Scott Stout, was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable in many areas of expectation process of my loans since I started to embark upon my decision to become a homeowner 2022. I have work with many lenders and different types of loans officers but I absolutely never got a loan officer like Scott. He is very helpful and extra Talented in my experience with him. He processed my loans quickly then I thought and to be honest. With little requirements that was extremely difficult from others lenders which I was not able to get approved and through the process. I gave this five star rating and review just because Scott knows how this process works and how to get you approved easily. I recommend Scott to everyone looking for homes loans approvals. Guild mortgage company. I work with them twice the First loans officer could not get me approved and through the process. I don’t know how was that difficult compared to Scott he got me approved very quickly and well Placed in my affordable budget.

This was our first home purchase and really didnt know what we were doing. We had started working with another company and rep. but were not feeling great about it. Luckily I was recommended to Bryan Roberts from a friend who had used him to refinance. From the beginning we were delighted with Bryans knowledge, patience, and explanations. I was first introduced to Bryan Roberts several years ago by someone I trust that owns a title company. Back then he helped me refinance my first home to a 15 year loan. I remember I was being pushed into certain products by other lenders that were based on a thirty year loan. Bryan told me that those would all be a bad financial move for me in the long run and that he wouldnt feel comfortable pushing me into that, but if I insisted he would go that route. He would rather lose the business than give me a bad deal. We talked about the pros of a 15 year loan and it made a lot of sense to me. Since then I have used him multiple times for new loans as well as refinances. He makes it so easy! I honestly can say grocery shopping now feels more complicated than getting a new mortgage! He makes it that easy. Id recommend him to anyone.

Bryan was exceptional at crunching numbers for us to get a refinance and loan. Dave Young and his team did a great job for us. They explained the process thoroughly so that we understood what was happening. We closed on time without any issues. Im sure we made it difficult for them by not having a realtor. It added more to the work load. We appreciate the hard work.

with Danny. He was very helpful through the whole yearlong house hunting process. He even spoke on the phone with both of my parents when they had questions I couldnt answer. He explained every step of the process to me in language I could understand and was always available when I needed him. He set me up with contacts for other services as well, like a home insurance officer when I told him I didnt know where to start looking. Overall a great guy and loan officer! He and my realtor got me into home I love with a fantastic mortgage rate.

I cant say enough wonderful things about Dave and Academy Mortgage! Dave stayed late on a Friday night so that I could get my financing arranged to be able to make an offer on the house I bought! Without Daves help that day, I would have not been able to purchase my dream home! Dave was so helpful from start to finish through the whole loan experience. He answered all my questions, and was available by text. phone or email. Dave and Academy Mortgage send videos to let you know where you are in the loan process and they are awesome, fun and informative. Just when I thought Dave couldnt be any more helpful and amazing, he offers a moving van to use at closing!!!! And that came along with packing boxes and tape! I will be recommending Dave and Academy Mortgage to everyone I know because it was been such a smooth, easy process. My husband and I just bought our first home together and we used Dave Young. I have nothing bad to say about him. He went over everything, showed us the different opptions and even suggested to us as to when he thought would be a good time to lock into a interest rate. He showed us different opptions for loans that we qualified for and not just what he thought was best for us. He was very helpful and went over all the paper work very well. We closed on our home with Dave and it was a fantastic experience! We would recommend him to anyone. We had closed with other lenders previously and just not got the service that Dave gave. Academy will not disappoint!
