If I could leave a ——-zero star I would! They charge you twice for a single item, (500$)x2 and then say that they did not charge your card twice, even though you have the transaction ID right in front of their face…. Finally after about 50 calls & 3 months time they admit their fault was correct with no sympathy, and still have the audacity not to refund it as they’re trying to make you go through every hoop in the world which have all been done to just refund a transaction. straight up theft!!!!!! Had to get a loan to pay rent because of these people who do not care about their customers enough to click a button to fix their mistakes which should and could have been done the day it happened

I went in to sale a some silver and silver coins, I had 1oz of silver and 1 M.S70 one once of silver and graded in the case. They told me that they need to open the case and take the silver out of its packaging, I looked at her and said are you crazy, it costs 30 to 40 dollars to have a coin graded. It was a first day issue of a commemorative coin. The silver was in coin shape and in a vacuum sealed clear plastic. She said that she had to make sure that they were actually silver. I let her open just the silver and test it, it came back as . 999 silver and offered me 15 dollars for it. Silver was at 24 dollars per ounce. I told her no way was I going to let her open the greeted coin. On top of that her demeanor, was horrible. I will never go back there and I will not recommend this place to anyone. There loss I had a lot more coins that needed to go so I can pay too get my sons eyes fixed so he can see. I really dont like it when you go into a place that says that they do take silver and coins to sale or buy them, and the people behind the counter dont know a thing about what you are buying or selling. Really wish I had never walked into this place and wasted my time.

If I could give negative stars I would. I have helped by a female with pink hair and lots of pricing. He not only was unprofessional she was the most disrespectful person I have dealt with. The manager a tall man was standing next to her letting her get away with being so disrespectful. Then there was a couple in line that the young man through his bike at me and his girlfriend punched me in the right side of my chest. All while the manager stood by and let this all happen. I will be contacting a lawyer so this does not happen to anyone else. I was hurt I have a very large brus on my chest.

Never pawn here. The employees here are extremely rude and unhelpful and they will not work with you at all if you need any help. They apparently didn t unlink my Apple Watch properly when i got a loan against it. I was out of town and returned a couple days late to purchase it back and my other two items on Friday. The employee named Maricela very rudely told me she had already sold the watch as is to someone else and would no longer allow me to purchase my other items back or do business with me since I had sold them a locked watch, which was entirely on them. The shelves were pretty bare and they seem desperate for product right now so i think they re basically trying to steal items from the customers to sell at this point because they have such low inventory going into the holiday season. Considering filing a lawsuit in small claims court against them for the items Maricela would not return to me. Not only did she unfairly keep my items she was incredibly rude about everything on top of it. Never pawn here.

I came in right before 6 and they were super rude instead of telling me they were closing nicely they were rude about it! Will not be going there ever again! I went here to try and sell some non mass media items and I tried to call them before hand to see if they would buy such things, but I was told to come in to show them so I did. I traveled 5 miles by bike just to be told that they wont buy anything I have. The one thing I did have was a pro controller that went for 70 and these guys offered me 10 bucks. Why couldnt you tell me what kind of stuff youd buy before I went out of my way to personally show up? I personally had a bad experience here, but they are primarily concerned with making a profit. They will buy something off of you for cheap and sell it for more.

walked in about a week ago to buy a gun. was told the gun would be on hold for me because their computer system was down, and couldn t be sold. went in for 4 more days, same problem. came back monday after the weekend, and the gun was sold to someone else, despite it being held for me . obviously a clear lack of communication, which results in the customer being screwed over. couldn t recommend much less

Very good service. Real friendly people.... However most of all.... WILLING TO HELP THE CUSTOMER!! I ve never had it happen where I go to a pawnshop and instead of looking down on the items that I brought. They were encouraging me to see if I had anything else to throw in just so I could sweeten my own deal.... Unfortunately times are rough for me right now, So anything helps.... Like I said, The fact they were willing to work with me on whatever I had, is a godsend.... It felt good to be on same page with the staff member that was helping me, as well as it was nice to see my problem(s) mattering to them.... They were very enthusiastic towards helping me with my situation, and for that, they completely Won over my business.... I will definitely go back.... and they will definitely be the first on the list next time I have to pawn something. The rapport I built with EZ PAWN and its staff just from this one visit, is honestly quite impressive.... THATS how a pawn shop should welcome its customers in need, and THAT is EXACTLY how I want, and picture being treated.... with dignified optimism and positive reassurance.... Thank you! -M

Tyler and Alex are by far the most helpful here. I drive a long ways just to come to this specific store! Mainly for their customer service and they really try to help as much as possible. Highly recommend!

They sell ok items but have some terible management. They really try to reduce the worth of some items. Some of their management talk trash behind my back, and it is funny how obivlious they are. Well I hope this helps some of you people when shoping here.

Bethany was the bomb! I was looking for speakers. She and Maricela let me try it to see if it was working and blast it out loud to hear from one corner of the building to the other. It is perfect for my birthday. Were gonna party it up!!!

Would rate no stars if possible ! I bought a Weed Whacker for 155$ ! Guy told me I could return if it did not work 4 days later I test it out at home and it keeps on shutting of I go back to return it or exchange for another one turns out I only had 24 hrs to return it which was never mentioned to me! Also manager was very disrespectful and offered to buy it back off me for 30$ Cant make this up! Never go here unless you want to get scammed! Never going back again thanks for ripping me off!

I bought a laptop and it had stopped working and it could ve been my fault but I bought it in hoping to trade it in. I loved the laptop turned out it was the charger and Easton took good care of the problem. Plus I got the laptop for a steal! Thanks guys!! You rock!!!

I went to pick out my engagement ring today and thanks to Bethany I found the perfect one for me. She was super helpful. I had her running back and forth every where showing me different rings. By the end she had probably ran a mile but she sold me on the perfect ring and had no problem helping me. Definitely the best customer service I have ever had at a pawn shop. 5 stars for Bethany for sure!
