By far, the best resource for obtaining the Employee Retention Credit (ERC). Doing your homework will show that not only can Lendio do more to get you the full amount you actually qualify for, but they also have the lowest competitive rate you will find anywhere. What a great way to get introduced to a bunch of loan sharks, a complete waste of time. Unbelievable. I am a commercial borrower with a couple very successful businesses and all Lendio did was take my information and send it to a handful of extremely aggressive loan sharks in a few other states, very hard to see any value here. I submitted my information approx 5 weeks ago for the ERC. The communication has been very poor. I have to reach out to get any kind of update. I m being told after all this time that it s normal to take this long before the file is submitted to the IRS. I haven t been given an approximate amount, nothing. When I email the rep that has the file I do not get a response. I have to email someone else. I have discussed this experience with other business owners that tell me their files were worked on immediately and submitted within a week to the IRS. Im a bit concerned that my file may be sitting at the bottom of a pile and worked on very little. But I don t know cuz I m told no news is good news.

The representatives lied to me. They stated this would be a term loan with monthly payments. I was extremely clear that I wanted a monthly term loan payment and I did not want anyone taking payments out of my bank account. They deliberately disobeyed my requests and now I have to deal with the fallout of undoing what they did. How very disappointed I am for being led astray.

I applied for a PPP loan through Lendio in early May of this year. It is now September and not only have I not yet received funding for my business but I cannot even get a response from them. They don t answer phone calls, no way to leave a message and no response to my emails. I am a small business owner that has been shut down for the better part of 6 months. I am about to lose everything without funding. When I tried to reapply through a local bank after no word from Lendio in over 2 months the bank could not proceed as the SBA already received my application from Lendio. I know of other businesses who had there applications processed and received funding in a matter of a couple weeks. If I could give a negative 10 review I would. My livelihood is in their hands an I can t even get a response. In my opinion stay as far away from this company as you can!!

I am not happy with the way you guys are running your organization. I applied for the PPP ever since, if there is an update you dont get back until someone call the customer service. Sometimes, customer service will give you information which is different from another CS. You are asking for Utility bill, which is Gas and Light, for your information, not all the small business have the gas and light on their name . When you rent an office space you paid it together . Utility Bill is on the landlord name .

Tried doing PPP loan every time the DocuSign authentication question was incorrect. I would send proof of the correct answer. I was told today I didn t qualify. I signed up with this company since February. It s so strange how people who legitimately have true business are getting the run around. I had my business since 2016. Terrible! Ive submitted my application, they keep sending me a email that Lendio reviewed your PPP application, and it s missing critical information. They dont even say what is missing. Ive been updated my information and document again and again... for two weeks. They dont even answer the phone. I just withdrawal my application and resubmitted to other company. If youre able to send everything he needs the same day you would most likely get your money the very next day. 10 stars just for Jeff and 10 more stars more Lendio. The fact that theyre willing to help new small businesses shows how much they care and want to see you succeed. Not every offer will be what you want but in the beginning I had to do what I had to do to get my business through Covid. Our 2 year anniversary is coming up and I know Lendio and Jeff will be there to help when I am ready for SBA funding.

Karel Foy was a great representative to work with at Lendio. Karel guided us with the documents needed to start the process. He answered all our concerns professionally and quickly. He knew we were on a time crunch to secure funds to purchase materials for an upcoming project. As we were sending documents to one lender, Karel was thinking ahead and working on a plan B with another lender, and different type loan. Cant recommend Lendio enough as a resource for small business owners. Cordell was phenomenal to work with. We needed a small bridge loan as we were expanding our business. I was expecting it may take 2 weeks to fund if approved. Coredell was quick, responsive and immediately was able to get my company funding within in 48 hours.

Not happy I got a call that I got a lender, signed documents gave someone over the phone my bank login information and than received an email to tell me my offer was being pulled. Why would I be going through underwriting after bank verification. Horrible experience Lendini got me locked out of my bank account. Go with another loan company if you can.
