Casey and his team made refinancing our home so easy! Casey gave us great advice at our first meeting with him and was in contact with us the whole way through the process. The team is great at communication and letting you know that you're a priority to them. Casey called regularly with helpful updates, which I really appreciated. I purchased my home about a year ago now and when rates dropped significantly, Casey called to let me know and talked through options for refinancing. Great experience. Very easy to talk to. So many other companies would never talk numbers with me without pulling my credit or doing a bunch of paperwork first. Casey ran through all the options, interest rates and fees on 15, 20 and 30-year mortgages on my first call. I never felt like I was getting pressured or duped like with other companies. I was pushing for a certain rate and he actively let me know that I could get a lower rate for a smaller fee. Also, Veritas has a slick online system for your whole mortgage from start to finish. Everything was handled online, and it really cut down on the amount of emails and paperwork. I will absolutely be using them for any mortgage I need in the future.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! Casey has taken care of us 3 times in three years now. Once to purchase, and twice to refinance. The process is always fast, always smooth, and we have yet to have any of those little horror story surprises show up that we all hear about. Paperwork is quick and painless, pretty much a few e-mails and e-signatures, and DONE. In fact, in all three cases that Casey and his team have helped us with home financing, the whole process never exceeded 3 weeks!!!! When we first bought our home, Casey went above and beyond the call of duty. He helped us clear up some bogus credit issues so our credit score could go up, found ways to lock in a low rate through all the ups and downs of buying a short-sale, and did so many other things to make a crazy buying situation turn out superbly well. I cant tell you how much he did for us. So, when we wanted to refinance to a 15 year loan, we went to him again. And again he was fantastic. He walked us through doing what we needed to in order to be ready for when the rates dropped to what we wanted. Then he helped us move quickly and lock in the perfect rate, explaining it all to us so carefully and well all along the way. He and his team were so great, and we got a better loan the first time than we thought possible, and then a better refinance into a 15 year loan than we thought possible. With our first home purchase we had started working with another company and after months of them not getting things done we were about to lose the house we wanted to buy. Casey is the best! I have purchased several homes and done a few refis over the past 20 years and hands down Casey is the best! Caseys communication is clear and timely. Casey and his team made refinancing our home so easy! Casey gave us great advice at our first meeting with him and was in contact with us the whole way through the process. He made sure we had the loan that was right for us and our needs. We started the refinance around Thanksgiving and we closed right before Christmas, quick and efficient, even through the holiday season. Everyone on Caseys team replied promptly to our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend Casey and his team to anyone and everyone I know.

I have worked with Casey Hansen twice now. He helped me when I bought my first home and also when I was ready to refinance. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get their mortgage done fast and done right. When I was deciding on who to use for my refinance I initially went with New American Funding instead of Casey and his team because the advertised rate was lower and the fees were a little bit lower as well but after trying for about 3 weeks to get the deal done with the other mortgage company I came to the realizaiton I made a mistake. I texted Casey and asked him what my options were. He told me what they could offer and then immediately got to work when I gave them the green light. The appraisal came in $25,000 more than the other guys and Casey and his team were able to fund the new loan in about 18 days! Coudlnt have asked for a better experience.

Security National made the home buying process quick and hassle free. Layton & Shay were quick to respond and help us understand what the next step was in order to keep our closing date. Another huge plus is the app that allows you to do everything easily from your phone. Thank you for everything! We will for sure be going through Security National for any future land/home purchases. Another extra was they provided us with an excellent real estate agent. Sally dropped everything to FaceTime us so we could see the house before we ever arrived in UT. She made starting the home buying process possible from out of state.

We are first time homebuyers and to say we were terrified when we started would be an understatement. But Casey and his team made the process sooooo easy!!! They explained everything perfectly and did it in terms we could understand. They were patient with my MANY questions and our inexperience. We had a special circumstance, we had some past credit issues and some other personal things going on in our life that made it a little harder to get financed just anywhere. We were updated on the process and progress daily sometimes even a couple times a day to get what we needed to do to close our loan. We were also given options that we got to choose we didnt know we could have. Our loan closed on time with very little stress. The hardest part for us was finding the home in the location we wanted and beating out the competition for it by other buyers. We recommend going through Security National Mortgage Company if you like to be included each and every step of the way.

I first spoke to Casey about five years ago when I was wanting to refinance my home. I was not on a good place at the time so Casey gave me some good suggestions to help my situation. For literally four years Casey called me every three months with out fail just to check in and encourage me to stay the course. In my opinion that kind of persistence and organisation tells you what kind of team your dealing with. Just under one year ago Casey and the home team were finally able to get me out of a horrible interest only predator type loan and into a great interest 30 year conventional. I cannot recommend them any higher. It was fast thorough and friendly. A true 5 star performance!

Do not work with Casey! Communication is horrible, both with him and his team. We just wanted to know why our loan had changed rates and types and why we were recieving requests from different people to process our information. Casey never let us know what would or was happening despite request to do so. Will he get you a loan? Probably... but you ll never know what s going on or who is handling all your sensitive information or even if the loan is in your best interest. We ended up switching lenders because we got a better rate, better loan, and communication that really makes getting a mortgage less scary. After posting this comment Casey left a nasty voicemail and didn t listen to my feedback before or after writing this post. This isn t about the appraisal or the loan it s about you not communicating throughout the process. Surprisingly Casey is communicating more after we switched then when we were working with him. We just wanted to know when you changed our loan, or when we qualified for different scenarios. Casey never communicated that. And when I tried to call and provide feedback, he yelled at me and made excuses. You dropped the ball. Admit it.

Theyve been so helpful and honest with us throughout this whole process of buying a house. They even gave us specific and easy instructions on how to raise our credit quickly. Outstanding, I don t have enough good things to say about Academy Mortgage, working with Casey , Travis and the rest of the team they made the process of obtaining a loan seem easy, they got us the pre-approval to start looking for a home while they were getting all of our documents ready and in order to be able and close in record time. We were trying to get a short sell, and the close date kept changing. Casey went through all sorts of things to keep us locked into the best rate possible. I know many people who bought homes at the same time, and we got a better rate than any of them, and is still the lowest rate I know of, and he did it all while having to keep extending our loan lock and working with various groups to make it happen. He was really amazing and we are still reaping the benefits!
