I usually wait some time before evaluating a company and this was no different. Ive been using CFF for a while now and theyve been fantastic. However, we all know that employees make a company and I have to say that Erik Wong has gone above and beyond providing some of the best customer service in the business. Ive dealt with other banks and, honestly, the process seems so involved, for lack of a better word. Erik makes the whole transaction seem like its no big deal even though I know hes working through huge issues to get it done. I would, obviously, recommend Commercial Fleet Financing but would strongly recommend that you ask for Erik Wong and let him handle your transaction and you can see for yourself how easy he makes it look! I highly recommend CFF if you need financing your equipment purchase. I was working with Kevin Young and Jacob Wallace. I have to admit that it was a very very very good experience. COMMUNICATION SUCKS!! I financed a truck with CF with my first company 3 years ago because I was informed that they loan to new companies. I paid it off with in a year. It was a start up loan to build credit for a new company. I most recently opened a second company and applied for equipment financing. Nick received my husband s application a month ago and has not communicated back since. We reached out several times with no response. We have great credit so that s not the issue. I experienced this the first time with him so my mistake for returning.

Beware they sell your phone and information to everyone. I Applied for a loan and since applying all Ive had are different finance companies constantly calling me from different States, emails from various funding companies. Thats just inconsiderate.

I want to say that Noah is a gem for CF, he was nice, patient and informative. He definitely has the right personality for the job. He received assistance from Elaina with some aspects of my loan process, but I have dont any comments regarding her portion. I wasnt happy about the time frame of the process, but Noah was on top of it whenever I showed pause for concern. I had some issues on my end as a first time commercial vehicle loan applicant, therefore I cant complain too much about the APR offered. Definitely a learning curve, but we worked together and the loan got approved. Only because of Noah that I would consider utilizing CF again, if or when in need. I Posted the vehicle purchased and again a first time purchaser learned lesso...nothing negative on CFs behalf, but never will I ever purchase another vehicle from that dealer they are really shystiy. Needless to say I have my vehicle it made it safely 2,000 miles home, thank God for me being knowledgeable regarding pretriping a vehicle, because I dont know what would have happened on the road, if I wasnt aware of the possible risk that I discovered once we traveled 2,000 miles to pickup the vehicle. The 1 star deduction was because of some other issues during the process that I rather not post. Thanks so much Noah you were great!

There are not enough stars to rate this company what they deserve. We had tried with several companies to get the truck we wanted. But they all had some excuse as to why they wouldnt fund it. Either mileage was too high, model was too old, no commercial credit, or just that we didnt have enough years in business. But not CFF. Tim Bazor was very diligent and did everything possible to help us get the truck that we wanted and succeeded. He made the process so smooth and as painless as humanly possible. The communication was just spectacular. He kept us in the loop every step of the way. And lets not forget about the ones working in the background. Tiffany Hayes was also great about communication about the forms and paperwork. When something needed to be signed or corrected, she was on it. We will use again and recommend to anyone looking to finance heavy equipment. They are quick and efficient.

Im not one to leave reviews but this has to be said. It started off not looking too great for me with financing a dump truck and had spoke with several financial companies. All said they could help but went ghost on me when it was time. I picked up the phone not knowing what to expect and contacted CFF. With less than a few hours I got a call back from AARON NGUYEN. I was still skeptical about what he said he could do for me but by the next day I was pretty much approved. Aaron and RICK VILLASANA worked closely together to get this deal done and the process was super simple. I mean it couldnt have been easier. I applied for leasing even my credit score is above 750 but they said I have to put 50% down. I agreed and told them instead of calling me back and forth just email me terms and conditions, but no one emailed me and they also sold my number to commercial fleet insurance Co. I didnt even buy any trucks but Im getting call from insurance Co. every day.
