The process was very easy and smooth. I've never purchased a car in another state before (which is scary, anyway) but, the entire staff made it seamless. They are the friendliest people I've dealt with in a long time. The customer service was always on point. The entire process took less than a week. The car shipped less than 48hrs after purchased. Wow! What an amazing experience to be apart of the delivery of this awesome RAM Black Widow truck! I’ve never seen my husband more thrilled, except on our wedding day of course! Ha! He laughed in excitement and maybe squealed just a bit! Our Premier Auto of Dallas sales guy Michael was hands on every step of the way with the ordering, logistics and setting up delivery. Our delivery guy “Tiny” even made alternate driving arrangements in mid delivery to accommodate our schedules. He arrived at 5:00 am in the morning to set the Black Widow in our driveway for Tom to see when he arrived later that afternoon. It was priceless! Smiling ear to ear, all he say is WOW!! My dad owns a small car shop/dealership so I have never shopped at a dealership before. I decided it was time to choose my own vehicle. I had another vehicle chosen at the Lexus dealership where I live but they were taking way too long with getting the car ready for sale. I needed a car quickly so I found this place online. Read the reviews first and they are all spot on! I called the night before, drove to Dallas, and Ryan was already waiting at the door for me the next morning. The process was so easy, smooth, and quick - which was what I was looking for! I was able to leave with the car on the same day! My brothers warned me of how car salesmen at dealerships can be pushy and will haggle you but I didn t get this at all. Plus, they registered my car for me which saved me so much time! The staff treats you like their friend. They made sure we were taken care of and kept us company during the wait times. The car I picked was 8/10. I was very happy with my first time purchase at a dealership

I was in the market for a BMW. Another dealership sold the one I was looking at the day before my appointment. Needless to say I was bummed. I ran across a newer BMW online and submitted an offer. Within 5 mins Ryan from Premier had me in the phone. I told gave him all the financial information he requested and told him where Id like to be payment wise. I drove down to meet with him. I was apprehensive at first b/c I had never heard of this dealership. I could not have been more blown away from the moment I walked in the door. I was introduced to the owner. Ryan showed me the car, took it for a test drive, the rest is history.. This was not your typical car buying experience, all the pressure, haggling prices, stress etc. Ryan and his team made this easy. It was like hanging out with a group of your friends and shooting the breeze. They gave me more for my trade than I expected. Before I knew it a couple of hours went by, car was purchased. Incredible is the first word that comes to mind. :-) I contacted their team after seeing an awesome car for sale online. The problem, I thought, was that they were in/around Dallas, and I was in Austin. Little did I realize that they could sell me the automobile on a Friday and have it hand-delivered to my home by Saturday afternoon. The entire process was not just smooth, but also incredibly efficient, with no hidden hiccups, making me feel confident and secure in my purchase. BEWARE! Before you buy, pay for an inspection. They have been in several lawsuits and their as is document wins in court. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They don t even have a good rating on the BBB. We got lucky with a Porsche from them (had it inspected) and then trusted them with a Mercedes. It had a bad engine and we have put over $10k into fixing in and it s still not driveable. Apparently it will cost us another $10k to fix. When w brought it they assured they would fix the slight shake and they didn t do their part. We ve had several mechanics work on it and all day it is very strange that they didn t notice these issues. They insist they didn t know but we were told by someone that this place has been involved in various lawsuits and they always in because of the as is document the buyer signs when purchasing. Do yourself a favor and go to a more reputable place and not this slimy business. I cannot believe Mickey, a family man and the owner, can sleep at night knowing he did this and had not fixed it. Especially in this economy, it s disgusting that there are businesses that are straight up fraud. So much for being a positive member of the community. This is not a randomly bad review either. You ll find my review on every social media of theirs and I will answer any questions I can and will not stop talking about this ever. We can t afford to fix it and we cannot sell it.

Took my jeep in to have a ticking noise from the engine fixed. They diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Gary Miars the service director and Tony, my mechanic are as good and honest people that you will find to do work on your vehicle. I did not buy my jeep from this place, but certainly will take it back there if i need anything fixed.

Negligent!!!!!!!..Run....., could have killed me and my family, nice looking but crooks, theses people sent me and my family out on bad tires, the tread was a 2 on them, and they called me a lier, getting a lawyer..... the general manager of this place saw my review for 1 star review ,then retaliated and basically said I not going to help you because you gave us 1 star and didnt give them a chance.... lady Ive been trying to work with them for over a week now, basically not taking responsibility for their actions. I have receipts and witness from companies about my complaints, if you have went through this or going this pray for me, going to fight this to the VERY end.

I bought a Lamborghini sight unseen from them. It showed up with immediate problems. They would not take it back. They told me to fix it and they would reimburse me. It turns out a rat ate part of the wiring harness. We submitted the bill and from that point on they ignored calls, emails, and texts. I waited a year and reached out to the owner. He answered his cell and said he would take care of it. He then blocked my number and will not take calls. They are extremely nice but are not truthful. Be very cautious about doing business with them in my opinion. Bad experience

It s hard to trust a new dealership specially traveling 7.5 hours away, not knowing the cars true condition or what to expect upon arrival..Premier Auto of Dallas did a fantastic job on providing real details on vehicle along with all of their services. Many dealers force customers to finance through their own bank, which was not the case with us. They were very understandable from the get go. We walked out of the dealership very satisfied with an amazing vehicle and a great experience. Thanks JC for all 3 day updates on our SRT!

I purchased a 2016 BMW X5M from Premier via their website. Although nervous about buying a car without driving it myself, I was assured that their full service mechanical shop would go through the vehicle from bumper to bumper and if there were any areas of concern they would be reported. My salesperson further assured me that the Premier 7 Day Promise protected me and the vehicle could be returned within 7 days. (I would be responsible for shipping costs) We closed the sale and the vehicle arrived late in Wednesday evening. I didn t drive it outside my neighborhood until the following Saturday (3 days after receipt) and found it had a very noticeable grinding sound emanating from the front upon deceleration. I contacted Premier on Saturday and informed my salesperson that the vehicle had mechanical problems and inquired what my options would be if I opted to ship the vehicle back per their 7 Day Promise. It was obvious their mechanics had never driven the vehicle or if they did, chose not to disclose the mechanical issue. I further inquired if they would simply split the cost of the repair in leu of shipping the vehicle back. Fast forward and my salesperson no longer works at Premier and the manager Vance(?) has not responded to any inquiry or message. To date, Premier Auto has had very poor service after the sale. Update: nearly 90 days after the sale and the owner refuses to call me back or return any messages. Final update: The process is finally complete. Vance was extremely helpful in securing the resolution. The persistence at his end was greatly appreciated. If you happen to buy from this dealer, I would ask for him. Thank you Vance!

This place was amazing. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I felt like the whole dealership was there helping me to purchase my new car. Jonathan the sales rep was very responsive, accommodating and on top of all my questions. Ryan the finance man was very informative and helped me make good decisions on rolling in or not rolling in additional costs. MJ helped me after hours and stayed late to make sure I had a full tank in my new car to get home. We live in Colorado but found a low mileage (2300!) 2021 Model S online. The guys at Premier made the purchase very simple. We ve never bought a car online, sight unseen, but it was exactly as advertised. They even had it delivered; we found the car on Tuesday and it was in our garage by Saturday. Wow! What an amazing experience to be apart of the delivery of this awesome RAM Black Widow truck! I ve never seen my husband more thrilled, except on our wedding day of course! Ha! He laughed in excitement and maybe squealed just a bit! Our Premier Auto of Dallas sales guy Michael was hands on every step of the way with the ordering, logistics and setting up delivery. Mickey the owner, Ryan the finance guy, and Ben my sales guy were all phenomenal to deal with. I wanted to buy my wife a car without physically being there and the painful rigmarole typically associated with dealerships, and they definitely accommodated. Ben texted me a full in-depth video of the car, kept us in the loop on when we could pick up (I only had to wait one day for detailing and filling up the tank, nothing negative), and was sure to answer any questions I had. He also was the one to greet us when we arrived, showed us around the car, and was honestly just a great guy to be around. I was able to wire Premier the funds in advance, and spent maybe 4 minutes actually signing the title paperwork once I was there to take delivery. Ryan definitely made that boring part as easy as possible. I m beyond grateful and definitely will be calling them for my next purchase.

This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had I called before leaving Austin to confirm the price of the 2015 Lexus GX460 spoke to Michael Johnson the manager which goes by the nickname of MJ which confirmed the price then I received a call and a text message from the Owner Mickey Maxie to confirm I was coming to test drive the car. I replied yes it would take me 3 and a half hours to get there . Not once did him nor MJ mention they automatically charge a luxury care package in the amount of $995 then on top of that another charge for safety point which was $695 totaling $1690. I was taken back by the unexpected expense because they both knew I had to travel hours away just to purchase this vehicle which my bank was on standby willing to send them a cashier check that day for the full amount minus those HIDDEN charges. It was very unprofessional. No where on their website says there are two non negotiable charges. I am very upset I wasted my time driving to this dealership. Shady business!!

The sales managers of Mickie Mackie and Dave Thomas have always come through and found of work trucks. Many times I have called and need a truck asap. Cant overstate how excellent Premier Autos was with the purchase of my dream car. Dylan is a great salesman that communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and Ryan went above & beyond to get me the best financing possible in this difficult lending environment. Premier overall is the most ethical used car dealer I have ever dealt with. They did a final inspection of the vehicle before the sale and found an issue with the engine cover latch/release switch. This is something I likely would not have discovered for weeks after taking the car home, and it would have been my cost to repair. Instead of hiding the issue, they were 100% honest, fixed it at their expense, and even delayed the sale almost two weeks waiting for OEM parts. I will definitely be using them again with my future car purchases.

With any large purchase make sure you get everything, even the small details, in writing. I did have some issues with the condition of my car when I picked it up but Mickey was able to work with me to get these issues resolved.

Recently bought a minivan from these guys. Sam,our salesman, was a pleasure to work with. We did have some issues with the condition of the vehicle we purchased that needed to be addressed during an unfortunate transition period for the service department. We had to work out a way for all sides to feel like a fair deal. 4 stars was definitely earned by hearing my concerns on the issues at hand and simply doing what needed to be done to make it fair. While the experience for me was a rocky one, I do believe they will do their best to do whats right when the issue is called out.
