I recently took my grandfathers vintage pocket watch into Charles and Ryan. I had it engraved to give to my son for his wedding. They did an amazing job and were even able to locate a chain that looked vintage like the watch.
I’m excited to give my son his great grandfathers pocket watch on his wedding day.

I've worn this necklace nearly everyday for 20 years. The chain broke a few days ago. I had never been to Platinum before, but it was close by so I stopped in to see if they could make the repair.

Ryan said that he could do it but that it would be 6 or so days. That was totally fine. I told him a little back story on it and how much it meant to me.

Literally 2 hours later Ryan text me that my necklace was ready ❤️

Had to take my daughter here to have a ring cut off after an injury. They fit us in even though it was close to their closing time, and the guy (wish I remembered his name!) was so amazing and patient with us, explaining everything he was doing and even making her laugh while she was in a lot of pain. I recently moved to Mboro and found a very source to sell old jewelry. These guys are wonderful. Not only did they buy lots of jewelry from me but was able to repair a delicate necklace and turn my mother large ring into a beautiful pendant. This company over delivered on customer service, price, and the quality of their workmanship. I took a Return to Tiffany necklace and bracelet to them and requested that they add about six inches to the necklace and one inches to the bracelet. I also requested that they polish the items because they were severely tarnished. I received a message a week later saying that the work had been completed. The craftsmanship was outstanding and the silver was sparkling. I paid a quarter of the price that I was quoted at Tiffany s. I failed to mention that he stayed an extra 5 minutes after closing to let me get my items. Two teenage girls came into the store while I was there to get a watch band adjusted. He adjusted it, while showing them how to do it themselves, free of charge. I will definitely continue to do business with them.

I had an extremely impressive experience with this jeweler. Ryan was my main point of contact for getting an engagement ring. After visiting with many of the bigger box jewelry stores I was left still searching for possibilities. When I walked in about two weeks ago, Ryan immediately greeted me and asked how he could help. I explained that I was looking for a starburst oval halo ring and not being able to find one anywhere, and what my girlfriend expressed that she wanted. Ryan then explained the custom design process, asked for my budget, asked for a few examples, and then got started on the process. He had a custom ring designed, stones set, and complete within two weeks, all within my budget! I would highly recommend doing business here. My fiancée and I are definitely coming back to get our wedding rings here.

I stopped in a couple months ago to see if they could fix my watch, as the crown had pulled completely out. Charles was great! He not only fixed the crown, but also fixed up the date dial and reattached a marker that had fallen off. All free of charge! He also took the time to talk to me about appraisals. AMAZING PEOPLE. went into get my watch band adjusted, turns out my watch band couldnt get adjusted and is very hard to even work with. in the process of trying to adjust it, they messed up and called me and told me theyd give me a new band completely free. My fiancé and I visited the store last fall to look at engagement rings. Charles was very kind, helpful, and respectful of our budget. A few weeks later, we purchased a diamond from an auction company and Ryan allowed me to ask a ton of questions about the diamonds we were looking at before purchasing. Once my fiancé received the diamond, he brought it into Platinum & Gold where Ryan handled the entire process. I believe it was finished in about a week and a half or maybe even just a week. We got engaged in December and they have been so helpful with things ever since. They want to do right by their customers and they will make sure of it. Give them your business! I had the best experience both times I arrived at Platinum and Gold Jewelers. This first time I went in I wanted a watch fixed. Not only did they tell me I could do it cheaper myself, the showed me. The second time was for a simple watch battery replacement. Again they showed me how to do it but I still opted to have them do it. I was shopping for a ring for my girlfriend. I always look for local shops though. I went on line and saw platinum and gold, I read the reviews and said Ill check them out. Best decision I could have made. When I got there I spoke with Charles for like 40 minutes and told him what I was looking for and the price range. He was going out for a surgery and told me his counter part would help me out and he would give him the information. He assured me it would be ready long before I asked for. Well a couple weeks later he texted me to come see my ring. It far exceeded my expectations. It was beautiful. When I gave my now fiance the ring she loved it more than anything else she saw. They now have a lifetime customer. I will only go there for any jewelery I need. Bought a used watch at a thrift hoping it was just the battery that was off. The lady recommended this place and gave a lot of praise. Brought it here and he saw that it was broken and would require more than a battery and made it as clear as could be. Decided not to get it fixed but very much appreciated the transparency and time he took. Will definitely be back for that bulova in the case (:

I have used their service for jewelry repair, engraving, and most recently trading in my old broken gold (that could not be repaired) for new beautiful jewelry, I could be proud to wear! They offered me a very fair price with dollar for dollar credit at the store. I was SO SURPRISED to discover what my old gold was was valued at- not to mention how much I was able to buy with the great prices these guys have to offer! They ve never been pushy. I purchased a rose colored ring from another jewelry store. They assured me they could rhodium plate the ring. Unfortunately it looked terrible. I took it to Pladium and Gold Jewelry Store . I promise it looked like a million dollars when they finished. I will be visiting them again and I highly recommend you visit this store for your jewelry needs. You will always want to use them. Wow, what a great customer service experience they have..... took 4 watches in for batteries...... he charged me $10 a watch ! way cheaper than Bell Jewelry. They wanted $25. Bell jewelry lost my business permanently plus way better customer service. Platinum and Gold Jewelry will get ALL my business from now on. It is conveniently located in Murfreesboro. Customer service was excellent. The jeweler was very detailed in his explanation of pricing and processes. I was really anxious about selling scrap gold and probably interrupted him several times, but he was patient and nice. Purchase price was more than fair. I will not sell anywhere else.

Forget going to pawnshops when you re selling jewelry. This place has them all beat by farrrrrr. The man that helped me and my fiancé he broke everything down explained the cuts that were taken out and took the time to show us everything. A pawn shop offered us just a couple hundred for a few pieces of gold jewelry which half were broken anyway. This place offered over 2 grand. Like he told us. There s always money to be made you just have to go to the right person.

After our fav jewelry store closed in Nashville, we had to find a reliable, fairly priced, competent place to have our jewelry pieces cleaned and repaired. Several friends recommend the big name and well known jewelry store in the Boro...so, we go there: Its gonna cost at least $400 to repair that or we can just remake the whole thing for $650! Wow...remake the whole piece...what the.... So...we came here: P and G Jewelry store. We picked the repaired ring up yesterday (perfectly repaired I might happily add)...Tax, title and dealer prep: $104...thats right boys and girls...one fourth the price of that other place. Dont waste time or money....go here first. Those other guys will rip you off and laugh all the way down NW Broad Street. Its your money.

Stop going anywhere else in the Rutherford County Area! This shop has excellent quality, excellent pricing and a staff the truly cares about your satisfaction. I originally went to Platinum and Gold Jewelers for a repair. Once I was in the store, I was blown away by the beautiful selection and perfect service. It didnt matter that my original sale was a simple $10 repair. I was treated like I was purchasing a $10,000 ring. To be honest, I am very tired of the snobby factor of so many area chain stores.
