Cody is absolutely wonderful. He made the process quick, easy, and helped me understand the aspects of the loan in a simple way that I feel any one can understand! I also loved his energy, he made me feel welcomed and any time I was getting anxious or stressed out, he gave reassurance and positive affirmations over it. Can't speak for other loan places, but as a first timer for a small emergency loan, go here first! I never write reviews to be honest so let this be a testament to Cody's character and work ethic. His down to earth nature helped me relax and remain optimistic. Give him a raise if you hadn't already.

And I met with the manager there named Christian, which is also my name! How ironic is that?! LOL... That had to be a godly sign of blessing for me. He was very nice, patient, and helped me throughout the whole process of the application.

The only thing that was strange was having to show my ID card already from the front door before being able to get inside. I guess over security reasons. I don't know if that's because they got robbed or what. Either way, I'm still very satisfied over the flexibility of the loan. Cash store is a definite life savor for me over financial emergencies when I need it most!

Customer service after I got my loan has been poor, the converting from one system to another has been nothing but a headache. If I needed to push my payment back 7 days the reps would just argue about how I am unable to do so. Ive gotten error messages when trying to make payments. The whole experience has been unpleasant and I wouldnt recommend this service to anyone. I get repeated reminder calls on my personal and my work phone before my payment is even due. Ok I gotta say this to the company, whenever I was in a tight spot this cash store really helped me out but now let me advice you that the customer service from this particular cash store was horrible. I think her name was Amber. I keep seeing 5 stats reviews that include her but to be brutally honest she is the worst person ever and wish I never asked for help here. I dont want to say its true but I think she is racist because she always had an attitude towards me and I didnt wanna cause trouble because I am already in a tight spot and trying to pay my loan but she always always always had an attitude tone. And I wanted to get another loan with this time my husband and we were waiting in line and I needed to go to the restroom because I am pregnant and couldnt hold my bladder, I didnt want to interrupt Amber with her attending a customer but my husband asked her if they have a restroom and she said no. I couldnt hold it anymore so I walked out and went to the gas station to go to the restroom and while I was away my husband told me Amber let in a white customer to the restroom when she literally told him that they dont have any. Then she gave another nasty attitude asking him when I was and he said to the restroom thats in the gas station and she said why and he said because she literally said they they Dont have any like . There is more to the story with Ambers gross and annoying attitude towards me and my husband but after going through that makes me want to warn any race that is not white to not come here and apply for a loan because this woman is unbearable and very rude. I was even looking for the companys HR to fire this woman, because no one deserves attitude or bad service that she gives off. I am warning you dont ever come to these doors if you are in a tight spot go to another cash store not this one please.

Very confused about this location, I brought in my documents, my proof of income, ID and statement. Every information that d be needed for a simple 200 dollar installment loan. I make more than enough to cover it, but immediately when I told the clerk that I pay myself at the business I have part ownership in, her entire demeanor changed. My only guess is that she believed I was lying about all my income and dismissed me completely. I went to the same cash store in Garland and they approved me 30 minutes later after bringing in the exact same documents I brought into her.

Unlike most who probably didnt read their emails right the this cash store is very open and honest about their business, and it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that if you do want a loan you should go in person and they will give you instructions in great detail. Mrs. Amber, Ms. Mel, and Ms. Celeste are the most fun and interactive people you will get coming in for a loan and will help you the best way they can to the best of their abilities, and as long time customer I can say they will always help you when youre in need.. THANK YOU CASH STORE for existing because without you Id very much be in trouble financially than I could count.

Absolutely horrible place to get a loan! Be aware of their pre qualification email. It ll state that you are accepted and are qualified for a loan, that you must bring your documents to the store to get your loan in hand! WRONG! I was told that the pre qualification email is a tactic to get customers to come in and apply in person!! This DOES NOT mean you are qualified for a loan!! Worst service ever and this store is absolute GARBAGE.

taking out money on the wrong day. taking out more than the agreed upon amount. lack of clear communication now. very horrible company. do not use these guys. The printer wasnt working when I came in so we had trouble printing my documents. they used an alternate printer but then had to reprint on different paper. Multiple mistakes while filling out my paperwork. while we were wasting valuable minutes on troubleshooting the printer we missed the opportunity to verify my employment and bank account even though I just printed out a check stub from literally today and a bank statement also from literally today. not sure what else needs to be verified. its there in black and white. spent an hour and a half in the store only to be turned away and to come back tomorrow. the bank and my company office were open when I walked in the door but not an hour and a half later when they were finalizing the paperwork. I had more than enough time to go somewhere else if I knew I was going to leave empty handed. pulling my hair out right now. I was really looking forward to a more positive experience. also beware the insanely high interest rate. after returning the next morning the first thing I noticed is that they lost my file and it took about 15 minutes and three people to find it. just my luck everything is closed that needs to be called. I offer the numbers of my labor coordinator and my manager sourced from my email with company email addresses and they dont even try to call them. the guy actually tried to start reading my email when I showed him the number. had to tell him to quit scrolling because it was confidential information. so another trip wasted and almost 30 minutes of my day I cant get back. not even sure Im going to try again on Monday. I need this money desperately but I dont really think I should help this company pay these guys rent if they cant help me pay mine. -- the following Tuesday I receive a phone call saying they verified my banking information and job and Im all set to do this thing. so I say let me crunch my numbers and see if I want $200 or $300. when I arrive they have a stack of papers waiting for me and $340...cash, which if anyone was paying attention to the narrative is outside the range I mentioned and also quite a large sum to pay back if I dont knock it out quickly. Everything ran smoothly and I got my cash. a week later my phone blows up all day the day before my bill is due. A courtesy call as the messages said multiple times repeatedly. the due date of the first payment, my phone rings off the hook all day. I was working and out of town. I did eventually get to the phone but they couldnt process my payment over it. after a thorough analysis of my experience I can whole heartedly say you will get better results from a snake oil salesman and it would be incredibly wise to avoid this company at all costs. I didnt even mention they share your personal information with various marketing affiliates. tell your friends and family to tell their friends and family to avoid this place -- here we are a week later with more updates on the cash store experience. on Friday they called and left a message asking for me by the wrong name. I wasnt able to make it into the store so they said it would be automatically drafted at midnight. it wasnt. interest is calculated daily so by waiting four days they are making my payments grow even more. the lack of punctuality and professionalism is really quite upsetting. please make sure to tell your friends and family to stay away from this place. we gotta let our money do the talking. this company is terrible! just because Im stuck in a horrible deal doesnt mean you have to be as well -- that keep calling me by the wrong name every time they call and leave a message. not even my first name. Ive been over this before with these guys. if they cant even get my name right after I correct them multiple times, imagine what they will mess up on your account. dont use this company EVER.

This review is about the people at the cash store in Plano Tx. These Gentlemen and Ladies are always friendly and very helpful and loads of candy to offer to their customers. Enjoy coming here and would tell anyone if they need a little help with bills or any situation to stop in and have a talk with the great folks at the cash store. Shoutout to everyone at the cash store. Y all are the best!!!!!
