Rob Trigg and I spoke several times on properties that I was interested in and he gave me great feedback on those properties. I was able to take his advice and analyze the properties more and see that he was correct there wasn't much profit. Then I finally found a good investment and when we spoke about it, he gave me lots of good feedback on how to update the property and how much the improvements would cost to get the best return. Every thing went smooth with the purchase and I am currently finishing up the rehab.

I am so embarrassed to have referred my client to Jet Lending in particular, Rob Trigg. I was with my client today and heard Rob speak to my client in a very rude and extremely unprofessional manner. He was clearly aggravated by my client - not a good look, Rob. My client continuously buys houses to flip and even though he doesn't close all his deals with Jet Lending, he still deserves to be treated with respect. Since when did it become acceptable to treat clients with disrespect? I wanted to speak up and say something but due to respect for my client and avoid his loan getting delayed or denied, I stayed quiet and let Rob scold him and let his unprofessional attitude unravel as the conversation continued. I had to apologize to my client for this inappropriate behavior. Rob, know that you are in a CUSTOMER SERVICE industry and you must always treat your clients with respect. You don't know what people on the other end of the phone are going through if they don't follow your demands/instructions to a T. Keep your high and mighty attitude at home. No offense, but your other staff members tend to be more helpful and attentive to your clients than you. I will no longer be referring any of my clients to this company after hearing today's conversation. There are plenty of other hard money lenders I can choose to do business with that do conduct themselves with professionalism and courtesy.

Dropped the ball on funding then on friday before the 4th of July weekend came up with reasons why they cant do what they promised. The reason they said they could not fund the 30 acres was because we need soil samples. The title commitment was completed weeks before and the survey was paid for and completed over a month before. I have another 60 million dollar property with another 200 million worth of development and Jet said (johnny)he would go ahead and fund the 30 acre tract the next business morning but he would need 20% share in the profits from the 60 million property. I am VERY GLAD I learned about their practices on this little property before we did anything on the big one. Use Zeus Lending! They have the knowledge, money, and more importantly the integrity to get the job done

I ve been working with Jet lending for a little over a year now and honestly I can t say anything negative. Jet Lending is the real deal! I got a super deal on an investment property but I had to close quick. I was with another lender but they were moving too slow to meet the deadline. I was referred to Rob Trigg at Jet Lending. I called him, we spoke late that evening. He emailed me a list of documents that he needed that same night. Chelsea Avina took over the next day and she was awesome. We spoke or exchanged emails every day of the process. I had a question so I left a message after hours for the underwriting department. Someone in that department was still at the office and called me at 7:45 PM to answer my question! Outstanding customer service, I will be back.

Keith Roberts and Jet Lending, LLC allowed me to try a different way of acquiring a property. I have always used either private money or personal funds to acquire properties for my entity. Before having Keith approach me about using hard money for a transaction, I told myself I would never use hard money. But Keith helped me understand the process of using hard money and how it would allow me to keep personal money out of the transaction. He was there for me every time I had a question and he would personally follow up with me to check on the progress of my remodel. We have since put the property up for sale and currently have it under contract. We will be closing on this particular property in June, then it will be on to the next deal. I would give Keith Roberts and Jet Lending LLC two thumbs up for their professionalism, integrity, and customer service.

As per my last review (see below) I used Jet Lending again on their non-QM 30yr product. So in 5 months I closed twice with Jet. Thanks again Rob. I started with a different lender than Jet, I had sent them gobs and gobs of financial pages, bank statements, insurance policies, and more.....and yet they would not commit to the loan. I called Rob, and within a few hours he & Jet had committed to the loan I needed on the rental home I was in contract to buy. The process was smooth and easy and I bought the home using Jet. Funny thing, the next day after I had contacted Jet the first company said they could do the loan, it was fun telling them that they were too late. Rob did a great job and yes, Id use Jet again in the future.

I put $700 on a property as a deposit, I was told specifically that it was refundable for three days if something happened or fell through, on the second day my husband fell off his 30 foot ladder at work and I requested the refund. Was ignored for two days until I asked secretary for owners number, then all the sudden I wasn t ignored anymore and received call back from property manager Eddie who started conversation yelling at me, which he continued to do throughout the conversation because I was trying to go above his head, then was told I could not receive my deposit back! Do not give these people your money!!!)

Im in the middle of my first experience with Rob Trigg at Jet Lending. My first experience with this type of lending period. For my project the process has been surprisingly simple. I assumed when I started that it might be a cumbersome process but it has been quite the opposite. Ron had some pretty simple questions about my project and my experience, which I answered. I expected much more! Anyway, from that initial contact everything moved forward very smoothly. I would say that your project must allow room in the budget for the costs as it isnt cheap to do this but if the numbers work you can probably obtain profits due to this lending option that are only available through companies like Jet. Great experience so far!

My review is based off my experience with funding the deal with Jet (we are only 2 weeks into the project). I will provide an update after this first deal is completely done. I worked with Rob to get a project closed. He was very upfront and honest about the details of the deal and the closing docs. You can appreciate that as other HMLs tell you what you want to hear but then deliver something else in black and white which can ruin your deal. Rob even connected me with Kevin (the draw guy) before our option expired so I could meet with him and get all my questions answered about the draw process. Kevin was very nice and looking forward to working with him on the draw process. Rob and Rosalie were quick to respond and answer/clarify any questions/comments. They funded the deal the same day of closing which allowed us to start work the next morning. I havent taken a draw yet or gone through that process with them but will update my review after and let you know how that process went. So far, no complaints and off to a good start.

I worked with Rob Trigg and the experience was 2nd to NONE. I was in a bit of a situation where the deal was too unique for a conventional lender, so I turned to Jet Lending. With a contractual deadline 2 weeks away, Rob and his team was able to close on the loan with better terms and condition than the conventional lender. I will definitely do more business with Jet Lending in the future.

Just finished closing a hard money loan with Rob, I was so impressed after YouTube clips about the company I proceeded too close within 10 days of applying, the service is so worth it, the friendly cheerful and mindful conversations I had with Rob made me feel confident in every step of the process. There are lots of hard money lenders out there and I checked out quite a few, I was able to save thousands of dollars because I used jet lending and went through Rob. If you do your due diligence on every aspect of a house flip and you dont use jet Lending you have just made your first mistake, my opinion of course. Highly recommend jet lending and Rob, they are the best out there!
