Took my car for service today. The work was accomplished in a very expedient and delightful manner to include the changing of my wiper blades. My only real complaints are secondary to the service. On thing that really gripes me is when a technician feels as though it is their car and adjust the drivers seat to their specifications and doesn’t have the courtesy to return it somewhere close to where they found it. Secondly, if you take your car in for an oil change, how hard is it to push a button and reset the oil change back to 100%. Attention to details is where a dealer gets the most appreciation and return customers.

I just wanted to share my excellent experience recently with Seth at Morristown Ford. I was looking for a vehicle and quick. My 97 Tahoe transmission went out while driving and would have cost most to repair than what I had in it. I got in touch with Seth thru a mutual friend and he got to seeing if he could help right away! He had me approved and ready to put me in a vehicle in a couple hours! He was very nice and helpful. Came in for just an oil change. When I went to pick up the car, I’m told the amount was 87$. Last time which was back in Jan we got an oil change, it was 55$ or so. Come to find out, they now make you pay for an oil change and tire rotation. Regardless if you want the tire rotation or not.
I was frustrated about it but let it slide. Then I go today to clean the wife’s car and noticed her driver side trim piece is BROKEN. It was not like this when it was dropped off at ford. I didn’t notice it when I picked it up as I was on my lunch and needed to get back to work.
I’ve been pretty understanding with Morristown Ford but the last few experiences have not been what we should expect. They did a water pump back in Jan on our new bronco sport that had hardly 15k miles on it. After that, we started experiencing a rattle when we would be in drive, holding the brakes. Never did it before they took the car in. Had them check it out and of course they “ never found anything “.
Now we have broken parts on a 2.5 year old car with hardly 20k miles on it. It’s bad enough that you have to miss work just to get work done on the car because they are only open from 8am to 5pm which is when most people are also working.
Let’s not even get started on the lies we were told at financing about how the dealership themselves had a lifetime warranty only to discover later on that they in fact added an aftermarket service contract to your car deal that you didn’t realized you signed for. We will never do business with Morristown ford ever again.

Very sorry to say I'm so disappointed and wished i could give a good review. Told them I can't be out long cause of my 94yr old Mom at home, each time, spent way too much time there, and when settled for a vehicle 1st day, said come back tomorrow to finish paperwork called next day told him I can't stay long you know, and he said "yes, i know, paperwork "will" be ready, that was 9am.....3pm...got there, stayed till 4:30, still no paperwork done. Took vehicle to "detail" inside and out, that only took about 10 minutes? All they did was remove stickers from windows...I have OCD "I KNOW." and have pictures...also
what was on the window sticker was not "ALL" true, just so you know, check better before signing papers next time you buy. I just figured it would have went faster, I even told him I'll drive my truck over and let my hubby drive the vehicle back over and he said, oh you don't have to do that it won't take long. Then after being way too long He kept saying "it Is a car dealer you know." Really good excuse....NOT!!!! He has a lot to learn, I really hope he gets better at car selling. He is young so I think he will get better with time. I know inside wasn't touched, cause I noticed the cedar tree from my house there after they took stickers off and the cracks with dirt there too I saw the day before.

Only gave it one star because I couldn t leave zero. Took my vehicle in to have some rodent damage fixed. The staff dodged my calls to the point where I had to drive up to the dealership multiple times just to get an update. After 5 months I picked it up only to have more damage than when I brought it in. Interior is missing loads of trim pieces, big greasy hand prints on the ceiling panels. Also damage was done to the interior by the techs . Holes cut in trim, Wires hanging out of the back of the vehicle, seats belts still damaged. Very dishonest and disappointing service.

In addition to performing the scheduled regular maintenance, the service department was able to work me in to assess a check engine problem that had popped up only a day before my appointment for service. I really appreciate their going the extra mile to take care of me. As always, the staff was friendly, professional, and informative. It is obvious that staff members truly care about Morristown Fords customers and strive to offer outstanding service!

I asked for the tires to be rotatated, I was advised that the tires would have to be removed from the rims in order to rotate. 3-4 hours of labor at Ford s expensive labor rate. I left after completing the other services (pretty aggravated, of course) as I was driving I checked the system, remaining oil life hadn t been reset, the tire pressures hadn t been adjusted as the pressures were all over the place. Not very satisfied with this SERVICE .

Extremely long wait times with minimal updates on the vehicle. I m my case the problem was not fixed. But, when I go back for an oil change I hope they fix my squealing brand new brakes. 3rd set in a year and they can not get it to stop. Howe, Very nice people!!

Called and spoke with Alex to let him know what my truck needed, and the issue with it. He told me they had 2 techs out to bring it in next Wednesday. I said okay I will drop it off Tuesday night. I called Wednesday left a voicemial with the service manager. Never got a call back. Called again Thursday and spoke with Jaslyn who had no idea about my truck or it coming in this week. Had to find my keys. Told her everything the truck needed again. She said theyd try to get it looked at on Friday 9/13. She would call me then with an update. No on Called Friday. Could not get ahold of anyone Friday. Called Saturday and spoke with general manager. He told me that he would call Me back Monday with an update. No one called Monday. I called Tuesday for them to tell me they were almost done with my alignment and everything else was complete. I had an unknown issue I asked to be called about to know what it was and the possible cost or if warranty would cover. I was able to pick up my truck a week later. For a days worth of work in service. Never offered a courtesy vehicle. Customer service there sucks. I will never bring my vehicle back or recommend anyone to morristown ford. Or to buy a Ford with all the problems these newer trucks are having. If I could give 0 stars I would!

We went in based off a Facebook ad for people with less than perfect credit. We were able to qualify for the fresh start program. My elderly wife with her dog left Washburn to pick up groceries. On the way, the Check Engine light came on and started blinking, and her engine lost a lot of power. She drove to Morristown Ford to see what was going wrong and they quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue. She was on her way in a few hours. I m very upset. The tech put on my paperwork that I had an oil leak. When I ask why he thought that I got no explanation. I park my car in my garage and have never saw any sign of a leak on my garage floor now I m worried they may have done something to cause a leak and trying to act like it was already leaking.

I will not be doing any more business there. I had a wreck in December. After getting my truck fixed I came to the dealership for some help. I needed a diminished value estimate for the truck. The sales manager (can t remember name but was on 3-18-22)would not help me at all. Since 1982 I have bought at least 3-400,000 dollars worth of vehicles which I informed him of this. Evidently loyalty doesn t mean anything anymore. I called another local dealer and he was willing and did help. Noted I had never spoke to him before. My F150 had a recall. Even though I didnt buy the truck here they took good care of me. We had a great experience here. Car salesman (John) was knowledgeable and kind. He was busy when we came to buy, so Brett helped with paperwork. He did a great job as well. No gimmicks, everything was as advertised.

I would avoid the service department at all costs. I brought my Ford Explorer to the dealership after issues with my 4WD sensor. I was told it would take a day to repair. It took over two days with no communication from the service department. I had to call each time with repeatedly being put on hold for long periods of time. I was told it was a complicated fix with having to remove front seats, etc. After searching online, I found it was a very simple process with access easily found by moving the front seat back. I was charged $720 for labor alone, not counting other additional charges. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was asked to sign off on a recall that no one had told me about and no one explained. I was also charged a 3% surcharge because I needed to use a credit card to pay for the $1000 bill. When I got into my car, I noticed that there was an unusual scent that had been sprayed in the interior. When I turned on the air conditioner, a terrible smell came out of the vents. I ve had to use a strong air disinfectant to try to get the smell out. I will never go back.

Unfortunately what I took my truck in for didnt get fixed completely. They said they would schedule me again but they had my truck for 10 days and I cant afford to leave it there for while again. Got jobs that I have to do and I need my truck. Will try again soon.

Get ready for a feel-good story! My car is back in action, all thanks to a new alternator and a little TLC for the dual clutch actuator. My car is one of those pesky 2014 Ford Focus that have a dual clutch issue and transmission issues. I do try to take care of my car with regular maintenance and oil changes. So when my car shut off all of the sudden and on a curvy road with no power steering. I thought I was going to die. I thought the car was completely dead never to start again. I was ready to just put my hands up and call it a day with this car. Don t get me wrong when the car would drive it would do good. But sometimes it was like it needed to be put out to pasture. I know that day will come, but I need it to hang in there for two more years. Since I have previous experience with cars breaking down; I purchased an extended warranty. Unfortunately, for this repair the extended warranty hadnt kicked in yet, but having a rainy day fund saved the day. This is beside the point. When I spoke to the service center at Morristown Ford; they were amazing and listen to my concerns. Whats truly heartwarming is finding a dealership like Morristown Ford that genuinely cares about its customers. They didnt dismiss the dual clutch issue like another dealership that I won t disclose did; instead, they dived in to help. They also replaced my alternator which was the real issue of why my car just died the way it did. Now my car is running smoothly even though she is older. Thank you for helping me. Please thank your service team as well. Morristown Ford, youre a shining example of what customer service should be!

Well my little SUV was in for just a check over before my road trip. They kept it overnight. Im home now but I met the most interesting people in that place. They told me that they will be moving to the west end of Morristown. Close to walmart .

Service Department is TERRIBLE!!! Too bad they dont offer negative stars. Morristown Ford Service Dept scheduled me for service on my Ford Transit Fleet Vehicle for Thursday, 6/20/24. I delivered my vehicle to Alex, Assistant Service Manager on the afternoon of Wednesday, 6/19/24. Services requested was an oil change, brake inspection, replace low beam headlight bulbs(one was blown), check the cabin air filter, and replace broken fog light light on right side. The 2 front tires were also badly worn on the outer treads and required replacement. I had all 4 tires replaced at Morristown Ford in November of 2023 and they had only 14,000 miles on them. The premature wear was due to lack of an alignment confirmation being performed at that time. I requested replacement of the 2 front tires and the alignment be performed. On Monday morning, 6/24/24 I spoke to Alex requesting status of the repairs. Alex stated that they are still waiting for the approval from the Fleet Mgt Company to proceed. Knowing that Fleet Mgt is very responsive to request approvals, I pressed Alex and only then did he tell me they just submitted the request earlier that morning. I pressed further and was told they did not evaluate the vehicle until Friday afternoon; 2 days after I brought it to them!!! I expressed my frustration with Alex and reminded him that I need this vehicle to perform my job and that this deliberate delay was not acceptable. His response lacked concern or care and bordered on apathy. All the worse, offered no apology at all. I then called and spoke to the Morristown Ford General Manager Greg Layman, who listened to my complaint, took my phone number, and told me he would investigate the issue and call me right back. I waited for over any hour and called Greg Layman again. He told me he tried to call me back and, after confirming my phone number again stated that he wrote down my number incorrectly. (Why he didnt verify my number on the service ticket reinforced his lack of urgency or concern.) The information he relayed to me was different from what Alex told me. Greg said some of the parts were ordered Friday afternoon and they were waiting on the rest of the parts to begin repairs. I asked how could they have been ordered Friday when the request for approval was not submitted until this morning? More deflective excuses were given and no apology was offered. Morristown Ford does allot of business with my Fleet Mgt company and they know approval is required prior to any service performance or parts ordering. It was obvious by this time that trust, honesty, and integrity are absent at this dealership. Once again I expressed my frustration, which honestly fell on deaf ears. I called Alex Tuesday afternoon where he expressed he felt confident the vehicle repairs would be completed before noon today(Wednesday) and he would call me when it was done or if there were any delays. Alex confirmed my phone number during this conversation. It is now Wednesday afternoon, I still dont have my vehicle. I called at 12:15 today since I hadnt heard from Alex. A young lady took my call, placed me on a long hold, and came back telling my that Alex said he would call me when the vehicle was done and had her confirm my phone number as there is confusion over my phone numbers. Fleet Management has been in involved since Monday morning but it appears that they are being ignored as well as it is now 3:35 pm on Wednesday, no vehicle, no call!! Needless to say, my advice is to avoid Morristown Ford at any and all costs. Drive the extra distance to have your Ford service done anywhere else.

Very sorry to say Im so disappointed and wished i could give a good review. Told them I cant be out long cause of my 94yr old Mom at home, each time, spent way too much time there, and when settled for a vehicle 1st day, said come back tomorrow to finish paperwork called next day told him I cant stay long you know, and he said yes, i know, paperwork will be ready, that was 9am.....3pm...got there, stayed till 4:30, still no paperwork done. Took vehicle to detail inside and out, that only took about 10 minutes? All they did was remove stickers from windows...I have OCD I KNOW. and have pictures...also what was on the window sticker was not ALL true, just so you know, check better before signing papers next time you buy. I just figured it would have went faster, I even told him Ill drive my truck over and let my hubby drive the vehicle back over and he said, oh you dont have to do that it wont take long. Then after being way too long He kept saying it Is a car dealer you know. Really good excuse....NOT!!!! He has a lot to learn, I really hope he gets better at car selling. He is young so I think he will get better with time. I know inside wasnt touched, cause I noticed the cedar tree from my house there after they took stickers off and the cracks with dirt there too I saw the day before.

I purchased a certified truck there and within 2 days the brakes went bad. That was not certified I guess, because they would not for the bill. Luckily I got warranty with the truck so I only paid 100. They also aligned the front end. The toes looked good so hooked my camper and took off down the road. The alignment was of so much the front tires wore through to the wire on the inside tread. It cost me 1500 for me totes and an alignment. Their service manager told me that there was no way they messed up on the alignment. Basically said to bad. I wont be back.

We dealt with salesman John Carter. We had a very good experience purchasing a car. He never rushed us, we were given all the time we needed to make sure we were making the right purchase, and everyone there was very nice and helpful, even though we ran late after hours. Financing was easy, and through a well known bank.

My sunroof leaks from a FORD know manufacture problem and cost 2k to repair. If they accept that there was a know issue from a bad design I think its insane to charge full shop rate for the repair. I do not expect it to be free but I would expect a very heavily discounted shop rate for the bad design. I passed on the repair and will try to not drive in the rain... I was not going to leave a review but got 3 emails promoting me to so here it is. I will say everyone was very friendly thats why I gave a 2 instead of a one star.

Great atmosphere and customer service all the way from my sales person Patti, to the managers up front and the finance director Travis. Was a wonderful experience compared to my previous car purchase that I had in 2018 at Nissan in Morristown s I felt like my family and I was valued every step of the way. With a family of three young kids one of which is in a booster and the other 2 in full size car seats; Travis and Patti made it a point that we left in exactly what we needed for our large family and personal wants without going beyond our budget. I couldn t be happier with the leap of faith I took calling Morristown ford and getting the privilege of having Patti as my sales representative. Thank you Patti so very much for your kindness and patience and thank you Travis for all your hard work making the financial side happen. I appreciate everybody at ford for the awesome experience and in a year and a half when I get my car paid off, Morristown ford will be my first visit for a truck and I will make sure I get to work with Patti again!!

All problems I reported with the car were found and fixed but the customer service over the phone was not the best. When I would call to get updates I felt like it was an inconvenience for them to answer my questions and when they called to tell me it was ready to be picked up I had to ask 5 times what they had to do to it and felt like it was pulling teeth to get them to tell me
