Is back could give them less than one star I would. One teller with several other people walking around watching as this one person slowly services up to nine people in line. He was slow. The line was long. None of the other bank employees seem to want to do anything about it. All of us in line disgusting. When I said something to one of the representatives her reply was well we have to be able to take a lunch. I told her there was no excuse for what was happening. Considering the recent issues with Bank of America and not being able to access your account other problems this is just ridiculous. I m confident Bank of America can afford to staff their locations more appropriately business hours however, they choose not to. they re not going to fix it time to look for a new bank. They just dont care. As for this specific branch, they need to close it down. There s always a problem here.

Terrible service!!! They dont respect the customer!! You arrive and the workers are talking and they are not interested in stopping and resolving your concern! They prefer to make you wait while they continue talking and even leave you with the word 3n in your mouth to continue talking to each other. There are never appointments and they are not interested in attracting more clients.

Quick Review - Do not go here if you are in a hurry. They deliberately under staff tellers and the drive through ATM machines will return 50% of the bills you try to deposit. The staff that is present is overall courteous at least. This location is so bad they have two entries in google maps for here to avoid people seeing their bad ratings. Long Review - This has to be the least pleasurable place to go if you have banking needs. I deliberately drive farther to other locations to avoid it. Lets start with the good. The Good - The staff is well trained and courteous. Even when dealing with the frequently angry customers they provide professional service. If you are a high end customer or investment banking client you can be seen nearly instantly with one of the 5-7 people in the small offices surrounding the lobby. The Bad - They run one teller for normal customers. You will be surrounded by a lady who greets you and offers to do deposits if you have checks only, and 5-7 employees looking bored sitting in rooms around the lobby. There WILL be ONE teller helping customers. If you ask if they can add more cause the line here is regularly 5-10 people deep at all times, they will tell you the other person is on lunch break. They kept me in line waiting so long an hour passed and still no 2nd teller returned. So they will be courteous but not hesitate to lie to your face with a smile. I tried to avoid this nightmare scenario by using the ATM. Sadly when trying to deposit cash in the ATM after making them all face the same direction and smoothed the bills out, it spits over half of them out every time. I added the spit out bills to a different stack and it took them but spit others out then. After 20 minutes trying to deposit cash I was forced to go inside the dreaded soul destroying lobby where another hour of my life was taken from me to compete my business. Fortunately I was fed lies while inside so left full. Conclusion - If you are in a hurry and want to be honestly dealt with avoid this location. Staff my be courteous but they are not really honest or helpful and the ATMs which they will happily tell you about dont work.

Eduardo the bank teller was so sweet & very helpful. I get anxiety and didn t want to say the amount I needed out loud so I wrote it on a piece of paper and he was so amazing followed my instructions! i needed two envelopes that s exactly what he did I truly appreciate it him a lot. The manager was a very unprofessional. They scheduled an appointment for me two times and when I came to the appointment, she said that the staff had gone to lunch. I asked then why did you schedule me, she said I don t know. The next day I showed up at 5:55, she did not let me in and said they are closed. I only needed a cash out.

Dear bank of america Please let this man (Alassane Gaye) go cause he sure have no idea how to work at the bank. we have business relationships with BOA for years, credit cards, auto loans, personal accounts and business accounts. Unfortunately I cant give zero stars! The worst customer service ever, totally disrespectful. The ATM stole my foreign debit card, and they refused to return it to me. They hide behind the absurd justification that for security reasons they cannot, and that the ATM service is not theirs, which is totally irresponsible then, why do they put their name there? I then told them to pay for the shipping of the new card from my country, and of course, they wont do that either. They left me waiting in the lobby, and went to hide in an office, waiting for me to leave, which seems so unprofessional on their part. Anyway, do not use Bank of America ATMs, because they are irresponsible and mediocre at providing their service.

Customer service needs improvement big time!! Many things that I can do online in other banks, you have to do it in person here!! Their waiting time to see customers is never less than two hours and while waiting you can see the employees walking around and talking to each other. The only reason I have to not close all my accounts there is that B of A has been my bank forever but I m looking forward for the time that I can walk out of this hell.

What bad customer service. They blocked my card, I called customer service and they told me that I have to go to a branch to confirm my cell phone number. When I am at the bank after waiting 1 hour they tell me that I have to make an appointment when they only had to confirm my number. So I cant use the card until they give me the appointment. Worst Customer Service Ever. 12 In line to make a simple deposit took 40 minutes to get to the window. Because they only had one customer service rep. I asked the manager why and she said hes that. I should be thankful that they allowed them to have a customer service rep. But yet theyve got 6 or 7 rooms. Alassane changed my understanding of finances. After politely greeting me, I was surprised to not only be approached by a teller but one that was actively helping not only customers but his own employees. He then educated me on credit card essentials and their worth, and I applied for one right there, I had no idea it would be an easy process. I used my lunch break to travel this location to pay my rent. I was told there would be no teller Inside until 230pm. Yes the drive through was open but, I did not have a car. When I went in to this location I needed to cash a check not deposit it and I explained this before he ran it through the scanner instead he did what he wanted to do. I hate I ever came to this location! His actions inconvenienced the hell out of me. I went to the ATM to withdraw money and they gave me bills in terrible condition. When I wanted to make a payment with that bill, the same ATM did not accept the bill when I entered the bank and they did not help me because there was no ATM available. The lady was friendly but the first process was terrible. Last time I used this bank agency pension!! How is it possible that the ATM gives you a bill that the ATM itself does not accept? It is acceptable?

Ive been in business as a small business owner that hit a huge crash during Covid. Only grossing in 30K for the year 2021. I went into this branch today to open a account with 5K cash. I wanted to test the client relations services and see if Id be discriminated against and if Bank of America really values their clients. I was approached by Emilio Pineda who comes off very friendly but was not knowledgeable about small business protocol. Ive been doing business since 2010 but signed under a DBA since 2013. Ive taxed all needed documents and kept a report with SBA since 2017. Ive been a full time dental specialist but since February of 2022 Ive taken on my self owned business full time and no longer decided to work for other companies because if my self owned business is doing 60K a year and after the pandemic 30K passively I should really approach this full on. I showed Certificates of formation for my LLC that I registered in Delaware and was I was told by Mr. Pineda that Bank of America would not accept my Resign letter from Legal Zoom that gives me the rights to open a bank account for my LLC. I pretended to act as though Mr. Pineda was informative but I knew he was just discriminating and not informative of Delaware LLC codes. Im a African American woman in the urban community with a worldwide business. I was utterly disgusted by the lack of competence of this Bank of America Associate. He gave me a laid back approach with his delivery as well as if he needed to be hip or cool (so-to-speak) with me but I was just so disgusted by the bigotry. Before coming to Bank of America I sat with my Finacial Advisor Shelton Dalton and we are still appalled by how dismissive Mr. Pineda was. He also assumed I needed a loan. I kept having to ask him what will I need a loan for, he said to start and im am fully equipped and even searching for storefront property as Im getting ready to expand. Im a professional so I continued to smile and act unaware and just allowed him to talk to me about nothing. My twin brother is an accountant and my older sister is a Senior VP for a bank for the whole southern region in the U.S. Im very aware of business banking I just wanted to transition from being a 9-5 employee to a full time business owner. I will try again at another branch and hopefully get better client relation services and a more professional representative that is knowledgeable. Thank You.

I called this branch last week Tuesday 3:29pm asking about opening a back door IRA account, the guy first was dismissing me outright without listening ( I have an accent) then when I insisted have been told BOA have this type of investment option, he insisted to know how much I want to invest before he can get me to talk to a financial specialist, said Frank will call me, it s one week & no one has called. Today I call to follow up & Cynthia is treating me the same attitude, I can t understand what you are saying even before I explain she starts cutting me and loudly explaining mid my sentence, till I told her stop cutting me, let me talk ..& I raised the issue on how they are treating some customers just because I have an accent doesn t mean I can t afford an investment. I have been a customer sence the 1980s. I rarely go to the bank because there was always some kind of problem I only bank on line because of my age and health. My direct deposit is on the fourth Wednesday of each month and on the first like clockwork. All my bills and payments go out directly from my checking account. I am on low income and my account always seem to have over drafting charges witch keep me in the extreme rear with my bills. The money going directly in my account every month but sometimes the charges hit the bank early so I get the late fees. Please is there some way to help me not to accumulate these late charges. This my 2nd time using their atm. The atm so old school geesh! The parking lot is always trashy!!!! It s like this bank has been forgotten about. Do anyone care about it? There was broken glass in front of the drive thru atm. It s terrible!!!!! I can only imagine how it is on the inside & I don t wanna find out. The outside appearance says enough! Hope the customer service isn t trashy like the outside.

This is the best and cleanest location of Bank of America Ive ever been to. All the staff, especially my account officer, Andy Rosales, and Emilio Pineda are very friendly and courteous. I never make an appointment, and they still take me without making me wait for too long. I also like that I see familiar faces when I visit this location, as their staff is loyal to the company. Fun fact: In my first visit ever ( a while ago) Andy helped me open a student checking account (with no maintenance fee!!), and I also got the offer to open a credit card! Totally unexpected, but it came in handy!

Highly recommended! Aaron Lestage, a Veteran of the Armed Forces, was the banker that helped us. When my toddler started to get a bit anxious, Aaron gave him a toy car as a gift! He went above and beyond with the customer service. If youre ever at that location, it is with the highest esteem that I recommend Aaron. I attached an image of hes business card just in case anyone wants to reach him. I would have given him 10 Stars if I could!

The serial online client is very heavy, I would say the worst in the United States, simple things they put a computer to talk to you instead of putting a person for what you need that can be resolved in 5 min, I was trying to communicate for a small problem with my online banking and I spent an hour and 10 minutes waiting for a representative to assist me, when I managed to get through the representative even asked me for my residence card and absurd things when my only objective was to change the phone number and gain access to my online account, for me as a customer your attention to the customer of Banco de América is rubbish, just because of the waste of time and it is not the first time that happens to me, I am going to leave this bank, on another occasion with a fraudulent transaction, I spent all day waiting for them to assist me, I had to go to a branch and they didnt give an answer, for me they are of no use for customer service

START UP BUSINESS ACCOUNT OWNERS. TALK TO EMILIO PINEDA. Hands down will take care of you. This review comes in after almost 1 year as a business account holder and 5+ years with a personal account. He saved me from leaving the institution today, he made sure to find all options available to cut down business account fees and personal account fees in order to help me grow my business. He even helped me take care of a couple over draft fees which impressed me on both accounts. Any issues you end up having as far as fees just call him email him talk to him he will work with you he will make it right he is genuinely a down-to-earth dude and will take care of you and Im sure he handles a lot of heat from upset customers like I was initially and he made sure to do everything in his possession and went beyond my expectations and now will stick with BOA as a business account holder and a personal account holder.

I only use this bank account because I have to for my business... I just feel that there are bunch of young guys inside that really dont care... ATM machine was broken outside , they only had one Teller inside Jorge .. the and the rest of the guys( including Kristopher/manager) playing on the computer and acting as if theyre busy probably checking their Facebook account.... This branch, and specifically one staff member African lady - I m sorry i was so mad I forget to take her name - I was the one who would persuade me to close my account in this bank, which does not respect its clients and treat them with ethnic discrimination under the pretext of federal laws. After I was persuaded to open an account a year ago at the Bank of America knowing that they have a low rate customer service, according to some friends. I did not have any problems with the bank but that made me close my account that African lady, who told me and I quote your card was closed because where you come from that s country excuse me ?! I felt a very bad and felt racial discrimination towards my country and I think I do not want to have any connection to a place that may distinguish me from others because I am from a different country I don t mind following the law but when it s come to disrespect my country no I can have better service in another place... it was very racist and inappropriate and it is clear that the bank does not train his staff to talk in a decent manner and proper way his to customers. I will make sure that me, my dad, my mom, and my two sisters that will close all our accounts in bank of American. Thank you for being disrespectful to your customers.

This location is the worst. The wait period for a cash deposit in you account is ridiculous.. The customer service is slow and very unfriendly. I have a business account with Bank of America and im up here st least 2--3 times a week.. And my experience get worse everytime. I really dont know where the very good customer service has gone. This Branch have very rude and unprofessional rep , they had me standing there for 30minutes just to cash a check clerk call her supervisor so she can authorize it,she takes 10 minutes to get to us then the computer stop working, supervisor takes the check to the drive up computer again take her time talk to another customer mind you Im still standing she have not said sorry for the delay or nothing and finally when she came back check was not cash and she said that they will refer me back to the company that release it to me. I ask why ? if you all have a problem you all need to call them, conferm if that check its coming from them, thats what banks do to verify a check if it looks suspicious. Now I ask Have you all call them and conferm with the company ? They answer to me was no we cant call them. I ask to speak with a manager and they said he or she was in a meeting. I call the company told them what was going on and they call the branch and they said that someone answer and left them on hold and till this time 10:57 am no one has got back on the phone with them. My business account will not be coming to this bank.
