The only negative that I have in the process is the inclusion of Utility Helpers. They actually made the process worse than me just calling all my utilities. I would suggest that you stop recommending them to clients.

It seemed like Amys focus was not at all about making the transaction go through. It didnt feel like she was trying to sway us into something we did not want to do. At one point, she was even guiding us toward an opportunity that would lead us away from Churchill by seeking out a house we were interested in that had an assumable mortgage option. It really made us feel like she wanted what was best for us.

As huge fans of Dave Ramsay and his team we decided to check out Churchill Mortgage. Our experience with Churchill and specifically Mr. Joshua Phillips was absolutely amazing. He was extremely attentive to our needs and very friendly and professional. When we sought a mortgage lender, we cast a wide net looking at four concurrently to see how offered the best rates and provided the best service and Mr. Phillips and his team stood out. The fast response times to question, the website interface for interacting with the team, and all the above was great. Now, truthfully, we did eventually decide to go with another lender only because they offered a much better rate and that was the sole deciding factor. A man can only eat so many peanut butter & jelly sandwiches in this financial environment so 6.0% vs 6.65% was a big factor. Nonetheless, nothing but great things to say about Mr. Phillips and his team.

Amy was always so nice and patient with me and all my questions! She never made me feel like I was bothering her. Never acted uninterested or rushed me off the phone because she was busy. It was like we were her only clients!! Her whole team was great! But with Amy it was like a friend I could trust! I applied for a loan last year with WF and it was such an awful experience. But I didn t realize how bad until I applied at Churchill Morgage and worked with Amy! The whole process was seem-less, Amy was with us from start to end! I even sent her a few txt on the weekends with questions thinking I would get a response on Monday! But she responded every time with in 10-15 mins no matter what day it was! WOW!! Amy, Deanna, and Margery are an excellent team to work with. They foster trust and confidence in their ability to get things done well and right. They re thoughtful and simply on point with what they need to help your process - without wasting your time or requesting the same things over and over (as I hear many experience with other lenders.) They re all incredibly responsive and knowledgeable and simply on your side to be ready for closing. The Churchill online experience is AWESOME. Again - really simple to load information and log in. The only downside to the Churchill experience was their phone App ( it needs help ) but I preferred to do everything on my desktop either way - it s easier to stay organized with documentation that way. We continue to thank God for these ladies, since they were so instrumental and God sent for the last and final step of our purchase. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend this team to anyone. Josh and his crew helped my wife and I navigate through our first mortgage on our first home together. Everyone we interacted with was personable, patient, friendly, and most importantly knowledgeable and able to answer any questions or explain anything we didn t understand. At no point were we pressured to do anything that made us uncomfortable. Great experience! Ive used Churchill twice now, one for a purchase and again for a refinance to a lower interest rate. The team was able to give me a total and accurate snapshot of all costs from the beginning, and the team kept me very informed throughout. The entire experience was very simple, and the loan closed at my dining room table. Highly recommend.

From the introductory call with Amy through all the exchanges for information and documents, it was as though I was working with friends that cared about me. Jesse, Deanna and Margary did an amazing job keeping our closing on track. There were some bumps in the road, but they readjusted numbers (several time)and we closed on time. I cannot sing their praises enough. They went over and above what you would think a mortgage company would do. They made a very stressful time less stressful.
