This office is awesome!!! From when I talked to them on the phone to when I walked through the door. I did an application online and Kay called me back to review the information. She was so sweet and polite. I was so impressed. Then Betty called me back to let me know I was approved. I loved her. She was so welcoming letting me know what was needed. She was from NY so I loved her accent and we talked about it. I told her I would be there that afternoon.
On my way there I had gotten a phone call with some disturbing news so when I came I tried to hide my emotions. When I walked in the door I was greeted with such joy and cheering and smiling and laughter. You would have thought I was a celebrity walking in. It made me feel special. Just talking with her and seeing how when others came in they gave everyone that love. Made this place different from other places I have gone to. I would recommend them before I would the other places.

I applied online and was immediately sent an email about what was needed to secure the loan. Once I got all necessary paperwork I went to the office. It was closing time but they didnt turn me away. I had trouble accessing online paystubs and the associate helped me. She was oh so patient with me. She kept telling me take your time, its okay. This place is the worst. Price gouging morons. Everything in the store has been overpriced.Tried to sell me a battery for my trucks key fob 3 times what its worth on Amazon and Walmart .and tried to charge me a 15 dollar fee just to check the battery for a key fob and replace the battery (even though I didnt ask them to. Cashiers are the most condescending jerks on the planet . Shop around before you go to these people.

Awesome staff!! They all greeted me once I walked in! The process was very simple! Would definitely recommend coming here! Monique made the process very easy! Between her and Betty my visit here was amazing! Stop by if you need extra cash for the holidays or bill consolidation these ladies will help you out! Thank you guys so much!

By far the best experience Ive had doing business with a loan company. The ladies in there are very knowledgeable and welcoming. Mrs. Betty took care of me and got everything done in less than an hour. She definitely makes you feel like family which made the process so much easier. If you need any help until you get that next paycheck, I highly recommend going to see Mrs. Betty or any of the ladies in there. I promise you wont regret it.
