Trent is has a teachers approach when leading and guiding families through the home buying process. This was our first home buy in South Dakota and from the first phone conversation with Trent, he did his best to teach me various aspects of buying a home in South Dakota and the home-loan process. Two things that set Trent apart from other mortgage lenders that I worked with when buying my first home in Oregon. First, Trent made himself wildly available throughout the process. He provided us with his cell phone and told us to call him anytime during the process. We called him and he was always good to answer and/or call us promptly back. Secondly, Trent was knowledgeable about the home loan process. He was able to field questions about buying foreclosed homes, manufactured homes, buying properties, or buying single-family homes. We had a lot of questions buying our first home in South Dakota and I am glad we had Trent helping us with the process. He is a teacher. He makes himself available. He is knowledgeable. Melissa made our home buying transaction a breeze! We bought sight unseen from out of state and were nervous about not being there in person for all the showings. She went above and beyond her normal duties and even accompanied our realtor to a couple showings so we could have another perspective on things. At the last minute, we ended up needing to close from out of state but she arranged for a traveling notary to come to our home to sign all the documents. She puts a personal touch to her work and is amazing to her clients!
