Probably my favorite Pawn show in Houston. I mainly go there for the watches. They always seem to have a really great selection of watches that are in amazing condition. I always wanted an Omega Seamaster from the 90s and I was able to find one at a great price here. I would recommend talking to Dustin. He is super friendly and knows a lot about watches and can tell you his thoughts on particular pieces. Again, this is definitely my favorite pawn show, and every time I go there I feel like I’m at a toy store full of awesome stuff.

I started by calling the store by asking if they would be interested in my items. Lynda was very polite over the phone .. It took me longer to tie my shoes to leave the house than for Lynda to assume my Cross body was a REPLICA. Highly unprofessional to make assumptions without facts, that s all I needed to hear to realize I was at the wrong place. I was in the store less than 5 minutes. I live 30 minutes away. just dont know what happend but i always had that little question and it stay on my mind one time i went there with a friend she had 14kt white gold ring which she pay more than 300 and i told her about this place cause is on westheimer and had some really review s and taught they will give her a good deal an when we went there the only offer they had for her was 40 dollars. she tooked cause she was in need but honestly i will think twice before referring someone else. from the other hand its really a nice staff just dont know what happend or why they offer to low..

Came in to browse around as I ve lived in the area for several years and haven t been inside. We heard about this shop from friends and decided to visit in search of our engagement ring. The store was full of great finds and the staff was helpful. Linda guided us through the process of choosing what s right for us (which took a few visits and phone calls); she was patient, kind and very helpful! We found our engagement ring here and were so pleased by their selection and staff (Linda was amazing). They went above and beyond to help us. Linda was so patient and excited for us. Came in to sell my 14k white gold wedding ring. My ex husband bought it from a reputable jewelry store and they gave us the Canadian diamond certificate when I went with him since I picked it out. Immediately the man said they probably aren t real Canadian diamonds , wouldn t even give me an offer but it s fine. They should really work on customer service, especially with people that have ties in the community.

Went in to sell a Rolex Submariner, blue face, 2 tone with gold as they had a sign outside saying they wanted to buy submariners. Their Jewler came out of the back and his exact words were I WOULDNT pay $7500 for that . What the hell kind of offer or way to negotiate is that? Drove 2 minutes down Westheimer and sold it for $10,000. You want to buy Submariners but apparently only want to screw people, or don t understand the market at all.

Went in sometime ago maybe a few months back for a small loan on an YSL Croc Kate bag. I paid over 3k. I always keep the bags boxes and receipts stored when I make larger purchases. I was assisted by an Asian guy who was impressed then he called over an older white lady for authorization I suppose. She went on too say how the bag was beautiful then she goes Oh we have so many of these in the back which I knew was a flat out lie. Maybe YSL but not exactly like the one I own. She gave a questionable impression. If you know you know. Needless too say I went down the street, received a small loan, exactly what I asked for and picked up my bag 2 weeks later. I should thank her simply be it was a lesson learned invest in multiple things other than luxury items. The other place that I went too was warm welcoming and helpful.

When I tell you, I have never been to a pawnshop before, so at first I was very scared because I didn t want nobody to take advantage of me. I really don t know anything about Jewelry, but James help me not only did he help me? He explained to me about all the jewelry I bought the quality of diamonds and the quality of gold. This place is insulting they offered me 200 for a brand new 800 Gucci purse in perfect condition with the receipt and box. I m not sure why they have all these good reviews but it was definitely a waste of my time I don t recommend this place to no one a complete disappointment going here.

I had multiple people suggest Wright Pawn & Jewelry for my search to find my girlfriend a high end purse for her birthday. Little did I know I would find the engagement ring there that turned my girlfriend into my fiancé! Their selection of rings is amazing if you re wanting something different than the cookie cutter rings that everyone gets. Plenty of rose gold rings with filigree and accent diamonds that are priced way below their appraisal. They also helped me with payments outside of your standard lay-a-way plan since I chose one beyond my original budget! I ll definitely be going to them in the future for any anniversary or birthday gifts!

I visited Wright Pawn to sell a gold watch and was so pleased with the entire experience. The shop is large, clean, and has a comfortable vibe. I looked around the shop first because I was impressed with the upscale merchandise available. James helped me with my watch transaction. He was patient with my questions and explained in detail how they test and weigh the gold. I received the BEST price for my watch compared to other pawn/jewelry shops! I had a great experience due to Ms. Jarah Flores-Gomez. All the staff were polite but she took her time out to individually help me for 30 minutes. I needed some jewelry authenticated and she went through every process to make sure I had the information I needed. They have a bunch of high end and nice quality items for reasonable prices. All the jewelry is reasonably priced, they buy at a good price, and the lady who helped me was very knowledgeable about all of the merchandise I looked at. They gave good advice and were very honest. I appreciate places like this since some of these types of places will try to scam you or give you false information. I will definitely be back if I am in need of more jewelry/purses!

Top ratings are well deserved. This was my first time attempting to sell my dads old cufflinks, etc. Store and people couldnt have been nicer. James and Tachi were amazing... patient, knowledgeable, and personable. The price was definitely in line based on my research. They even advised me on a couple of pieces to sell on my own because they would probably sell for higher than melt prices. I will absolutely return again and happily recommend them to anyone. I was greeted and assisted by James who was a pleasure to work with. He even texted photos of items I was interested in. James sold my husband a stunning diamond tennis bracelet. (Happy birthday to me) After seeing the superior taste and selection of designer merchandise, I decided to return a few days later and see about a trade for another stunning diamond bracelet. Im so fortunate to have met Jarah. I traded an expensive item smoothly (for the diamond bracelet). In a different transaction I sold two other items for a pocket full of cash. Jarah was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely provided a superior level of service . Im sure I will have a long term relationship with this fine folks. I will be returning for my 3rd visit sometime this week to look for my 3rd tennis bracelet to stack them pretty. Was possibly thinking of getting my daughter something special for an upcoming birthday. Went in just to see what they had. So many beautiful things. Saw a Cartier bracelet that was beautiful but was not sure wanted to spend that kind of money. Sheri completely understood. Showed me other items, We chatted about all kinds of things. Lovely lady. In the end, we discussed pricing and it was such a fair deal, I couldn t resist! I also got a little something for myself because she worked on price with me! So fun to look at all their pretty things!! I will go back again mostly because Sheri was just so lovely and knowledgeable about the merchandise. No pressure to buy at all. But how can you not!!!! When you go into a Pawn Shop it is usually to buy something nice or to get money for something you own in you time of need. Mine was the ladder. I recently lost my job and was looking to sell a few things. I was very nervous because I ve never really done the pawn shop thing before and didn t know what to expect. There was a lovely gentleman there by the name of James who made me feel super comfortable and really took his time to explain the process and get me the most money for my items. This jewelry store is very fair and honest. My mother passed away a few months ago and James spent a lot of time going through her vast jewelry collection to determine what was real silver and gold. This was an awesome experience!! I brought a Louis Vuttion purse to sell because I didn t use it anymore and then the heat from the car melted the handles on my purse. Sherri told me to take it back to where I bought to see if they could do anything! Neiman Marcus gave me full refund credit because it was a manufacture defect. What a great pawn shop. The vibe was good. Not that they needed it but they even had a police officer on the premises just give that extra sense of security. James, who helped me, was friendly and informative. The place just had the sense that they ve done this for a long time and we re relaxed and sincere in their business. I would definitely go back.

Pamela Wright and team did an excellent job creating my wedding ring. The entire experience was amazing. After purchasing my fiancé s ring from Wright Pawn, we told them we had been searching for my wedding ring but were not able to find exactly what I wanted. Pamela Wright told us she would be happy to design my ring for us. I was QUITE skeptical only because I am frugal. Having someone design a diamond ring sounds very expensive and exclusive. Pamela Wright designed the ring I had in head, well within our budget, and treated us like family. Being able to choose the diamonds was a very cool bonus. After a week the mold for my ring came in. Within a few weeks my ring was completed. We both absolutely love our rings. We both also love the experience, customer service, the attention to details, the willingness to listen, the thoughtfulness and follow-up from the staff at Wright Pawn including from Pamela Wright herself. Plus their prices are the best we found and they never tried to up sell us. The experience we had with everyone at Wright Pawn was fabulous. I could not have imagined finding such a wonderful, diverse group of people with an obvious love for their company, each other and pride in their service to all customers. Recommended by two people via word of mouth, and being my first time selling any jewelry, James was very helpful in educating me on what jewelers look for when purchasing. He was very honest and patient. He kindly weighed the pieces he felt I could maximize selling somewhere else, as well as a few alternate options. I went into the store to trade a Louis Vuitton coin purse for a large wallet (willing to pay the difference). Upon inspection, it was discovered that the wallet I had was a fake. I was so hurt and embarrassed as I had the box and most of all it was a gift. I sort of broke down. Two of the ladies there came to my aide with water, tissue and more importantly, comfort. After I gathered myself, I was shown other LV pieces in the store. I was offered a beautiful excellent (authentic) wristlet at an exceptional price. I left the store happy and well satisfied. I dont know about other reviews but I will definitely be shopping Wright Pawn if a need arises in the future. This store is top notch. I also noted many other customers in the store leaving happy with their service and purchases. Thank you Wright Pawn and Deborah (Hope I have it correct). You people ROCK!

He makes the process feel comfortable, with no shame in selling gold and then he does double duty as he will walk over with you and show you a beautiful hand bag. Its hard to believe Wright Pawn could have bad reviews. I went in today was greeted and treated great. The employees were awesome and very helpful. Doesnt matter if you are making a purchase or getting a loan they treat you with respect. The gentleman who helped us was very knowledgeable and professional.
