10/10 would definitely recommend NEPA Geeks. I took my MacBook there for heating issues, loud fans, and a draining battery. They took it in and got it back to me within a day. After getting the run around from another “popular” local computer repair shop, I contacted Jason out of frustration.

I had a laptop with a keycap that popped off. It just needs to be popped back on, instead, Im told, theyd rather just replace the whole keyboard which is unnecessary. So... beware, youre probably being over-charged for unnecessary or frivolous repairs.

I bought a commercial building which happen to have the camera they installed 4KNVR-8 with 6 cameras. I asked for help to rest the system to complete default because the seller of the building wife does not know how it was set or password because he is not around any longer. Needed sons gaming computer fixed when out of nowhere it would not boot up. NEPA Geeks were recommend by a co-worker and I will now never go anywhere else. They diagnosed the problem within hours, kept in contact via text message system and in person. Had replacement part in stock and entire system fix and returned in less than 36 hours. This is my second time dealing with NEPA Geeks (for 2 different computers). Both times Jason was able to fix my computer quickly and for a very reasonable cost. I had a setting wrong when I got home so he was able to logon remotely and solved my problem in less than 30 seconds! Very friendly folks and they provide an excellent service! Jason and his team performed well in the failed fusion drive diagnosis and installation of a new SSD in one of our iMacs. NEPA Geeks kept us up to date with progress on this issue and performed all work professionally at a very reasonable price point. It may now be performing at a level which is better than new.

I had an issue with my 11 year old Mac Pro which rendered it inoperable and requiring service. I contacted NEPA Geeks and made an appointment to have my computer looked at. The NEPA Geeks quickly diagnosed my problem, ordered the necessary part and had it repaired as soon as they received the part. The best part is the price was very reasonable. Bought parts for a new computer but was too nervous to build it. I dropped the parts off at NEPA Geeks and within 3 business days my computer was assembled and ready to take home. They took the time to answer all the questions I had and showed me features on the case I wasnt even aware of. Computer runs great and Ive had no issues. Will definitely go back if I ever encounter any computer problems I cant figure out. Edit: Years later my computer was shutting off randomly. They took it in and after a few business days it was back to working perfectly. They took time to answer all my questions and were very accommodating of my schedule.

I bought components with the intentions of building a PC myself but due to time constraints, I did not have the time to assemble it. NEPA Geeks gladly took it and had it ready in one business day. They installed all the latest BIOS, newest drivers, and the cable management was greatly done. I wish I was able to do it myself but NEPA Geeks exceeded the standards I was hoping for. I am disabled on a fixed income and no transportation. I had an issue with an external hard drive and they actually came to pick it up and gave me a free estimate. Had a laptop screen issue where it would flicker while on battery, and get worse as the battery got lower. Took it here, got it back about a week later. Decent price for the fix. The screen was perfect now, however, the sound had stopped working. Told them about it, they fixed it for free. Would recommend!

My MacBook Pro (2012) finally crashed. I reached out to Jason and was able to take it to his shop that same day. Dropped it off, the following day I was contacted about how the hard drive failed and it needed to be replaced. That was ordered and fixed and I was able to come pick up the laptop two days later. Id say the laptop works like new! Having a decent idea as to what I COULD have been charged for the part and service, I feel what I paid was very reasonable. Fast and timely...and a great price! NEPA Geeks were awesome to work with during a very frazzling time when my work computer decided to act up. Initially contacted another MAC computer service in the area that we normally use - but he couldn t find the time to look at the computer. Shop owner did a search online and found NEPA Geeks - they let me immediately bring the computer to their shop and in a very short time gave me a diagnosis for my computer...It s was DONE . They retrieved all the data and my essential working files and placed onto an accommodating flash drive. Took a couple of days, since my life was on that computer (I work at a local print shop). Customer Service: Outstanding! Amazingly, their service was priced very, very reasonable. We hope that we don t have computer issues anytime soon BUT if we do - we will definitely do return service with NEPA Geeks in a heart beat. Thanks NEPA Geeks!

NEPA Geeks far exceeded my expectations! After getting a $900 quote from Apple for a battery replacement I contacted NEPA Geeks hoping they would be able to do the job for a bit less. Not only did they charge less than 1/3 of what Apple asked for, but they went above and beyond! Additional issues were found with my computer and Jason immediately contacted me and fixed those issues. Jason was easy to communicate with and replied quickly. Repairs were made quickly and my computer is better than before! I would recommend NEPA Geeks to anyone looking for great service and I will absolutely use them again in the future!

I had quite a few problems with the keyboard and trackpad disconnecting on my Early 2015 MacBook Pro. I took it to Nepageeks initially to look at. They took it apart and made sure the cables were connected and didnt charge me anything. Got it back and the same problem was occurring. I took it to the Apple Genius Bar and they said the flex cable to my trackpad had to be replaced which is strange because the machine is only a year old. They would not replace it for free because it was a month out of warranty. What a coincidence! They quoted me around 90 dollars for the repair. I called Nepageeks because I figured they would charge a lesser price than Apple and it was more convenient for me to pick up. The part itself is only around 10 dollars on Amazon. Nepageeks charged me more than the apple store by around 30 dollars which was surprising but I am happy my laptop is finally fixed.

Extremely professional and prompt with turnaround. I received texts and emails to alert me at every step. They were able to back up every thing from my dead Mac, and I couldnt be more thankful to them. The cost of this was very reasonable. Everything I needed from the old dead computer was put on a nice flash drive and ready for use and it loaded onto my new Mac fast and easy. They discussed exactly what was wrong with the dead computer and the price was very good for the issue and the work involved to fix it. They would not do any work unless I approved. I decided to just get a new computer as I felt it was time for an upgrade. I would not hesitate to use NEPA Geeks again and have already told friends about how wonderful their service is. Thank you!

My laptop screen wouldn t turn on so I was referred to Nepa Geeks by a friend of mine. I brought it in around 10 AM, they took my laptop and did a test free of charge to see what the issue was. I received a text message a few hours later stating a part was lose and the repair would cost $80. I ended up having my laptop back in good condition by 2 PM at a reasonable price. NEPA Geeks was able to repair my MacBook Pro for a fraction of the price I would have paid at the Apple store and I didn t have to drive to Allentown. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for Mac repairs.

Great turn around time and cost friendly. I am depedent on my laptop for everyday business so was on a timeline to get it fixed. NEPA Geeks were resonsive to this timeline. The thing I liked most about NEPA was how responsive they were right off the bat! Every email was responded too so quick which made me feel like They were really there too help they broke down what all the issues were with my computer and answered all the questions I asked. Great customer service and when unable to speak with someone, left message and was contacted within 1 hour, was able to complete issues with Mac (not many willing to work on Macs in area), dropped off Wednesday afternoon and picked up Friday afternoon, excellent work and reasonably priced (best in area). Met and exceeded my expectations. will return for any computer issues I have.

Took my computer to Best Buy to see what was going on with it. It was going to cost me almost 200 just to give them my computer to diagnose it. I brought it to Nepa geeks and they charged me nothing to diagnose and do the quick fix. Ill definitely be taking my computer there from now on.

I had a problem with my laptop while I was processing payroll for my company. I called NEPA Geeks because I used them before and I love their fast and quality service. They said to bring the computer down on Friday afternoon. I dropped it off after one hour and they called and said it was done. I paid a very reasonable price for such quality and timely service. I work for a video communications company in the WB-SCR market and recently had a problem with my MAC PRO edit system. Jason quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty hard drive, had the parts to repair it, transferred the files back into my computer and had me up and running quickly! The quality of the replacement parts were top of the line, customer service was excellent, turnaround time got us going without missing a beat, all for a very fair and affordable price. When modifications are necessary or new equipment is needed the quality of material supplied is top notch at a reasonable cost. Since bringing NEPA Geeks on board their responsibility has grown to include network security, updating and maintenance to ensure uninterrupted ability to complete the tasked needed. I have hired NEPA Geeks on several occasions now and the service has always exceeded my expectations. A recent drive failure prompted me to bring my desktop tower in for repair. The staff was courteous and professional and they were able to salvage my data and install a new harf drive for an affordable price within a very reasonable time frame. Whats more is that their system keeps you advised through e-mails and text messages of every step of progress along the way. You would be hard-pressed to find a better computer service in the area!

Needed help with networking and a security camera malfunction and the NEPA Geeks helped out quickly, and solved the issues in a reasonable amount of time. The bill was accurate according to the hours and the charge was so on the mark i have since called them 3x!

Jason was awesome! He was able to fix my computer when it wouldnt even turn on. They were able to get it back to me with a couple days, and even called a couple times to give me updates on what they were doing. They price was very reasonable.
