldnt be such a tedious process.

We have gone through Integrity First Lending for 3 refinances now. The first 2 went great! Our last experience left my wife and I disappointed. We asked Amir to line up our refinance so that we could skip the first two mortgage payments on our loan so we could save a little extra cash for the future. When the timeline came around to close on our loan he told us he forgot that we wanted to do that and he wouldnt be able to do that. It was a bit of a blow to us when we were counting on that cash flow. If we refinance again in the future I dont think we will be going through Integrity. It feels like they have become to big and busy for that personal touch and detail that we experienced in our first two refinances.

Ok where do i start? How about AMAZING! When i first looked into a refi a few months ago i was contacted by Tori. I could tell at once that this was a business that really wanted to help. With my work sched putting in tons of hours i wasnt as timely with the docs integrity needed to keep the ball rolling. I had gentle reminders like its time to hustle and get my head in game so the finish line could be seen. What Tori, Stephanie, and Richelle along with many unseen faces did was to change my life. Tori and her team were absolutely amazing through the entire process. As a first time home buyer, I had an extremely overwhelming amount of questions and concerns and both Tori and her assistant Natalie answered them with patience and made me feel important even though if I had been in their shoes- I would have wanted to smack me. I had issues getting approved with many other lenders because of the type of loan I was trying to obtain as well as a less than comforting time frame on my current job. Tori was up front with me when first disclosing to her my situation and did not talk up a big game like everyone else had promising me an approval only later to be denied. She told me the obstacles that we would face and walked me through every step of the way. They were able to close on my house 2 weeks early with the help from Joel with the underwriting process.
