Got a used 2021 crv, and it was nice but it had a few problems in the beginning. It was promised to be fixed and it's a month later the paint job was done awful and my rear hatch will not close. The paint job looks like it should go back for round 3. Just paid 221 for them to tell me yep its broken. Will not go back for another car! Not worth the headache!

They were very helpful this morning, and possibly saved my life! I came in for a regular oil change and tire rotation. While rotating my tires the technician found a very deep gash in the side wall of one of my tires. They immediately brought it to my attention. They were able to install a new tire right then. One of the best car buying experiences we have ever had! Romeo was by far the MOST helpful sales representative we dealt with there. He was so professional during the whole experience. Another sales rep tried to help us while Romeo was finishing up with his previous customer, but I forgot his name. I will say that the other sales representative was very unprofessional. He kept spitting his dip out right in front of us and acted like it was all ok. I was extremely grossed out and dissatisfied. He didn’t even make the effort or take the time to fill out the credit application for us! I told my husband let’s go, we will come back tomorrow when Romeo is available. I didn’t want to continue dealing with a representative that was trying to get another sale with no sense of customer interest or dedication. Had Romeo not given us a good first impression, we would have just went right on down to Knoxville.
However, we went back the next day and finished the deal with our original sales representative Romeo! He definitely went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted. He paid attention to every single want and need that he made sure we got exactly that and even more! He definitely made sure we were taken care of all the way from the first day we walked on the lot and welcomed us, to the test drive, and to the delivery of our minivan! Brought 2018 Honda Accord in after striking hard object w/left front tire when Low Pressure light popped on after 5 miles. They were able to fit me in immediately. They inspected my left rear tire as well. After approximately one hour I was back on the road with no significant damage to tire found. They reset my tire monitoring system after recalibration. Cannot be more happy with the service!

Service was great but a little slow. Let me explain why it might be slow. We were in Ohio ready to leave when our beloved CRV suddenly would not start. The local dealer not only took us in immediately but spent nearly an hour on our car. So if they are a little slow, know that they might be making someone s day a lot better!

I just brought my Honda Ridgeline in for its first service. I learned a lot and talking with my service rep about things I didn t know. It s difficult to use those owners manuals because they re so thick and hard to read. He took the time to go over a lot of the things on the dashboard that I had no idea what they did. But I love my Ridgeline. It runs beautifully and has so many nice features that I m very pleased with it. And I d like to give a shout out to my sales person Caleb, he s one of the best salesman I ve ever had. He s down to earth and is able to answer any questions I had. I would recommend Caleb to anybody.

I bought a RAV4 used from them, When they did their inspection of the car, their were parts missing, example, oil cap, their was also a very small crack in the windshield, When I complained.... Customer Service was not acceptable ... I got sent a video.... So I wont be buying any cars from Rusty Wallace, and my last 2 cars, I did. They gave me a general number 423-254-5025 but no name to ask for, the automated phone system hung up on me twice, and when I finally reached someone it was a miracle..... if you look at when I first tried to call them till now., It was 9 times before I got any type of real response... At least I got a response.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED . Very professional and Helpful . KUDOS to Sokol Oruglica . We got stranded on our way to Missouri because of a massive oil leak damaging the motor that was caused by a car service prior to our trip. Without being asked , Sokol went above and beyond by speaking with that service advisor that they left something loose and assisted us in making sure they pay for the repair and ALL. On top of that , he also drove us to the nearest hotel out of goodwill. That is a TOP NOTCH Customer service . Everybody else that we met here are kind hearted individuals . Had oil changed tires rotated and an alignment today Before I got half way back to Rogersville the icon came on indicating low tire pressure. My question is why would the tech not automatically check the tire pressure also He was right there at each tire even if was additional charge. .. just sorry job performance iny opinion!

1st They left my 16yr old daughter for 2.5hrs after an oil change was completed to let her know, all of this was blamed on the service advisor leaving and forgetting to let her know that her cars was ready. She went alone because I m letting my daughter take some responsibility and make her own service appointments, but Hondas service dept dropped the ball. To the point of the service department started to close before they had realized she was over looked. 2nd They failed to address an issue on my car while under warranty. The service records show they had notes to address the issue. However nothing was noted they had actually done so, thus when the issue arises again due to warmer weather, it s out of warranty. Not only have they avoided me for the past several weeks, they claimed they can t fix it, and stick me the bill to go somewhere else. This is my experience, what you do with this information is up to you. Best of luck.

I would never buy another car from this place the mangers lie they never return phone calls they send the salesman to meet at McDonald s and food city to sign a contract and can t explain why they need you to resign.Then you get a call from the bank saying we signed the wrong contract. On Tuesday August 13 I made an appointment for my mom s CRV for an oil change and 4 new tires. In the past oil changes have taken up to an hour so not surprising that an hour went by with no word about the car after a total of 2 hours and 15 minutes No one has said anything to us so I go to see what s going on. I find nothing has been done to the car and they want another hour and half to fix the fact they took another car instead. I ve bought 3 cars here in the past 2 years and that part was great. If you planning on buying here I would plan on avoiding the service dept. as they really don t seem to care when something goes wrong. And no they did not reach out to me and after my service I get multiple calls asking about service but I sure didn t this time

Let me start off by saying these guys helped me so much. When I first arrived I was met by Austin Lee in the service department he listen to my issue I had with my 2023 Odyssey. I explained to him I had my van at Rust Wallace 3 times where I bought it to try to get it fixed. I told him that they couldn t figure it out. Austin set me up an appointment he did everything he said he was going to do and went above and beyond to make sure we was taken care of. My first trip to Honda of Morristown my van was fixed. They will forever have my business. Five star for Austin Lee and the Techs at Honda of Morristown.

I took my car in with transmission issues at the end of June! There wasn t anything they could do at Honda due to it being a Toyota so they had it sent to their sister store at Johnson City Toyota! Upon arriving there they discovered I did in fact need a new transmission. At first, the warranty company was denying coverage for the transmission but the service manager at Honda, Danielle, really went to bat for me and got them to completely change their minds!!!! She has been absolutely wonderful through this whole nightmare of a situation! I ve bought from Honda of Morristown since I was 16 years old. I m now almost 30 and have bought 3 different vehicles from them. The service is always impeccable! Thank you Honda of Morristown. Your staff, especially Danielle, for always going above and beyond!

We were always happy with the service at Morristown Honda until recently. Our last 3 vists have been long and the service poor. The last visit seemed to cause more harm than good. When we got our car back it was making noises that werent there before. When we contacted the service department we were asked to come back. They assured us they would find and fix any issues and it wouldnt take more than an hour. It took nearly 3 and they didnt find or fix anything. They put the tire rotation back to the way it was before the noise started and told us they were just too busy to do more if we wanted to bring it back another day. There werent any other people in the waiting area so were not sure why they were too busy but we werent interested in waiting another 3 hours for them to start over. I crawled under the car when I got home from work and found the cause of the noise. It looks like a plastic clip was broken during the 1st tire rotation and now there is a piece of plastic vibrating in the wind. I tried contacting the dealership the next day through their website and was assured a manager would contact me either through email or by phone. I was never contacted in either case. will be taking our cars to a different dealership moving forward. If youre reading this and decide to go here anyway, I hope you have better luck that weve had and please plan for a long wait.
