At this pawn shop they had a heat press and Cricut explore air 2 and I put them in layaway because I didn’t had a lot of money to pay in full. After completing all the monthly payments in layaway to take home the heat press and Cricut, I was able to start my business thanks to this pawn shop.

Stopped there to pawn my Mac Pro Desktop aka Garbage Can and the Hispanic guy dont know nothing about tech. Granted its a 2013, but its not like Im pawning/selling 2013 Macbook pro laptop. He flat out said its to old & without doing any research on the item. Point is if you dont know about Macs just say that. Would not recommend pawning/selling for anything because they simply dont know nothing about anything.Tech,Tools, or Jewelry. **UPDATE **Again you still didnt do no research! You couldve at least check the SPECS! Even if I did come in with a so called 2020 it wouldve been worth $4k-5K instead $400 as requested.This is not bash your establishment but shed awareness to all who enters your shop. FYI: I know your a PAWN shop but the Low-Ball or refusals not cutting it these days. So in the future do better by the customer not for personal self interest

I have not physically been in the store but I found them on Tiktok. I bought 2 LV pieces over the phone through text. Not only do they have unreal prices. They were super responsive and easy to talk to. They sent pictures of any flaws. I will definitely be ordering again as soon as soon something catches my eye. They also shipped ASAP. Great communication and products.

Like a lot of folks looking to pawn items, I was in a financial bind. Looked at quite a bit of places and this place had the best reviews, so I gave them a call and Mr. Todd answered we spoke on the item I had and gave me a good idea on what to expect. I went in with low expectations considering I had gotten low balled by 3 other pawn shops. They exceeded my expectations. Fast and clear offer less than 5 min in the store. He knows his stuff. I m so glad I gave them a shot and they gave me the same! Will be doing more business and definitely recommending to everyone!

Heard they bought shoes so i tried them out. A gentlemen offered me 20 on a still in box mint pair of nikes going for 180 used from multiple reliable sources. The blatant low ball offer was not the issue. The Customer service was. The gentlemen gave me maybe 4 seconds looking at the shoes. He didnt even bother to look them up or even try to negotiate with me. He honestly made me feel like he just didnt wana talk to me. I have heard good things about this place so im not leaving a poor review for the entire shop. But that guys customer service was poor, especially considering its the holidays.

Before I came to this pawnshop I went to my local pawnshop before to sell a piece of of jewelry. My local pawnshop examined it(10min of examination)and gave me a price of 650$. When I went to this shop that Im reviewing, he examined the bracelet less than 1 min and he only just examined the diamonds and weight. He did not test the silver . He hit me with I can only do 75$ since silver is down right now. I immediately said no and tried to trick me by saying let me ask my boss if I can go higher which was only 25$ more. Pathetic really trying to hustle their costumers . I do not recommend selling any jewelry here. Boss man even said while I walking out , if it was gold it would sell for over thousand. But I know for sure a 2 ctw sterling silver s link is not worth 75-100 $ ridiculous really. I really hope shop owner replies to this comment to see what his thoughts are. And really if you try to defend what happened why would any shop owner buy jewelry without testing to see if its real . Thats just tells me you automatically knew how much it was worth. Came to add more since I last reviewed Ive went to 3 pawnshop after this one and all gave me an offer over 500$ why is that?

I called prior before I paid a visit to confirm I could get a loan for my Apple watch series 6 44mm. When I got there the shop was empty. As I approached the counter I explained I called earlier about the Apple Watch series 6. I was told they don t take Apple watches by a bald, Caucasian male in a stern voice without him even looking at the watch. A short, Hispanic woman asked me if she could look at my watch. After looking at it she told the Caucasian guy they could in fact take the watch. After that he yelled loudly I can do $150.00. I told him I m no longer interested in doing business here because of how poorly he treated me from the jump. Not sure if the Caucasian guy has issues with people of color or if he was just having a bad day. Either way I shouldn t have to deal with his poor attitude to do business. I do not recommend anyone do business here.

In a serious financial bind due to COVID and needed to pawn some jewelry to pay monthly living expenses. The broker was very kind. He advised he may not be able to give me what I needed but would come as close as he could. He was a nice and actually offered several hundred dollars more than the other pawn shops I had gone too. The store was very organized and the broker was very knowledgeable on specific items I was interested in at a later date. New favorite spot!!! Check it out...

****Beaware***** Before purchasing any Big item from here. Especially LV bags. Some are real & some are not. I found out the hard way, I bought a fake bag from them. They produced some type of shotty website & paperwork (fake). Eve had a fake date code. Luckily I was able to recoup most of my money back by getting rid of the bag on offer up! You ve been warned.

If you are anything like me, sometimes a situation causes a financial problem and you realize that you need to get a loan. I for one, am no stranger to something like this. Being hesitant because of past experiences long ago I was reluctant to just go get myself a loan just anywhere. Having said that, I did not just want to walk into a past with negative experiences. What I did want though met my expectations and that entailed more than just the loan amount. I called this business after this brutally cold spell and spoke with a nice friendly lady. After a brief talk with her and Todd I decided that I would go the extra distance from my residence and see what they had to offer. They are professional, fair, honest and in my opinion they are simply the best, better than all the rest !!!

I am not a big pawn shop consumer, but this location changed my outlook. Great quality, and customer service. A few months ago, I was looking for a luxury gift for my husbands birthday. Needless to say, luxury gifts can be expensive and a friend recommended i check out a pawn shop. I has seen this pawn shop on my way school so, I decided to stop by. I bought a gun from this pawn shop for over $400 and it keeps jamming. I am unable to take it back due to no returns. The worker advised that the guns have all been tested. When I went to the gun range to shoot the gun it kept getting jammed. I would not recommend this location.

Just got two cheap guitars. Everyone in the store was very helpful. They could only find one guitar case, and was very apologetic. I assured the sales woman and manager it was no problem. I was at my car, content with what I go for the price I paid, when a gentleman was wasnt involved in the sale can out with a case that was a little big, but better than nothing. Amazed at the service for two cheap guitars . I will be back.

I am very happy with my Macbook Air I purchased from Kevin for a very affordable and reasonable price. I initially called in and spoke with Yolanda and she was nice enough to hold the laptop for me until I got there. I wanted to give the product a few days to ensure its full capacity and well what can i say? Im using it now to write this review. Thanks Fiesta Pawn, Ill definitely be back.

Just like all the other customers have said, this place is very nice and clean inside and out. The employees are all very polite and helpful. Came in to get a collateral loan on some. Of my electronics because of a crazy family emergency, and was not disappointed. They gave me the amount I was requesting for things such as my Apple laptop and some others. Definitely recommend this place above all others in the area, and will definitely come back if I am in a similar situation in the future.

The place itself is nice well kept but the offer of things you bring in is disrespectful so to say like i know the value of my stuff and no im not trying to get top dollar but damn at least be reasonable

Great customer service. Clean and organized envoirment. Employees are super welcoming, helpful, and down to earth. They are honest and they offer fair prices. They go out of there way to help you out. I would refer this place to anyone!

Clean facility, very very respectful and I would recommend anyone here, after every other pawn shop offered me below 40 they offered me 100 for my Xbox one s and I am grateful for that

BEST PAWN SHOP IN DFW!!!!!! Needed a loan on my gun and after 4 different places no one would give me as much as they did. Place is amazing always help me with what i need and very fair with there prices. A place you can walk in and see all kinds of items. Very clean and organized and store is pretty big. Has a very large selection of jewlery and guns. The only place i will go too. The guys there really know what there doing

One of the best looking pawn shops inside and out, huge selection of items as well. Wont try and bottom dollar you neither, willing to pay higher amounts for Jordan Retro shoes (with box in good condition) almost three times what other pawn shops were offering me.

These guys are first class all the way! Bought a ladder and dealt with the Manager, his name escapes me at the moment and it was a good experience. He helped me decide what I needed and then gave me a good deal on a well used but still serviceable ladder. Went back a few months later and bought a pistol there. Again, great experience and top notch service. Whenever I buy from a pawn shop, I will start here......EVERY time. Keep it up guys!
