The guys at this shop were so helpful! My fiancé and I came in looking for wedding bands and they were so patient while we looked through their rings. They had a lot more rings of all kinds than some of the other shops we had been to. Couldn’t recommend them more!

This is a little hidden gem of a place. Lots of variety in what they have, whether it’s guitars, firearms, bikes, power tools, or anything else you can think of. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating and I had the pleasure of getting helped by Rhet. Payment for my item was quick and easy, too. I will definitely be back to see what else I can find!

Davin and Rhett are great, too. Forget what that lady who gave 1 star said - she seems to not understand how pawn shops work. A pawn shop does not pay out anything "close to market value." How would they make a profit? They are young men, not omniscient. But they are still pretty reliable.

Rhett and Davin were both really helpful. They took the time to answer my questions about their large gun selection, helped me pull out the equipment I wanted to loan off to them out of my van, and were very pleasant and easy to talk to. They made me feel comfortable and answered the questions I had. Their valuing of my items I felt was fair and I feel they were experienced and knowledgeable about their jobs. I came in looking for a pair of sunglasses that I had been told were at this shop. Maybe today was an off day seeing as how this place has consistently high reviews… although today was a solid waste of my time. I tried to sell some sterling silver jewelry from my personal collection as I no longer wear these pieces. I was frankly shocked by the blatant lack of professionalism from Rhett. I literally had to correct him twice about the hallmarks by pointing them out. His comments like, “that looks way too shiny to be silver,” or “usually it’s marked with 925” (when in fact that’s not true and sterling silver can indeed be marked with just *sterling*) were very unprofessional - it’s awkward when the customer is more knowledgeable about jewelry than the actual pawn store employees. When he asked “what are you hoping to get?” and I replied with “hopefully close to market value”, I was flatly rejected with a condescending comment about *profit* - okay great, maybe don’t ask that question or at least front load your shop expectations first? This is not the place to sell sterling silver; I stopped showing my pieces after realizing none of it was worthwhile. Very milquetoast customer service. 1 star for his patience with my toddler and my untangling my necklaces.

Had a 8 month loan and today was just 2 days into the month period regarding interest rate and was charged a full month of interest($90.00) interest fee upon paying the 8 month loan off. Thought this place would pro-rate the interest since it was beginning of the month like other pawn shops have done. Rhet said he had to follow the owners policy.

Dont sell your stuff here. Guy tells me Milwaukee Quik Lock tool retails for $129, when I know and saw it retails for $229. Offered me $40. Wouldnt bother looking at the PC or parts inside it. Just assumed it was old and custom. These guys dont deserve the rating they got.

I brought in a diamond ring to sell and the tester they were using kept flagging the diamonds as fake. They suggested I had been scammed. There was no offer to check the batteries or use another tester. They then offered hundreds on a very expensive ring. I took it to other shops to see and the stones all tested diamond everywhere else. Seller beware

Every single time I come here I have an issue. They tell me to bring items down then it s blah blah blah, can t take it because XYZ . Then I brought in a laptop 3 weeks ago to do a collateral loan. They said $350 didn t do it at them time. Came back in 2 weeks later and they tell me they now sell for only $450 online. My girlfriend and I go out to the car and look on eBay and find 10+ listing for $900

This store is the most amazing place to be at on my spare time. I walk in everyday and just smell the air of new toys that I want to play with. Most of the times, I see my boy Michael in the back thrusting his arm super fast back and forth, just waving hi to me. I feel super welcomed here when Im alone with Michael around 7 PM just talking. I sometimes play my Nintendo 64 while Michael is working. When hes done working, he comes in the back where I play and takes down his pants. He gets changed into his casual clothes and plays with me on Mario Kart. I love it when he looks me into the eye and I look at him back until he asks me if I want anything to eat. I really love Michael and he is the greatest worker. Welp, thats all the time I have, I gotta get back to play Animal Crossing - New Leaf, on my new Nintendo 3DS.

This place is a joke! The guy offered to buy my $120.00 2 way radio set for $10.00. I just laughed and walked out. They need to go to a seminar on economics

These people have no idea what customer service is, and their knowledge of firearms is extremely lacking. They have no idea what the local market is. If you turn down their garbage offer, they act like 5 year olds! Take your business elsewhere, or just list your guns on local gun classified sites. Dont waste your time!

This is my first time writing a 5 star review. I feel this place, and the the staff deserve it. Overall great customer service. Made me feel welcome the first day I went they also have great prices. Their well experienced staff is very helpful and knowledgable. I really recommend xtreme pawn .

Honestly this is the one and only pawn shop you ever need to go to. They are trustworthy actual people who are more then fair and kind. You can legit find anything used new or inbetween that you can think about, that I didnt think they would have. The crew is knowledgeable and just legit people with an amazing selection. This is my last pawn shop I ever need to know thanks Jared!

Went into xtreme pawn to get some golf clubs they had listed for 70% off. The place was a little hard to find but once inside it was great, they have a ton of stuff, For sure more than any other pawn shop I ve been to. Anyways I got what I needed, and the guys were pretty cool to deal with.

I did not get acceptable customer service here. The employees that tried to help me weren t very friendly and didn t give me the full attention that I deserve as a customer. The store is also pretty messy, so if you re looking for something in particular you may not find it. The reply to this post is invalid because I brought in items it almost new condition. Some of the items I brought in have never been used. There were no missing parts in any of my items. This is a great example of the poor customer service that I have received. Do not shop here. Xtreme Pawn is an extreme waste of your time.

This location was great. Employees are friendly and willing to help. They had a large inventory to choose from with really low and competitive pricing. I was searching for a couple of Nintendo 3ds for my kids for their first gaming system. I don t really know anything about games, so the employees where very open and honest and let me know what the differences where between their inventory so I could make a good purchase. I was able to leave with the 2 gaming systems and 4 games and stay within my budget. I m excited to bring them home to my kids

Went in to find a ball joint press for some ball joints Im replacing and I brought in the part that I needed to press out and Jared helped me press out the part and didnt charge me and was very helpful!

This place is amazing. I went to American Fork Pawn, and the clerk there was very rude about not taking the item i had, came to extreme pawn, and got some righteous treatment! Michael was the best to work with. 10/10 would go back again. Thank you Jared !!
