Came in today not expecting to get much because it s been a hard two years with my husband but we really needed a second vehicle. As soon as we walked in Martavious was so gracious to let us know he got us. We told him my husband got pre approved with capital one, we knew the car we wanted and preferred a 25. He got all of our information and went to work, within 30 minutes we were APPROVED for a 24 New Nissan kick, which was the car I wanted. I am so grateful that he was able to assist us and got us rolling. I deeply appreciate Martavious Wood for everything. Horrible experience! We went in trying to purchase a vehicle financing through my own bank to pay full amount on vehicle to the sales man guaranteeing a better interest rate if we financed through them. When it was time to sign. Not only was the monthly payment higher but so was interest rate he was trying to make us sign on. Over 4 hours waisted of my time. They dont know anything about keeping their word.

Man when I say Tay Wood is the man! He is amazing in what he does!. 7 months ago, I couldnt get a new vehicle. Bad credit,little down payment. My previous trucl had finally broke down behyond repair. And I needed some sort of transportation. Finally got a Nissan Kick.A low level Nissan Kick. I wasnt given options. It was either the one they showed me or some 2016 used SUV. Tay called and promised me an upgrade and that is exactly what he did. I got a 2025 Nissan Altima. It is clean car with remote start. Which is all what I wanted 7 months. But Tay made it happen! Now he, he is a great salesman with a very positive attitude! He was a delight to work with! So if you every go the Nissan Metro, ask for Tay Wood! You wont regret it!

Go to DEKO!! I have less than ideal credit and was denied everywhere else but Deko got me into a brand new 2025 with a very low down payment and great monthly payments. He was super nice, understanding of my situation and got me in a car ASAP. The whole process was just super easy. Once I got to the dealership he got me in and out driving. Disappointed in service. I bought my new Nissan Rogue here. I scheduled an appointment at 11 am for the car s first oil change. I arrived a bit before 11 a.m. I stood outside waiting for my assigned person. Finally got checked in. I did not leave until 1 p.m. No one was at the main counter. I had to go find my person in a shutoff office to ask the status. I was never updated. Declined the free car wash so I could leave. Otherwise it would have been longer. I m so glad I did not purchase the service package with them.

I would give 0 stars if I could! I just purchased a used 2021 Acura from them and after just 3 weeks and very little mileage Im sitting at Discount replacing tires that have tread at the end of their life! I also had to drive with my brights on because the headlights were facing so far down I couldnt see one car length in front of me! When I called the dealer and asked for just some compensation for the safety issues that supposedly passed their inspection they said thats what happens when you buy used and Im on my own! They took 3 weeks to get my loan papers to me. They never answer the phone when you get put on hold. Dont let them put you on hold and they never call you back! Worse experience ever!! I hate buying a car!

Well, needless to say, every time I went there, it seemed to get worse, but this last time, the service guy wanted to charge me $250.00 BEFORE the even did service on my vehicle! I replied, Really??? He stated thats how we do business!! Really I see why they dont have any business there!! My daughter took our 2012 Nissan Rogue for service at Metro Nissan of Dallas because it was driving very noisily. They told her it needed a new transmission at nearly $8,000. We took the car to Arthurs Auto Services in Houston instead. Arthur replaced two of the wheel bearings and it drives beautifully. It cost a little more than $1,000 to make the repair. I cant believe that if we had spent $8,000 with Metro Nissan it wouldnt even have fixed the problem. Disgraceful.

Sales associate was pushy and didnt respect the timeframe given. Claimed all the cars we were looking at were in the shop when we came looking for a specific vehicle. Also ran our credit against 10 different lenders when asked not to because we brought our own financing and cash. The kid was desperate for a sale. Left and got a car same day from another dealership soley based on his actions. Maybe others have had a good experience here but not my family.

Ive been coming here for a few years, and do so b/c they have the three pack oil change deals. I just came to get my car maintenanced and I was approached about the option to trade and to see what was available. Since I was waiting, I thought, Sure, why not? The gentleman that I was speaking with was really nice as we test drove. However, at some point when I had to deal with the sales supervisor, I felt like he was disrespectful. He made negative comments about my nails and insulted my current car (which still runs well). I guess his manipulative tactic is to speak negatively about you to manipulate you into a sale for them. Trading my car didnt work out, which is fine b/c I didnt come there for that anyway. However, its probably for the best that it didnt work out b/c I dont want to do business with someone that is manipulative and negative like that. When I get ready to buy another car, it wont be there.

Update: The shady dealings continue. I have gotten a couple of emails and a letter from a company called Smart Pay. They offer to set you up with more payments per billing cycle to pay off the vehicle faster. If you call they won t say who your finance company is. If you go to the website you will see they are a 3rd party that charges fees. It s kinda hard to understand but I think it s $399 year plus a fee for each payment. I know when you buy a car the dealership sells your information to everyone. But don t sign up for this. I went thru my original texts with the company the dealer addons were $2500z Let s start with the good I purchased my vehicle online. I didn t have to pass the time in the dealership haggling over the price, financing or anything. Almost All of the forms could be done online. Not so good: The dealer addons are crazy, about $3000 for my vehicle. There is the worst ever anti theft device ($1500)You can literally unplug it. The window tint ($500) is decent but over priced. Then there is some paint protection. With any used vehicle you need to have it inspected. Even if the dealer says they have. I have some undisclosed damage to the vehicle that I should have not relied on their inspection. Just be diligent.

Had a horrible experience. Went in with a specific make and model in mind and was stuck there for 3 hours and walked out with nothing. I went in with an intent to get a base model 2024 kick and I had a trade in. I went in by myself and knew it was an instant mistake when they asked to speak with my husband over the phone rather than speaking directly to me as if I did not understand cars or the process. The dealer then came back and gave me a quote for the car SR which i specifically did not ask for. I told him over and over again I did not need that version and only am interested in the S model. Oh I forgot to mentioned that he then took the keys to my trade in to get it appraised before that. My car was not worth much which I suspected and he asked if a trade in was necessary. Before I can even answer he told me to call my husband again. At this point I was so annoyed and asked them to give me the monthly payment for the model I asked for. An hour later he came back with a price that was not in my budget. When I declined the offer, I told them that I appreciated them trying and asked for the key back for my car so i can leave. I wasn t interested in any other car so I knew if I could not afford the payment I would be walking out without a kick and I was okay with that. He then proceeded to say let me try one more thing and came back with a 50 dollar lower price that was still not in budget. At this point I declared that I won t be able to buy the car( which I was okay with, it helped me better understand the payments in the future and I would know what to expect in the future). He asked me to call my husband one final time and I refused and asked for my car keys. He then left for another half hour and another man (some one from finance) came to talk to me about the car. I told him the situation and told him I just wanted my car keys so I can leave and come back when I can finically afford the car. He proceeded to leave AGAIN and I finally had enough. I found both men hiding in a back room and asked for my keys back. One tried to distract me and asked about my phone case and began to talk about it but I refused and asked for my key for the final time. I m extremely disappointed with the whole experience. I understand that there is a lot to cars I don t understand but to undermine me and only speak to my husband was rude and uncalled for. And to not listen the first time when I specifically say I can t afford that and I m not interested in another car and continue to have me sitting there for the price not to even change. And to deny me of my car keys was the worst. I felt trapped and I repeatedly asked for my keys at least 5 times. UPDATE: unlike what they are saying as a response. My husband was not involved in the deal at all. He was not co-signing or had his name in the trade in nor did they even ask me if he was. Please do not say he was apart of it as he was not and had no part of me purchasing the car for myself. They were not speaking directly to me from the beginning. Again.. Do better. Do better.

This pass Saturday I visited this car dealership. This was not the first time there. Back in 2019, I purchased a rogue sport, this pass Saturday I traded in that car and purchased the 2024 rogue and my daughter purchased a 2024 Kick LS. The service was the same as it was in 2019, just a different staff, excellent customer experience! The salesman John Harvey and the finance guy (can t remember his name) was courteous, patient and treated us with excellent care! Would definitely recommend them if you re looking for a car!

Where does one even truly begin... All I can say is that it was truly God who brought me here. I had a terrible experience at another car dealership hours before giving car buying another chance. God led me to Metro where I met Justin Escudero. He is very soft spoken, personable, patient, and friendly. I told him my situation and he literally manifested us getting approved. Not only was I approved, I was approved for a vehicle that is bigger and greater than what I originally came in looking to settle for. It had certainly exceeded my expectations. The clutch on my Altima failed. Metro gave me a quote for the clutch replacement just under $4,000, including $2,550 for the labor, while Google search indicated $800 for the parts and $500 for the labor. I have found a shop that matched Google essentially. At the end Metro changed me $172 for the diagnosis, $22 more than their original quote.

SCAM ALERT Completely unsolicited, I received an advertisement in the mail for a spring markdown mania sale from Metro Nissan Dallas dealership nearby. There is a match and win game piece glued to the front of it which has tabs that you pull and reveal symbols to the left and then symbols to the right. If you match both sides you win. Have one row that is matching and is labeled as a winner on the piece itself. There is a legend on the right of the piece that shows the symbols which are used on the game piece and the corresponding prize that they represent. There is a prize for every symbol that shows up on this piece except for one that says Nissan. There is an instance of each one of these prizes on the game piece at least once. The symbols that were in my matching row were all identical to the symbol that is labeled $500 cash prize in the legend. There is no indication anywhere that this is not an exact match from game piece to the prize list. I called up to make sure that I did not have to buy anything nor were there any restrictions on it and I was assured that all I had to do was show up with the winning piece and the PIN code that came with the mailer to verify. I did as was instructed, seeing nothing on the fine print of the advertisement that would indicate anything was possibly going to be expected of me or required to collect the prize. After waiting around with some advertisements in front of me on a table, I was walked over to a board by the front desk attendant and she showed me the list of prizes which matched exactly to the legend on the flyer and to the game piece I had in my hand. I showed her what I have. She looked at the pin number, looked at the board and said oh no, youre not a winner. But you can get a watch or earbuds. She informed me that these six winning numbers for the $500 prize were there and they did not match my pin number and that the symbols were not meant to represent anything specific on the game piece. A very large man confirmed this to be the case and when I started calling this SCAM ADVERTISING and drawing attention to it, I was told to leave without the $500 they owe me. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General. I didnt think I was going to walk out of there with $500, but I sure could have used it. *UPDATE* I called the dealership as requested and they told me that they do not agree with the assertion that any reasonable person would read the flyer and come to the same conclusion. They declined to pay me the amount of money listed on the false advertisement they used to lure me with the hopes of being pressured by a salesman into buying a car I dont want. I received the complaint number from the attorney general and you can check for yourselves with a freedom of information act request if you want to see the resolution of that and my upcoming lawsuit.

Its frustrating how deceptive marketing tactics can be. Like many Farmers Branch residents, I fell victim to the scammy pull-tab lottery ticket promising a $500 win by Metro Nissan. But, alas, it was all smoke and mirrors a total waste of time and gas to trek up there, only to be told I didnt technically win. Their ploy to lure in customers was pathetic. And to add insult to injury, the prize options were laughable cheap knockoff air pods and apple watch from overseas, probably costing less than the gas I wasted driving over to their shoddy dealership.

Do not fall for that trick, they have certain numbers that will not match your number, where they get them from who knows. This dealership mailed out fake lottery style pull tab promotion to thousands of residents in the area; ours said we won $500. Skeptical of course, we called ahead and confirmed that this was not a scam and was what it was, $500 cash - words from the Nissan employee from this location on the phone. Upon arrival, we encountered angry customers in the parking lot with an identical flyer to ours, having just left the location, explaining to us that it was all fake. Entering the building, we dealt with extremely pushy car salesmen who became upset when we were not interested in buying a car, explaining we had called ahead and were only interested in claiming our prize as we were told on the phone wed be able to do, to which the employee replied, well yall are about to be heartbroken and walked away to get his boss. Of course, although our flyer contained the correct matching logos described on the rules outlined on the flyer to win $500, it was good for a pair of either headphones or a smart watch that the salesman claimed were each worth $100 and were basically the same as Apple (another customer wrote a google review on here stating he found them on Ali Express for $1.87 lol). We left without either prize. Also compared with neighbors from our apartment complex and we all received the same identical lottery ticket. I am no expert in marketing but I would say a strategy of tricking thousands of people into thinking they won $500 to get them to walk in the door is not going to encourage anyone to buy a car but rather remember this place as somewhere to never come back to! Best part is the entire time we are dealing with this silliness, we are staring at this totally ironic sign highlighting the honesty and integrity this place demonstrates. Haha! How dumb!
