I am a Realtor who works with both Buyers and Sellers and I can tell you from years of experience, having an excellent and professional lender is essential no matter what side of the sale you are on. For Buyers, your lender is an extremely important part of the Home Buying process. The Lender should be assisting the Realtor to help promote the Buyer and his/her offer, especially in multiple offer situations. My wife and I found our perfect home. We walked in and knew immediately, this is the one. The problem came with my finances. I had recently accepted a position at a commission-only job and, having been there less than 2 years, my finances weren t typically acceptable for home loans. OMG!!! Blown away by Matthew and his team!! Very trustworthy company, reliable, hard working and Im talking 10:00 pm after hours working with you every step of the way. I can go on and on about the professionalism of it all. After so many lenders closed the door. God had a plan waiting for us, we kept the faith and didnt give up on trying to close on our new home. I have been using NRL Mortgage since late 2013. The loan officer is always easy to reach, including evenings and weekends. They always provide excellent customer service. They frequently close FHA loans in 15 business days from executed contract. I, as well as my buyers, have the confidence to know that when NRL issues a pre-approval letter, once the seller accepts the buyers offer, the transaction is going to close.
