From start to finish, he was amazing. His processor Mary is some superhero. She cannot be human. She is beyond responsive and meticulous. Omg I am so thankful for Rebecca she literally saved my life. I am in the real estate business and this year its getting more difficult to get people to put their homes on the market and for any realtor to survive we need listings . I started to get nervous about how I am going to pay two mortgages, a car payment and live. Well I was under so much stress and my Angel Rebecca asked me how long have you lived in your current home I said 20 yrs she asked me if I would consider a refinance and I asked her how I didnt have closing costs or down payment and she told me I had so much equity in my home that I could refinance and be debt free and only have one mortgage payment and pay off my other debt and walk away with cash. I couldnt believe it because my present mortgage company never reached out to tell me I could do this. Rebecca made me feel so comfortable through the whole process. Worst Company I ve Ever Came Across!!! I ve been dealing with this for a year now! It s not that hard to get a house closed!! I ve sent them over 500 copies of the same thing multiple times! I ll never recommend you guys to anyone! I will be reporting this company to the CFPB!! The Employees have no common sense They are straight up ignorant How many times do you have to explain the same thing to ONE person? They have screwed up my life because they can t do their jobs. If I could give them a -0 I would in a heartbeat I feel for the people that are going through the same thing. If I could give them no starts I would it took 4 months and my loan still did not close. I work hard to make sure that these things would go through right at the end I got the run around from them not contacting as much, to it being blamed that the underwriter didnt have paperwork to it all and I lost on a beautiful home this was ridiculous. I would NEVER AND I DO MEAN NEVER refer anyone to them.

I can ask A LOT of questions and she was so patient with me and walked me through the whole process and helped me run numbers from the sale of my condo to what my options would be on the purchase of my new house. The options she presented to me comparing % down & MI buyout and how that effected the final monthly payment was so helpful and allowed me to walk away with more cash in hand that I originally planned (which was a huge surprise!). Worst Mortgage Company around!! No management with brains. Sent us 2 threatening letters (full of lies) regarding missing insur coverage docs when the insurance company confirmed they were mailed and we were paid in full 30 days in advance! Still more threatening letters this time for proof of coverage a year ago! No apologies, nothing. They claimed the letters were auto generated by their legal team with threatening language and lies. No excuse! Fire the legal team and never use them. All qualified employees have quit! Pitiful!

Loan officers here are amazing. Customer service and trying to talk to a person about my mortgage payments and home insurance payments is impossible and incredibly frustrating. Something needs to be changed on the customer service side. My loan officer should not have to try for weeks to get customer service to fix issues or contact me.

Jasmine was overall a good loan officer. She could benefit from more training. She seemed inexperienced at times. Things she didnt know she couldve done a better job at seeking out the information and then relaying it to us timely. A lot of times she would assure us that one thing was the ONLY thing holding us up, well submit it and then there would be a list of other things that we needed to provide. Open communicate with the borrower is best, despite how she thinks they may take it. Purchasing a home is already a grueling process, you dont want to make it even more stressful. She was very professional and always pleasant to speak with. That part made the process a little better. Thanks again.

I worked with Chris Lynch. I connected with him early in the process. I had a lot of unique factors that made things messier than a normal transaction. Chris helped walk me through these and determined the best way to move forward. He was always available to answer any questions I had and keep me informed on where we were in the process. I reached out to Chris through a friend hoping I could start my house buying journey with him. I opened up the conversation letting him be aware I wouldn t need to buy this year if it wasn t possible, being a new home owner and not knowing what really happens. We constantly got positive feed back from him saying the loan was good to go. Put an offer in and even got the guarantee that we were going to close. I had set up everything in my life to be ready for the move. On the closing date we found out we need to extend which is typically normal. But we extended four more times and switched loans and after the second extension had to add a co-signer which would have been a lot easier had I been given more time to get things together. But two weeks past the closing date was just all so stressful. Then I had to move out of my apartment on top of this three weeks after I was suppose to close on the house. The last extension happened on the 31st and I was told at 4:00pm that I wasn t getting the loan. After a whole month of waiting. I had looked at the house on March 27th and only found out on July 31st that I wasn t getting the house. It was unbelievable. I had multiple communication issues with him and was unaware of what was happening with this. Every day I d be asked for more and more information and be given no reassurance after the closing date that it was going to happen. I was beyond stressful and ended up loosing the deposit. A large sum of money that didn t need to be lost and only was able to be the sellers due to chris and him saying we were guaranteed to close which we didnt. I do not recommend and I certainly would make sure you get in writing right away that everything he said was 100 percent accurate because I did not experience that from him.

Stephen Swarner, I can t recommend him enough! He made our entire loan process actually fun and easy. We were buying out of state and Stephen went above and beyond to take care of us like we were his only clients. From preapproval to settlement Stephen was with us. I had set up an automatic payment through their website to pay my mortgage, scheduled to start May 1, 2021. Its now May 5, 2021, and my payment hasnt been posted yet, nor the money withdrawn from my account. I tried for 30 minutes to call their customer service number, and got either a busy signal or the automated response stating that my call couldnt be completed as dialed. When I FINALLY was able to get through, I was put on hold....and Im STILL holding over an hour and a half later. My loan origination was AMAZING, but the way theyre servicing existing mortgages is ATROCIOUS. They need to hire more staff to deal with the volume and get their acts together. We deserve better.

Simply the worst mortgage company Ive dealt with in nearly 50 years and multiple homes. After selling my loan to another service company they report late payments to the 3 major credit reporting agencies. They are not trustworthy or capable. I suspect this is illegal as they no longer own the loan.

Andrew was incredibly responsive. He would answer any questions or doubts we had within minutes. If he didnt have the answer hed let us know and would promptly investigate and get us what we needed. He made our closing happen within 30 Days, which is a miracle. He worked hard for us and would communicate with us throughout the day no matter the time. He made acquiring a lender painless and seamless.
