Shopping for an engagement ring began and ended with Select Jewelers. Knowing exactly what I (she) wanted, Select Jewelers helped me select the perfect diamond then created a custom setting and band to match. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and took all the guesswork out of my hands.

Since my experience shopping for an engagement ring was so painless with Select Jewelers I returned to find an anniversary gift for my wife. After selecting a necklace I learned that I had purchased an almost identical piece to one that my wife already owned. Fortunately, upon return, the staff at Select Jewelers asked no questions and once again helped me find another beautiful necklace. Bought an engagement ring online, but then read horror stories about poor customer service experiences, especially with having to ship the ring back and forth to the provider. I called Sethis literally a week before I had to propose to just inquire about options and whether I could get a great ring within budget and on short notice. They totally delivered above and beyond expectations - the stone was better, the band was better, and the overall price ended up being better too! The in-store jeweler Nitish advised me to switch the color of the prongs from gold to silver so that the E color of our stone would be clearly visible; he also suggested that we simplify the band so as to highlight the main stone (we had a round solitaire). I didnt question his judgment since hes the expert and I was operating on short notice. When I saw the ring I was floored by how these simple but critical edits made such a huge difference in the final product. When you buy online, you dont really get a sense for these types of subtleties. My (now) fiancee loveeees her ring and Im so glad it all worked out so well. If you live in the Houston area, dont think twice - GO TO SETHIS. They clearly know this business in and out and they value the customer experience at a personal level. We will definitely be back!

My grandma passed away recently. We were very close, and I flew back and forth cross-country to spend time with her as she was dying. During this time, she gave me her engagement ring from my grandfather - the upgraded version, which he had given her on their 30th anniversary and she had worn for nearly 40 years. It was obviously incredibly sentimental (and a beautiful ring!). After returning home to Houston, I brought the ring to Sethis to have it resized, the diamond setting tightened, and cleaned, and explained the meaning behind it. They literally made it look brand new, the diamond looked super sparkly and gorgeous, and it fit my right ring finger perfectly. I was able to get it back from them quickly enough to wear it on my flight back to see my grandma to show her, which she absolutely loved and kept admiring on me. It was so, so special and Im incredibly grateful that they did such high-quality, quick work that ended up having a huge impact for my family. Thank you Sethis!

This place has one of the most skilled and wonderful people. They are best at what they do! I came here to get my univ ring off the swollen finger - the ring is heavy and thick, so was very difficult to cut it off. The team here invested around an hour and maintained focus and patience throughout the process. The service charge was much justified given the effort required. Thanks to the entire team, we will be back for any of our jewelry needs.

I ve been coming to select Jewelers for 12 years now, as have several generations of my wife s family. The staff are friendly, the location is convenient relative to restaurants and shopping, but what keeps us coming back is the selection and pricing, coupled with the advice on what would look good. The range of products you can get is enormous, as they make custom jewelry and can order any type of stone or material you want for your custom piece. Not only that, the staff is wise enough to know when what you re designing might not come off as great as you d like and steer you in a better direction, which I greatly appreciated. They really want you to love whatever you get, and I appreciate that they use their countless years of experience to make sure it happens!

My Fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Select Jewelers and I am absolute in love with my ring! My best friend and I went first in order to see what I liked. They had a great selection and was very willing to work with me and my personal style. Also having a studied some geology and materials in college, I know enough about diamonds that I can spot those who are just sales reps. Sunny was the jeweler who helped us-- his knowledge about rings and diamonds was very helpful and impressive. We had tried some other places before going to Select Jewelers and only got the run around, seeing low quality stuff that was way over priced. Sunny was informative and very attentive to what I liked, he also searched for the right center stone for me. Even after the purchase of the ring, I went back to have him take a look at something I thought I did to the ring-- he investigated with no qualms and reassured me all was fine, he even check to make sure all my stones were still secure so I could feel at easy. The owner also checks in to make sure all is going well during your consult which was nice. My Fiancé, who at the time was out of the country, was able to talk to Sunny on the phone, secure the ring and stone I liked, and purchase and pick everything up once he was back in town seamlessly and with out me knowing over the course of a few weeks. I cant wait for us to head back to get our wedding bands-- and we have already starting to talk about gifts for our parents. One day I was driving on Voss road and came across your store sign. As I walked in, the showroom felt like family and cozy to me. The staff was friendly and I even met the owners, wow. Overall, I enjoyed the buying experience with Cynthia. She is the sweetest lady! She was thorough and took her time with me and my indecision. After seeing the various engagement rings for my finance, my learning experience was changed when she showed me the Gabriel jewelry line. The Gabriel name and the designer family have a history on Christianity. Physically, the unique ring design caught my attention. It meets all my quality criteria based on my budget. And your store has the best selling feature on one of the highest percentage of trade-in value. I then bought the wedding ring and necklace. My finance later bought my ring and I really liked it. I recently bought a diamond engagement / wedding ring set from Select. I dealt with Jeremy, the store manager. It was a wonderful experience. Jeremy couldnt have been nicer or more helpful. I showed him a picture of a ring I was interested in from another jeweler (without sharing the price). Jeremy had the same ring at a better price. Knowing exactly what I (she) wanted, Select Jewelers helped me select the perfect diamond then created a custom setting and band to match. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and took all the guesswork out of my hands. Since my experience shopping for an engagement ring was so painless with Select Jewelers I returned to find an anniversary gift for my wife. After selecting a necklace I learned that I had purchased an almost identical piece to one that my wife already owned. Fortunately, upon return, the staff at Select Jewelers asked no questions and once again helped me find another beautiful necklace. In order to avoid further mistakes, Select Jewelers recommended that my wife stop by to make a wish list for potential future gifts. Not only did my wife really enjoy creating her wish list, it is comforting to know that I will have no trouble finding something that she is going to appreciate. The entire process was absolutely incredible with Select Jewelers. From the moment we walked in you could tell the customer service was spot on. This store is so much more than just a great jeweler. I had the best experience there! Sangeeta, Debbie and the entire staff at Select Jewelers are experts in jewelry design and in customizing a ring that makes a girls heart sing. I never thought my previous ring could be replaced, but Select Jewelers went above and beyond to give my husband and me a priceless experience. I purchased an engagement ring and matching wedding band from Select Jewelers last October, with the help of Ms. Sangeeta. First off, Im a very analytical person by nature and I do a lot of research on everything that I buy, especially something that is supposed to last a lifetime. To me, price, quality, and service are key! From reading reviews, visiting multiple jewelers for pricing, and gaining some amateur internet education about diamonds and metals, I really put in a lot of effort for the ring for my special lady. Sangeeta put in an equal amount of effort in catering to the customer. I was truly impressed with her knowledge, customer service, and patience. I communicated my price point and she was able to provide excellent quality at a fair price, which is much appreciated, and I must say, her eyes are truly beautiful to look at as well! Selects watchmaker is superb! He completely restored my 25 year old Bulova that had taken a dunk in pool - twice -.the first time he just let it dry out and didnt charge when it started back up. Now thats customer service! Also, must give shout out to the lovely Cynthia who helped us select the perfect gold cuff links for grandson graduating--it took going to the catalog but she got them delivered post haste so we could take them to his high school graduation in Georgia! We wanted a memorable gift and hope he will wear with his tux at formal parties if he goes Greek at USG. This staff is incomparable!

My mothers diamond bracelet was passed down to me, it was very loose and link was separated. This is the most clean Ive ever seen it and repaired wonderfully. I dont have to be paranoid about it falling off now.

Visited Select Jewelers just to look. We were greeted by everyone with a warm smile and a willingness to help. Made a purchase after all. The staff is great from the owners and sales personell to the security guard. Everyone made us feel at home and comfortable. Not to mention they have a fantastic selection of men and womans Jewelery. We will be back and have made Select Jewelers, our Jeweler of choice here in Houston.

Cynthia and the folks over at Select Jewelers are fantastic. They have been my go-to jeweler for over 6 years now, having purchased my wifes engagement ring, custom wedding ring to match, earrings, necklaces, etc. They have very competitive prices, but more importantly are very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to bend over backwards to get you what you need when you need it. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to any of my family or friends.

Came in to find a wedding band, and Debbie Sydejko (there are two Debbies apparently) was extremely kind and patient. She helped me try on every single band in the store, and helped advise on color, cut, etc. She gave me.$25 off for writing a review, which is probably why they have so many reviews up!

Went in today to get a valuable chain fixed with a more secure end not knowing what to expect. Debbie Sydejko was very friendly and a great help and made me feel extremely welcome. A phenomenal experience! I found Select when I began to look for an engagement ring. Debbie Ewing helped me find everything I wanted in a ring well within a budget.
