Today was my first time ever visiting a pawn shop. I’m so glad I chose Heritage Jewelry & Loan. They are AMAZING! When you walk in the door you get greeted by everyone. They explain the selling & loan process so effortlessly. It’s also very clean, neat & organized. The owner’s history on the website definitely defines what this pawn shop is about. I had an occasion recently to sell a good amount of gold and silver jewelry. I had been to Heritage previously and liked the way I was greeted there on my visit, so I decided to give them first shot at the transaction. It was enough jewelry to make it worthwhile to do my homework. I precisely weighed each piece and calculated the value of each at current market prices and noted that in a database. They told me what percentage of market they would pay which, by the way, was a very good and unexpected percentage. They hit every piece as promised! There was not the slightest feeling that I was being misled in any way. They earned and deserved my trust. The entire transaction was such a pleasant experience, not only because of the ease of the negotiations, but the fact that every person was just wonderful to work with! One more thing. If you are looking for a quality guitar, go to Heritage. What they stock is NOT standard pawn shop fare. They know instruments and they carry top quality (Fender, Gibson, PRS, etc.) guitars. You can tell that they are very selective on what they put on their wall. These guitars are not cheap, but they are priced competitively.

I had checked out a couple pawn shops prior to choosing Heritage Loan. Clean, organized establishment with professional and courteous staff. Everything was done above the board and in front of me. The cashier that assisted me was Bryan. He was very thorough by explaining the value for each of my items as well as store policy and procedures. What I was offered was right in line with what I was looking to sell my items for. I was paid cash on the spot. The whole process took about 20 minutes. I would definitely do business with Heritage again.

This pawn shop has no return policy, they are rude and extremely unprofessional I pawned 5 music instruments and picked them all up and when I needed a loan again they low balled me, they dont believe in taking care of their customers thats why there isnt any in the store! Buyer beware! Give some one that will remember you Your business you are the customer and that should always be important!

I highly recommend this place! They are simply amazing. I have bought at least 6 jewelry pieces from here over the past couple years and they have always worked with me on price and I am never disappointed. I have even sold some scrap jewelry in the past here and they gave me a very fair price. I have gone to other pawn shops in and around Sugar Land, Missouri City and in Houston and have been ripped off. A couple of years ago I had gold jewelry that I was trying to sell. Other pawn shops quoted the jewelry being worth between 475. and 500.00 dollars, but Heritage gave me 800.00 for! I felt I was dealing with honest people at Heritage. This place is reputable and will guarantee their gold and diamonds. Great place, good people! By the way I love my new ring!!

I was discussing a beautiful G&L they had, when I guess a manager (bald guy) abruptly walked up, barked at me that they were closed! and asked me to leave. It is 3:48 in the afternoon now, and their updated hours out front said 6 pm closing. Nice pawn shop, but hard to do business with people that treat their customers that way. Hopefully the owner sees this, and that the person I am referring to is not him.

The only thing that was disrespectful was your offer!! I checked online for ratings. HERITAGE PAWN had the best ratings and comments of any PAWN Store. I went it in and was treated like an intelligent human being. The service was courteous, quick & very fair. Didnt spend a lot of time back and forth to come to an agreement. I will not go anywhere else. The lady that assisted me was very nice and also James. The owner of the pawn shop called us when our stolen bike was turned in to his shop. He investigated the stolen bike by calling Bike Barn and getting our contact information!! I was told by the gentlemen they pay you the gold weight, so what its worth in gold, I went in knowing exactly how much it weighed and how much I should get. He offered me $150 less than what it was supposed to be so when I called him out he tried saying now they pay under gold weight (all in the same conversation ) . So I passed on his offer. When I looked at the guns they were priced higher than brand new at the store, I pointed out a gun pulled it up on acadamey and showed them theyre charging more. Not a place Ill go back too.

Did not buy anything. If you like paying top dollar or brand new prices for used stuff this is the place for you. Many firearms had visible blemishes while still in the case. They were asking brand new prices for used guns. I know some weapons are collectible.... These are not those guns. TV, were ancient and you could buy better at Walmart for the same price or less with a sale.

I have previously been to many pawn shops and when I walked through the door it felt like I was at a high class jewelry store. They have very unique designer pieces and whip-ass purses. Heritage is awesome! I was selling a special item, and they gave me a great price. They are very nice, professional, and worked hard to get me the price I wanted for my item. I highly recommend them.

Very friendly. Used them for a firearm transfer. The price was reasonable and they helped me with a smile though I kept them until closing (dont do that).

The people at this store were great. They took the time to explain the process to me and make sure I understood. They were fair and did not try to take advantage of me. That had happened before when I went to a pawn shop, but Heritage Jewelry and Loan put me at ease. I will go back!

We found them online as Texas Watch and Gold. They had exactly what my wife wanted and at a nice price. We were truly excited as we started the rush hour drive to Sugar Land. To be on the safe side, we called to confirm the hours of operation and they said 7:00. At 6:05, we stood outside of their locked and closed doors reading a hand written note taped to the door stating that they closed at 6:00 today. There was no mention of any type of emergency and the other reviews state that there are employees (plural)- I would think that somebody could have stayed. The note also stated that they would keep their regular hours of operation tomorrow. That information is written on their website, that information is written on their front door, they told my wife that same information when she called them, and, when we got there, that information wasnt true. I drove home wondering what other information wasnt true. By the way, that was total of 2 hours driving and my wife is as mad as a wet hen because theyve got what she wants at the price I want and I am about to pay almost twice as much for it somewhere else so I dont have to worry about anything.

Went in earlier today to get a loan and was overwhelmed by the store in general. First, the store is not your typical pawn shop in that it has very nice wood floors and it doesnt have blaring radios or lawn mowers to great you at the door. Its a cozy place, so it has a very intimate feel, which is good. You certainly dont feel that you are lost in the crowd like I do at other stores. What really made the difference for me was how Thomas spent time with me explaining how the store came up with a value for my stuff. He clearly explained everything and gave me the option foe email and text alerts about my accounts. The best part, their interest rate was 1/2 the rate of my usual pawnshop and they gave me more than I was used to getting down the street. Overall a very painless experience considering the circumstances. Would recommend to anyone.
