If I had a way to get rid of this company and never deal with them again I would in a heart beat. We tried to “work” with them and let them know any time we were going to be more than a day late when they would receive payment. With that being said you think you wouldn’t get 5 calls a day until paid. Also have no ability to work with you if you have any sort of medical emergencies and haven’t had a lot of hours at work. They will threaten to take your vehicle for any inconvenience to them. Diane is the worst possible person to deal with. She is arrogant rude selfish and just a straight up snob.

The representative that assisted me and making our payment arrangement was very helpful. She was very patient with me and also very understanding with our situation. She was able to not only make the arrangement happen, she also helped me relieve a lot of stress, and that I’m so thankful to have spoken with her. She is awesome!

I’ve spoken to someone at PAC before who wasn’t as helpful. In fact, for this reason I would have a nervous breakdown every time I see PAC calling me and i wouldn’t answer the phone but one day I got enough gut to call PAC and ask for help and what a blessing it was that I got Susan on this time. I feel that she went out of her way to help someone that really needed help.

I’ve been in the customer service field for over 20 years and SUSAN DESERVES 5 STARS!!!!!!!!!

If anyone gets a car through this bank dont trust them because they will not work with you with if you fall behind, they will send a repo guy out to get the car. if you get your car repo, I would get a Mechanic Lien on the car and mail them a copy of the mechanic Lien to show them it did happen and that will stop them from coming after you if you gotten your car repo. I did and I havent heard nothing back from them and I will be putting a second one on the car and keep it going because they cant do anything to me with that Mechanic Lien on the car. With that Mechanic Lien, they owe you and you dont owe them no Money. I would move too so they cant find you I did that, and I have yet to be found. That my option on what to do if you get your car repo by them Pac Auto Finance. They suck as a bank loan. This review will stay up for the rest of my life ( I hate these guys bank wise)

We are dealing with a lot on our plate right now, and I just really want to give respect and a shout out to Susan at Pac for giving us a chance to catch up on our loan for one of our vehicles she gave me a call and said that she could refinance my loan and give me new terms and conditions and a new payment amount lower than what we started with she took her time and paid attention to detail. Susan definitely has a passion for what she does. This world has become so ugly and cruel rising cost have made it extremely difficult to survive in this life with a family of six on minimum wage trying to make rent two car payments insurance payment and utilities let alone provide food she definitely helped us when we needed it the most thank you so much Susan we need more people like you in this world.

They have terrible customer service. The lady spoke with was incredibly rude and even hung up the phone. I needed some info to refinance my car and she got the worst attitude ever and tried to make me sound stupid . I have been a faithful customer for over a year never missed a car payment and they feel it s ok to be rude and disrespectful to customers. I work in customer service and never would treat my customers this way or I would lose my job. If you don t have empathy or respect, compassion then you shouldn t be working for answering calls and helping people with questions. Due to the poor customer service and the high expectations with this company- I ll be refinancing my car.

Dont believe the reviews, this is the worst company ever! If you miss one payment after 2 days, they will harass you to the point, you have to block their number and report them. On top of that, they do not have a grace period for when your car payment is due, and they are the most unprofessional rude people you will ever know. Dont even think about talking to a supervisor because, they are condescending, they have no sympathy about your situation and they seriously do not care. Run away from these people, find the finance company actually cares.

If I could give this company a -negative rating I would. Very rude, condescending, arrogant, unprofessional, and prejudice. I called to ask a simple question of why my account was given to another agency and then placed back with PAC. I paid one company one month that communicated they bought out PAC then another month PAC calls to say Im delinquent with a payment. So I asked to whom do I send my payment?? The agent was rude, condescending, arrogant, and prejudice. Tried to make me feel powerless in asking my question and threatened to pick-up my car. I reiterated my question of simply wanting to know the correct agency to pay as I was under the impression PAC was no longer; why would they call instead of the other company. Customer service is a big factor and folks being bullies over the phone is unnecessary. I will find a way to get communication out regarding the unprofessional service and behavior of the employees at PAC. If you can avoid using them- please do at all cost. I am looking for a way to refinance through a different company. Life is already stressful to have to deal with this nonsense.

No. My loan is predatory to begin with. Ive never missed a payment yet am constantly harassed, today they locked me out of my account and wont accept any payment via phone, or online and now Im receiving late payment charges. Google, if flagged please contact me . I have everything documented. Low morales, impossible to deal with. Dont allow your family members to do business with these guys. When all the links on the website for customer support are fake, thats normally a sign to stay away

I ve Been Dealing With this Finance Company Since 2019 . I Had one Hickup That I Cleared . Right After That My Car Was Repossessed without any notice! About Insurance Claims That Are Entirely Wrong, They re Claiming I ve had the wrong insurance when in fact I ve paid for full coverage since I ve had this vehicle . I Asked (Diane Hayes-Frey) For Proof Of me signing I Need a Specific kind of insurance in my agreement and they have Yet to send that or even Give a call back. Alondra was one of the BEST customer service reps I have ever had the pleasure of working with and speaking to apart from any other type of customer service situation I ve encountered in my lifetime thus far! My experience at this place was a very well great one, and I say that because I I was approved for a 2016 Nissan Rogue and there was so much joy on that day 03-29-2021 and right now I still have my Nissan and soon it will be paid off. So about a week ago I had a situation and my vehicle my Nissan had been towed and I was having problems trying to get it back so Ill call up my finance company to see what type of help I can get. Well I got a call back and the representative name was Amanda and she listen to what I had to tell her and then once everything was all done I finished talking she said she would give me a call back to let me know about my situation. And so she did call back we went on and on she called insurance people I was calling them we was calling where the tow was and she was calling them, shes on one end at work and Im at home and Amanda stayed on that phone for a couple of days on us calling back and forth trying to take care of my situation. She was there for me cuz I was totally lost and she said dont worry were going to take care of this situation. I once told her it was during the week that I was so grateful for her hanging in there with me and finally we had a breakthrough but I give it all to Amanda she deserve all the praises as far as Im concerned she knew her job she did her job and she completed it until it was done and she believes on making a customer happy getting the customer what they needed and she did that for me so Amanda today all Kudos to you Thank you so much Amanda I appreciate you.

If you dont want to be taken advantage of, dont do business here. I went into difficulty for a few months because I had a stroke, and they reposes the vehicle after Ive paid for two years. After which they continue to charge me the monthly payment plus a fee. My problem wasnt the repossession, it was the charges that continue. I ended up owing more for the car than what I owed when I made my first payment. You dont have to take my word for it....

These people are so rude I have never dealt with a fiance company like them. I know I have to pay I never will not acknowledge that but things happen in life that we dont plan on happening I lost my brother then a week ago my mothers house burned down from top to bottom luckily the neighbor was able to get my mother out in time before I lost her she is burned almost 50% over her body. Worse financing company I ve ever dealt with their customer service is terrible. They have really bad attitudes especially Amanda I really think they give people a hard time intentionally. I ve financed with them for 2 years and almost everytime I have to call I get an attitude or rude rep. Definitely looking into refinancing elsewhere like Amanda suggested. I have maintained auto insurance for the whole time Ive had the loan of the car and never been late. Every time I renew it the insurance company sends registered mail proof of insurance to PAC but thay always try to charge me for not having insurance. This has been harassment and costs me and my insurance company lots of time and stress. A few times half way through my 6 month coverage thay tried charging me for there insurance saying I didnt have insurance but did.

Thank you so much! The person that helped me with my loan modification was wonderful! I got on the phone asking for a supervisor but she gladly was able to assist me before handing me over! I recently had a medical emergency which left me with a torn esophagus, and I cannot speak above a whisper. I have had the worst time trying to communicate and navigate my responsibilities. PAC and AJ in particular sent me a text which I was able to then respond and have communication. As you can imagine a medical emergency is scary enough, not being able to speak is scared enough. But to come across someone who is both empathetic and helpful was truly unexpected. I thoroughly appreciate AJ and PAC s flexibility and multiple means of communication. That s has never been more important to me then it is right now!

AJ was AMAZING beyond belief! Hes helped me way more in 10 minutes than any other representative has ever assisted me in the 13 months of having my car. He deserves a raise and a promotion. Having the worst time going back and forth for over a year in counting. They keep charging me for insurance. I ve had the same insurance since I ve started financing with this company and they keep saying they are not receiving my declaration page all of a sudden. So i have 1300 dollars in insurance charges that they keep saying they will remove for a year now when they get the information. My insurance lady is so nice to keep sending when I m there with her and they keep saying they are not getting it. This is and has been a nightmare. I m so drained from working with these ppl and to top it off their Customer service agents and so rude it s ridiculous but i kill them with kindness everytime. They are cool to work with until you have an issue.

AJ was immensely helpful and got my insurance coverage squared away. I have been trying for almost a year to get the auto insurance coverage sent to PAC. AJ was the first representative who actually took the time to help me and discuss what was needed on the policy.

I dont appreciate the fact that Ive been giving your company almost $800 a month every month for 2 years to where my remaining balance is finally down to $300.00, just for yall to report balance increases and missed payments to the credit bureau every single month. In what universe is that right or ok at all? I will edit my review to state that they corrected my credit report after they saw this review and a credit bureau dispute. I believe the credit manager who contacted me was Brittany? She was extremely nice, apologetic, professional and helpful. Bumping from 1 star to 2 because of the great service she personally gave, your company as a whole is still terrible and predatory. Give Brittany a raise though!

The GPS system they put on your car will drain the power (diagnostics done at moss dealership) & when you inform them of the situation they re VERY rude and insinuate that you re lying. And says it not their problem and they re not liable, and that the third-party would be liable and I would need to reach out to them and contact them. When pac was the one who initiated them putting the GPS on my car. I had no contact with the 3rd party ever prior to this exchange. I contacted the GPS company and they informed me that pack would need to contact them in order for them to do anything PAC is a horrible rude company! This isn t my first complaint and unfortunately, I m sure it won t be my last.

I spoke with Laci, my Account Manager today and she was TOTALLY AMAZING!!! She went over and beyond the call of duty. She was able to make me feel comfortable enough to share information in regards to some hardship Im experiencing and she was able to offer me options to help!
