I absolutely love my ring! Nic was fantastic! I told him exactly what I wanted and he was able to show me all my options within my budget. He communicated with me about when my ring was going to be ready for pick up. He continued to follow up after I got my ring to make sure I am still in love with it and not having any issues with the sizing. We went back to Nic and he got my ring adjusted to the correct size on the spot. He also gave me suggestions on what I can do in case of the occasional swollen fingers we all get. Gili and Mariah do an excellent job of making you feel comfortable. Gili is great at what he does and I left knowing I had made the right decision by going to them for my engagement ring. I had the BEST experience with Gili and his team at Diamond Exchange Houston! I inquired about a ring I saw on their website and they got me an appointment in a timely manner. Once we arrived we were pleasantly surprised that they had a nice and private office space! So much more inviting and lovely than the big box stores. Gili was so friendly and knowledgeable, he took his time to explain all things diamond to us. He showed us different shapes, colors and sizes to make sure we really knew what we wanted. Once we decided what we wanted he explained what the process would be like and we were so happy to hear that it would only take 1-2 weeks for my ring to be ready! In addition to them creating my gorgeous engagement ring, Gili was able to fix my wedding band for me as well. Overall we had an incredible experience! My wife was having an allergic reaction to nickel in her original white gold wedding set. After hunting around different places for platinum - stock and custom, we found Gil and Diamond Exchange Houston. He listened to her preferences and found a ring to model a platinum set out of, while incorporating some additional design requests. His prices were reasonable, but by far the best overall customer service compared to all the other jewelers we visited. The set is so much nicer than the original and he used her original diamond.

It’s been about a year now and I still catch my my wife looking at the ring. She has had no allergic reactions like the old set. I will definitely go back for future needs. Thanks to Gil and the team!

After researching and seeing diamonds on Blue Nile, I wanted to see exactly what the diamonds looked like to match what I picked out on Blue Nile. So I called one day in March out of random to just possible come in to see what diamonds look like with NO intention to buy. Lol. Nic was able to get me in and situated that day without an appointment. He showed me everything I was looking for and MORE. I was very much impressed by not only the pricing but also the detail he went to show me exactly how to verify diamonds and show a novice exactly what matters. In conclusion, I ended up purchasing an engagement ring that day! One month later, She said YES! And the ring is the talk of the town. I highly recommend this place for all of your jewelry and diamond needs! My daughter told me about this place and Im so glad she did. I was stunned by her engagement ring that I wanted to see what this place was all about! I wanted to gift her a diamond necklace as a wedding gift and she was very specific in what she wanted in the necklace. She wanted a diamond necklace with a halo around the diamond. Gili and his dog, Didi were very welcoming right from the start! Gili showed us several loose diamonds to choose from and we were impressed by his wide selection. He said that the necklace would take about a week or so but he ended up having it ready to be picked up just a few days after! Im highly impressed with the customer service, selection of loose diamonds and overall experience. I have 2 other daughters that I will be pushing to come here when its their time to select their engagement rings/necklaces.

Im so glad that my fiancé found this place! Gili is super helpful, knowledgeable and responsive! His dog, Didi, is super cute too! We came on a Saturday afternoon to look at various natural stones but we didnt find what we were looking for initially. Gili informed us that he would have a wider selection to choose from the following weekend. He showed us a variety of natural stones and I found THE perfect one! I had specific customizations that I wanted in the ring and it arrived well before the estimated delivery window. Im super happy with the final product and cant stop staring at this new hardware of mine. I came back again this past weekend with my mom to look at stones for a pendant necklace! He was responsive to every text, sent additional pictures and answered all my questions. He had the ring polished, appraised for Insurance and sent Fed Ex overnight. Gili is extremely experienced and knowledgeable as he grew up in the diamond industry. We told them what we were looking for in advance, so they had several diamonds available to choose from. after interviewing many jewelers, Gili made me feel the most comfortable. Gili is a true scholar and consummate professional in his trade, which made me feel well informed from start to finish. RUN don t walk to DEH. My husband and I wanted to sell an engagement ring from his ex that had been sitting in his safe for almost a decade (no way in hell would I have touched that), so I went online and found a couple of places before settling on Diamond Exchange Houston. Here s my recap: Customer Service - 5/5 We were greeted at the door by their bouncer, Didi their ferocious black Pomeranian who body checked us with her kisses. I had never been to a jewelry wholesaler before so I was a little nervous, but once I was inside the secured office, Nic and Gili held my hand through the entire process. I never once felt rushed and left feeling confident that we would be able to get a fair deal. I was prepared to haggle (it s in my blood), but Nic and Gili stole that opportunity from me and gave me a deal that I honestly thought was a bit unfair to them. Location - 5/5 easy parking in a safe area. I ll never buy from a store again, the markup is insane vs what Nic and Gili can find for me. Do yourself a favor, if you re engagement ring shopping or just shopping for jewelry, give them a call. You ll thank me for it.
