I was recently in an accident and someone totaled my vehicle. My loan was with Diamond and of course I wanted my replacement vehicle to be financed with Diamond as well. The process with insurance companies can be daunting as we all know! But I d like to state that everyone at Diamond has made this the easiest part of the process. I primarily dealt with Shamara H and she went above and beyond to help us through this process. She updated me with info even before the insurance company called me, she worked right up until closing time to help us while we were at the dealership to get us set up with a new payment, broke all numbers down to make everything easy to understand and just has a very upbeat attitude! We are very thankful for Shamara and the team at Diamond for making a typically stressful event that much smoother. Thank you all!

Initially was going to open a Diamond Visa credit card with a 12 month/0% Interest promo to transfer existing credit card debt. But after talking a Rep, they thought it best to look at Home Equity Loan. Ended up going that route and I cant say how easy the process was from start to finish. Laura S. has been very communicative throughout the entire process with what was needed and what to expect along the way. I always try to support local and felt like a person and not just a number or an account. Would definitely recommend for lending services!

I have good credit and always pay my bills on time, was told by a teller to sign up for a credit card, was excited, got denied, then applied for a mortgage with a lender a few days later and was approved with a low interest rate for the loan. I find it very odd and off putting that I was denied, I seem to feel like Diamond wrongly denied me and not sure who makes their decisions in the back end. Feel judged by this small credit union.

I have had a credit card (master card then visa) with Diamond Credit Union for about 3 years. I had been very pleased with their customer service until these past few month. In October, 2023 I had an issue with a hotel, which double charged me for a room. I registered a complaint with the hotel and with Diamond. The hotel refunded my money in November. In December, Diamond charge my visa account for the $400+ amount claiming they had previously credited my account in November. They never did. I called Diamond in December (I was told they would escalate the issue). I wrote to card holder services in December and emailed card holder services in January. It is now February 9, 2024: I have not received so much as an acknowledgement. This issue has been going on for 2 months and Im out over $400.00 for the moment. I expected more attention from their customer service.

I wanted to pay off my car loan a month early. After doing the transaction online, I had a question so I called. The first time, I got a different CSA who emailed me an electronic form and instructions how to fill it out. When the form did not function as I was told it would, I called back. The second time, I got Ariana, who was very helpful about how everything would work, an approximate timeline, and when my autopay would stop. I didnt have to do anything additional and she followed up by phone to confirm that everything went through as we discussed the day before. Very happy with how everything ultimately turned out.

Easy and convenient. June helped me with my first car loan years ago. When I needed to go thru the process again I was lucky enough to get her again. She took down my information. Told me exactly the steps I needed to take and got me a lower interest rate than the car dealership lending companies could offer. My payment came out to $50 a month less for the same term. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely the worse bank Their ATM is defective and they will not be honest in regards to the amount you deposit when the machine eats your cash They don t take fraud issues seriously and you can even print off a fake letterhead of this bank and use it to represent them and they ll do nothing Very shady Not helpful at all I would not recommend anyone using this bank

I have always been impressed by the staff at Diamond credit union. Are used to work at Reading Hospital almost always treated professionally. But I hadn t used my account in a while and I needed to reestablish my working account status. Sue Losch received my request and was so helpful. I have been with Diamond Credit Union for some time and I have always received pleasant, professional service. Today was no different. I spoke with Jen Rodgers today, she was pleasant and understanding. She did not seemed bothered by my multiple questions at all. She answered each one professionally and was as pleasant answering the last one as she was the first one. I would definitely recommend Diamond Credit Union to anyone.

Very pleasant atmosphere. All the account and banking employees are super knowledgable and explain everything in detail. They made the whole process for applying for a home loan smooth and easy. I love this bank for real. They have the nicest people working both in their Birdsboro branch but also some of the most fantastic customer service representatives I ve ever called! WAY better than banks. I never pay for minimum balances, teller visits, and Diamond will not charge me to use another atm (but atm fees from the machine apply). The employees are always friendly and quick to serve with a smile. Everything I dont like about big banks sums up what I love about Diamond.

It is no longer a great credit union. It has become a for profit institute. They have nickel and dimed us so many times. So many costly mistakes without refunding our money. No one knows what they are doing but the sure cover each others backs. I am closing all accounts and looking to file a complaint. Go elsewhere to open an account.

I have been a long-time member of Diamond Credit Union because of their competitive loan rates but also, as I was recently reminded, because of their banking team. I made a call to ask a question about my recent credit card bill and not only had my question answered, but also asked questions about the mobile App and my accounts. Sue Losch was extremely helpful and so patient with me. She gave me great advice on how to improve security on my debit and credit cards plus how to improve interest on my money.
