Cory, Austin, and their team went truly above and beyond for me. I had to move at short notice for work and they helped me close a loan literally in record time! 11 days. First timer tips, it was really helpful that I got approved BEFORE finding the house I wanted. But time from contract to close was still under 2 weeks! I lost almost $10,000 working with NEO home loans. I also lost the property and on top of that theyre denying any wrong doing. I was advised wrongly by their mortgage advisor John Phung. I would like to take a moment to RANT and RAVE over Bryson Schoenecke! He gave us the most amazing experience with buying our home during such a stressful, unique time with home building. He was attentive to all of my needs and never acted unfavorably when I was frustrated or needy - he made it known that I was a priority to him. During our time working together, he gained my trust and respect which I cannot say about our other potential lenders. When our rate lock extension kept growing, he was creative in order to make all of it financially sustainable. He took ownership of advocating for our builder to help cover closing costs that were increasing week by week. And when we were no longer able to extend the rate lock, he negotiated a closing date before receiving Certificate of Occupancy in order to keep our low rate. In the end, we are closing on our loan feeling financially comfortable. What a kind, kind human he has been to us. I plan to recommend him to everyone I know who is looking to purchase or refinance their home in the future. Many people around me witnessed the hardships we went through during this time, and to hear how generous and flexible Bryson was will speak numbers! In addition, thank you to the NEO Home Loans team for allowing him to be so flexible in order to make this opportunity one we will forever be grateful for.

This was one of the worst companies that, I had to deal with as a 1st time home buyer, I took it personal....They pulled my credit to many times, I was told to get a credit card after they messed up my credit. My loan amount went down from 279 to 211, I was told that my rates were locked in and they were not,they kept giving me different amounts for my down payment. I never really spoken to anyone,just only by email. This company caused me emotional distress, they would ask for documents a day before my closing at the last minute. Ryan was an awesome broker and very responsive. He got us a great deal when we didn t think we would even qualify due to our student loan debt. I m a NP and my wife is a mental health therapist with a lot of debt and we were able to close on an amazing home today!

David is so personable, I mean from early morning to very late at night, everyday, David answered my questions, and gave me updates, in real time. I was treated with utmost professionalism and also kindness, and it really made the house purchasing process smooth and timely. Nick, as well as those who work with him, went out of there way to make sure we were taken care of. Whether is was helping us the next step in our journey ..or explaining the ins & outs of the whats or whys, communication was excellent. With his help, we were able to keep the momentum going & closed on our home quickly. I am VERY lucky to have had Nick & his team work with me. I couldnt of asked for a better experience. Whenever I do anything that involves finances, I get worried. Im not the smartest guy when it comes to the details of a mortgage. Collette was the Great Translator. She was very communicative and, I felt, working for my best interest. She even called to tell me to disregard some of the paperwork as they had gotten me a better rate. We are so glad that we found Mike Jones for our home purchase in another state. We are moving from one state to another and have a unique situation during the coronavirus climate. I wish we selected Mike Jones and his team initially, but we trusted our brokers recommendations first. We spoke to multiple recommended local lenders in the state we are moving to, but they did not know how to deal with unique situations like ours. Mike Jones, Austin Treadway, and Rail Cressall helped us and are outstanding in their attention to detail. This group is highly dependable, very reliable, and the team you will want on your side. They are super responsive by texting (fastest), by email, and by FaceTime!! We submitted an email to Mike on a Saturday night, expecting a Monday-response, BUT Mike responded immediately through text message. Mike and his team gave us a 3-week timeline from the time we started communicating to process our loan, and thankfully it looks like we will complete this process in less time than that. They are based in Utah but can help anyone within the 50 United States. This team is terrific and will treat you like their friends or family. With great confidence, Mike Jones and his team have my highest recommendation for anyone in the market for home buying or refinancing.

David Nelson and his team did a wonderful job! Very prompt and attentive to questions, and the entire process was laid out very clearly. The team went above and beyond to find the right product for me. My only criticism is that there was some delay in closing, but the company did their best to work with me and expedite the process. Overall I would recommend using FIMC.

Im a Delivery driver who often delivers their lunches. I do that a couple hours a day as a side. At my real dayjob, Im a realtor. While delivering, Ive delt with two people here, on two different occasions. Both were mean, and very rude while I tried to do my job and simply deliver their food. As a realtor, I managed one client who liked their services. The loan officer (different location) was a pain to work with and was also very rude. I would never refer another client here, as I know the value of their customer service, even dealing with little things. How could I trust them to treat my realty clients well, when they poorly treat the people who serve their food? The takeaway, people, if youre reading this, is always treat EVERY person who comes to your door with respect, especially when working as a representative of your company. You never know who is a potential client!

Im so glad I was able to find Mike and his team after a previous lender didnt work out. Kudos to Mike, Austin, Bri and the rest of the team. They are professional, responsive, and efficient.
