I absolutely can t stand PFFCU. I have an auto loan with them & never again. I would never even recommend this institution.. If I had to use a credit union they would be last option. Cleo in customer service & Jasmine in collections have nasty attitudes. People like that bring your business down

Do NOT come to this location if you value your time, because they dont! sometimes i wonder who makes these big decisions at businesses. they now have one line open and these automated atm-like machines that staff still have to assist people with instead of keeping things the way they were. AWFUL! Im ready to close my account here for several reasons there a re definitely much better, more organized credit unions. The one line that is open in here are RIDICULOUS !

This credit union is the worst. It s unfortunate, because they used to be great 20+ years ago, but their customer service is horrible and they treat members and their accounts terribly. They screwed up so many times over the years the biggest was reporting a late mortgage payment to the credit reporting companies the month AFTER we sold our home/the mortgage was paid in full and we weren t even living in the home anymore. I tried to get it corrected through them to no avail and I eventually let it go because I thought it was better to have a credit union over a bank. No way. Not anymore. I love my bank. I hate PFFCU. But I m certain the head honchos are rolling in it. I can tell with how policies have changed over the years to be more about money-making for them and less about care for their members interests. It s like all the negative notions about banks have now been adopted by PFFCU. And my local BANK branch feels more like the way credit unions used to be.

Discrimination at its finest going on here. Would not let me see a bank teller, told I must use ATM. Even after I said I wanted to see a teller I was told I was not allowed. But 10 other people in line for teller. I asked if I should just close my account if I could not see a teller and they said go ahead. 20 years of loyalty means nothing.

Its a shame really. My best friend financed their car here and it was reposessed because Cheryl messed up on paperwork. Yes. Mess ups happen. What doesnt need to happen is her literally laughing about it over the phone. To a pregnant woman. In front of 2 small children. Fix the paperwork, issue the car back rightfully and apologize. I financed a car through this credit union and was highly dissatisfied from start to finish. I struggled to attach my main bank to their app. When i got sick of writing checks for deposits, I tried to deposit a larger sum only to be denied for being too large. Obviously, convenience isn t a priority. So here i am now, bought a new car cash because I am sick of dealing with banks like this, and the Ford dealership sent a payment over and above what was owed, only to be hit with a wild finance charge of $86, which leaves me conveniently owing $29. I get it, banks like to play games. To make your games more interesting, you are now demanding that I provide my insurance declaration, and are attempting to claim that I needed to have insurance coverage for a vehicle that I clearly don t own anymore, and are threatening to bill me for the past insurance. You guys need to figure this out with the dealership that clearly purchased the car. If your union needed money so badly, you should have allowed me to mobile deposit that $5,000 check a year ago. But now it s the predatory approach. All that being said, if I need financing in the future, I will gladly pay a premium to another lender, just to steer clear of your inconvenient and unscrupulous practices.

Working with PFCU has been stressful after my car accident! I tried reaching out again to get some clarification on some papers and a check I received and no one could tell me anything. I kept being transferred to different people and everyone seemed to be bothered to be doing their job. I spoke with someone name Simone who gave me information I did not understand and so I asked for her to clarify for me and she immediately told me that she was going to transfer me to the auto department but little did she know she forgot to put the call on hold and I could hear her smart remarks stating she wasn t going to go back and forth with me to another colleague! I spoke up and made it clear she was being heard and my line was instantly transferred over to the wrong place! It is very frustrating calling to ask for help when the people you have no choice but to contact seem to not want to do what they are being paid to do.

I am not a Fan other than a good interest rate on a car loan . Why did they open a savings accounts for me when I have no intention of depositing any money ??? I made an online CAR PAYMENT and the funds went to a savings account THEY OPENED in my name .. I received an email about a late payment and called , Turns out I had to authorize them to take the money from this NEW SAVINGS ACCOUNT.. So no , I m not a fan of this institution and I do not recommend them . Tried to make a one time payment today, after holding for over 6 minutes I was told the department I needed was busy and I could continue to hold or call back. Lost my debit card June 19th. So I called and ordered a new one the same day. They told me it would be a $5 fee and would take 10-15 business days. I did not receive the card by July 14 so I called and the representative told me she sees the new card issued and to wait until Friday to see if the card comes n the mail. Today July 19th the card still didn t come in the mail so I decided to go to a branch on haverford ave. And of course their debit/credit card machine is out of service. So I decided to call back and the lady says she doesn t see a new card ordered but the fee was taken out of my account on June 20th. She talks to a supervisor and lets me know that the order was put in but not to an account. She can put in a request for a refund then she d have to charge me again for the issues new card that would take 10-15 business days. She suggested I go to a branch and I let her know that I tried that and the machine was down. So this is a month with out my debit card and the customer service was no help at all. Didn t even suggest issuing a new debit card for no charge. All though everyone was nice that I spoke with their solutions were not helpful at all.

I have a love hate Pffcu relationship. I have overdraft protection on my account. Granted, I spent more than I thought I had. I paid my credit card bill and was .21 cent shy. They charged my $18 for being .21 cent shy to cover my credit card payment. Make it make sense. I wouldve been ok if it was $7 but, $18????

I ve had an account through Police and Fire for the past two years now, and to say the least it s been an absolute nightmare. When making a payment for an auto loan, the money often gets taken out of the account yet not applied to the loan leaving me with harassing calls and emails about missed payments. When speaking to employees of this matter they don t ever seem to know what s going on and like to argue as if the money keeps being drained from their pockets. If I could leave no stars I would. Completely unprofessional and unorganized. WORST BANK EVER. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

I would never recommend this bank to anyone. They wont help me over the phone because my voice does not sound like the person on the ID. Since when someones voice matches their face or look. They are not very nice to the customer and have blocked my account several times for no reason. I work in banking for years and I have never experienced so much discrimination from a bank like this one.

Horrible experience! Their webpage does not function properly so every time, I change car insurance, the system never load the policy. In the meantime this credit union put a high cost insurance that its added to the monthly payment when in reality it s their bad system that doesn t load the paperwork. Also, any fees associated to this problem is added to your account. I have another car with Nissan Financial and never had this issue. Google should actually let a user rate 0 stars.

Fees, fees & more fees! My ATM card swipe strip no longer works. Inconvenient is an understatement! So I call to get a replacement. 15 minutes later on the phone, PFFCU wants to charge me $5 for a new card?... It may seem trivial to some, but I didnt break the card. PFFCU card mechanism has failed. Why is the customer penalized?

Ive been a member of PFFCU for over 30 years . Ive had mortgages, car loans and personal loans. My experiences with all of these products has been excellent- fast approvals and unequaled servicing. When it comes to checking and savings accounts PFFCU is unequaled. I do 99.9 % of my banking on line but whenever Ive gone to a branch or talked to customer service on the phone, my experience has been an unqualified pleasant one.

This is one of the worst credit unions they are so irresponsible. I was financing two cars from this credit union. I sold my Mazda to Carvanna on July 23rd Police and fire accidentally gave the title to my Hyundai to Carvana. The Hyundai is totaled and my car insurance company is ready to pay out for the Vehicle but they can t proceed because police and fire gave away the wrong title so there for I have to pay for a totaled vehicle because they won t retrieve the correct title from Carvanna I never want to deal with this company again

This is quite literally the absolute worst bank I have ever had to deal with in my life. The fraud department locked my card yesterday while I was an hour and a half away after I tried to use my credit card that they sent me yesterday which I activated YESTERDAY. When I went to use the card it got declined. I was an hour and a half away at a law school tour. I have a 5 year old daughter. Thank God nothing happened to her that I would need money for. I had to call them 7 times. My card is still locked. I have a heart condition and the stress this bank has caused me is insurmountable. They have been calling me leaving messages nonstop from their automated fRaUd dEpArTmEnT system all day, for something that was dealt with and completed yesterday. Their automated system is the absolute worst automated system I have ever known in the history of banking. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not bank here.

We no longer bank with PPFCU, however we still have a home equity loan with this institution. A collections representative called my phone on 10/27/22 to advise that my loan was 26 days past due and would soon be reported to the credit agencies unless I made a payment. Funny thing, I made the October payment in September. The initial caller was fine. He was attempting to be firm but was open to exploration. I requested a manager and was unfortunately connected with Terri. Pompous, arrogant, uninformed and short. Eventually the light went off and she s recognized the issue and corrected it. I requested evidence of the correction in writing for my own records. Terri refused. I explained how I needed to be certain this matter was resolved and Terri refused. I elevated to Elizabeth, who was pleasant enough and connected me to customer service who was able to provide the evidence I requested. Why wouldn t Terri take the extra step to ensure my needs were met since they went out their way to disturb me with their faulty calculations regarding a paid bill?? Can you believe I spoke to 4 employees regarding their mistake and not one of them had the customer service professionalism to apologize. This is just disgraceful!!!

tried to call in to make a payment on my car loan. The approximate wait time INCREASED as I was on the phone. My primary bank is not this, and the only reason I used them is due to the fact that it is the FCU that my dealer suggested. When I finally got someone on the phone, they told me that my payment would be considered high risk, because it was from another institution (which sounds patently absurd). She asked my account number and then hung up on me as I was giving it. I was considering opening a checking account here too, but with this level of service, itll be a hard pass for me.

Ive had this bank since 2013, when ever I would spend money on my account they would take the money out and the transaction would come up as pending now fast forward 3 days later and all my pending transactions would come out of my account AGAIN and the action would be posted but now my money would go to negatives because they will charge your card an extra time instead using the money they initially removed at the time of my purchase. I love my bank and have been with them over 25 years. HOWEVER ... Gave 3 stars because the mobile app needs to be FIXED ASAP. Horrible app ... when it is working it is ok...but it doesnt work. App just says LOADING for hours at a time.. Ever since they made changes this app has been useless!! You THINK you have a certain amount of money in the account and next thing you know it says something different . ...PLEASE UPGRADE! Its supposed to keep track for us and its doing a HORRIBLE JOB. I am closing my account for the police and fire credit union. My tax refund was deposited into the wrong persons account. $8,000 that someone ran away with. I did the whole investigation with IRS and they closed the investigation because of whatever the bank told them. Which was they are not obligated by law to check the persons name with the bank account to ensure it goes to the right person. The operations manager said this happens to a lot of people but Instead of them changing it and have a person check the account number to the name a lot of people lose money. I held police and fire credit union to a higher standard because of who they are. But for anyone reading this please be careful because this bank does not care about you and can t protect you or your money. If I could give no stars I would.

20 years as a member, during this time customer service has declined dramatically. The shuffle from department to department is absurd, only to finally send you to right department (legal) who never return voicemail or messages. Joe (Supervisor for legal department) communication is key, inform other department supervisors when your people are on vacation so assignments can be passed on to those that are actually working.

PFFCU gets a 1 star reviews from me based solely on customer service or should I say lack thereof. Ive been waiting on them to clear an issue with my account for 3 days. Ive left several messages with several different people without any return calls. The excuses given are The person is in a meeting or the person is on vacation. When i asked to speak to a supervisor, she refused to speak to me and relayed a message through the employee that there wasnt anything she can do and referred me to another department. Joe (supervisor from lagal) only has 1 employee that works for him who is currently on vacation, meanwhile joe is conveniently way to busy in meetings from 8am til 415p to address any issues regarding his 1 person staffed legal department. The end result is I have to wait another 4 days til after the holiday weekend to see if maybe just maybe joe or someone from the legal department will find the time to return email/voice messages. Fingers crossed folks.....

Someone from Walmart Family Mobile has been illegally charging my account for 3 months, I realized it when my account was in overdraft. I reported to the fraud department, got a new card, and start checking my account on the regular only to discover, the same thing happened again the next month with the new card. I reported the problem, and someone called from the fraud department saying she was putting a code on my card, and if it happens again I wont be able to use my card accept for ATM use for a year. I immediately asked why was I being punished for something someone is doing to me, I explained that nobody had access to my cards but me. What was shocking, is that the woman said, maybe its your circle, the people around you, maybe they took the card out of your bag and put it back. What? I assured her again that there is nobody in my circle that could basically pull that off, I know where my card is at all times. She really had a lot of nerve to assume (possibly because Im black) that someone could access my personal card. Not only that, I have other cards including 3 credit cards that this has never happened too. I told her I went to Walmart prior to this happening and thats where the problem had to occur...she agreed to put the money back on my card, but encouraged that another report would cause a 1yr freeze for all online purchases... seriously!

Ive been a member for 24 years. Quality service & customer care. I receive instant alerts whenever theres an issue with my account. I never have to wait more than a few minutes regardless of the reason for my visit. With PFFCU, I dont experience the same headaches & fees that come with other banks. Got a car loan through PFFCU. When I moved to the west coast and I sent multiple requests through the DMV for the title to get it changed to the new state. All requests were either ignored or just not received. After weeks of calling them to see if they had gotten the requests, eventually someone on the phone told me they heard that they wont/cant change the title to the specific state I moved to. They said someone would give me a call to confirm this but that never happened. Eventually I just decided to payoff the loan in full so I could get my title and get my car registered in my new state. After this, I called multiple times to confirm that the title would be sent to my new address. Sometimes they said it would, other times they said it would not because I payed off the loan too soon after I updated my address with them. I guess well see where they end up sending the title! Would be good to at least know when the title might get sent but they couldnt even give me a rough timeline of when that would be. Id love to say that Im done with them but Im sure Ill be calling them in the coming weeks/months to figure out where my missing title is. Update: They wrongfully sent my title to the DMV in my new state after I confirmed multiple times that they would be sending it to my home address. After talking to multiple unhelpful representatives, I finally talked to a rep named Marcus and he helped get me what I needed to get my title and even called back to check that my issue had been resolved. Police and Fire need more people like Marcus.

I emailed a supervisor Mr. DiPlacido to let him know I went with WSFS bank and have not heard from him either. Terrible customer service and a terrible way to treat customers. This bank is horrible. When you check your online banking one day they show you what your available balance is the next day it is not the same. Ive banked with a credit union before and when they shown me what my availabile balance was one day the next day the balance was still the same. Pending Transactions or not that did NOT reflect what was available to me. Im gonna just start only using this bank for my car insurance payments and thats it. This is ridiculous how one day they tell me my available balance is one thing then the next day its something completely different.

Banking with PFFCU has been by far one of the worse decisions I could have made in my entire adult life. Their hours are terrible. If you work during the day, forget it! Depositing money through the ATM, is a mouse trap! I deposited a check in my account through the ATM recently, the check has yet to be cleared and then I received a sketchy notation in my account that there was a hold and they debited MY money with no further explanation, no phone call NO nothing! This is not uncommon for them they take your money out of your account at their leisure and dont give any explanations until you call and after being putting on hold by someone who then has to ask their manager gives you a reason. This bank is the absolute worse! Ive had fraudulent activity in my account in the past due to my wallet being stolen PFFCU did not have my best interest in mind, they did not have my back, they made me fight to get my funds back after completing complaint forms multiple times. If I could give no star I would have. I would never refer anyone to this bank and I will be closing each account I have with them ASAP.

Been a member for several years. Recently applied for a loan and was denied. However, my credit score is way higher than it was before when I received loans, and I make more money today than I did in the past. The denial reason is indeed buffoonery as I was made of the real reason it was denied. To be denied completely after demonstrating a good payment history with the bank is disheartening. Not to mention I recently paid off a signature loan. I am unsure what the underwriters are looking at but, as a faithful customer seeking another credit union would be more beneficial at this time. No real benefits for those that trust this financial institution with the money. Then to be belittled by the underwriter says a lot about this credit union.

This bank is absolutely horrible. I been with them for over 10 years getting my direct deposit sent to this bank and they suspended my overdraft protection for something that had supposedly happened in 2011. The guy that I spoke to in that department was very rude and had a nasty attitude. They told me that I could never get the overdraft protection back even though the $50 was paid back in 2011. I been getting return fees and high overdraft fees for the last year in a half. The only reason why I kept them is because the early direct deposit. This bank hasnt been good in years. Please stay away. Navy Federal credit union is way better and the customer service is the best. I will be switching everything over to navy Federal asap.

I was waiting for a down payment from a new tenant. He went inside to get the funds and called me asking for my full name to be issued a cashiers check. He came back out with the check and receipt for payment. I was waiting in the parking lot and asked their banking policies for cashiers check and was told I can walk-in to cash it. The branch told me I must deposit it although it s just as good as cash and just was issued from the exact same branch less than 6 minutes ago. I refused to deposit ( I do hold a savings account with pffcu as well). The customer service Staff told me that since I had a an old charge off they wouldn t honor the cashiers check issued to me from them unless I paid the balance of $1100 from a secured credit card. I then went to check cashing service and customer service told me I must contact the person I received it from to have him contact them to verify my identity although my full name was printed on the check and refused to verify it unless I paid the $1100 old bill. I went to another check cashing service and everything was approved immediately without even contacting pffcu. Pffcu is terrible trying to make me pay an old balance because a tenant chose to pay me buy cashiers check instead of cash.. Cashiers check should be able to be cashed without incident especially if it s from the same branch that issued it less than ten minutes ago. It was under $8000

ATM NIGHTMARE! I went to the ATM in Maple Shade to make a cash deposit before work. The ATM took my money and gave me a slip that said an Error occurred with returning my cash and kept my money. When I contacted PFFCU regarding the transaction, they could only open a complaint and told me that I may get my money back in a couple of days! I spoke to someone in the branch later in the day and was advised that the ATMs work great when theyre working. If the branch is open, go inside. Dont take the chance of having your money tied up for days with nothing but a receipt that says they cant return your money due to an error with their machine. ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT WHEN USING THEIR ATMS! Its the only thing I have right now to prove that I tried to make a deposit. For now Im still waiting to get my money returned......Frustrating...

I have been charged several times for transferring MY OWN MONEY from one account to another! MY OWN MONEY!! Come to find out that if you process more than 2 transfers in a given month you are charged $10 for each additional transfer! $10! Apparently, they were gracious to waive the fee during COVID (so sick of COVID being an excuse for everything) but reinstated the fee in March 2021. Shame on PFFCU for charging people to transfer their own money to another account! These are tough times, regardless of COVID. So many people out there are struggling so to be charged $10 each time they exceed the 2 transfer per month quota is absolutely disturbing. Good to know my money is filling their deep pockets.

Do NOT use this credit union. I didn t have a choice when my dealership at Honda picked this because of the interest rate. However, I m so annoyed that when I try to make my last payment for my car loan, they won t take the payoff amount over the phone, electronically. Apparently I have to mail a check for the payoff amount but first call them ahead of time to get the updated payoff or contact my bank to do the transfer. Why? I don t know! None of this makes sense and it s just more hurdles for you to go through and more time for them to buy off from your money with interest per day. It s super frustrating because I am ready to pay off my car loan. It s very inconvenient. They should be clear about this and also I cannot access my account online. They switched things around and now I m stuck. This place is shady.

I bought a car in October and used Police ans Fire Credit Union because the interest rate was slightly lower than my credit union. It has been the absolute worst experience. I am going to Refinance with my current credit union, Freedom Credit Union, even though my rate will be slightly higher. Trying to pay my bill has been a nightmare. I used online banking like I do for every other bill I have. When I noticed that the bill wasn t paid, but the money came out of my bank account, I tried calling P&FCU. Customer service was awful! They blamed me and said I did not pay my bill. It wasn t until I showed them my bank statement that they believed me. Then they blamed Covid for the 3 week delay. I asked during that phone call in NOVEMBER to sign me up for automatic payments. They said it would go into effect the next billing cycle. It s April, and it s still not happening! Every month I need to call and make a payment over the phone. I need to wait on hold for an average of 20 minutes until finally I am transferred to someone that can take my payment. I cannot believe how absolutely awful this credit union is. How can it be this difficult to pay your bill each month?!? I don t care how low the interest rates are (and they weren t significantly lower) there is no interest rate worth this kind of aggravation every single month! Don t choose this credit union!

Recently the Credit Union Branch on Baltimore Pike in Springfield received a package addressed to my daughter and delivered to their offices in error. They went to all the trouble of researching to find my daughters phone number and called her to let us know it was there. They even registered their concern that the package may have been opened. Steve who left the message even offered to deliver it to my home if necessary. We are not members of the credit union . I cant thank them enough for their care and concern. They could have just sent it back but chose to go to the trouble of finding the rightful owner. If you ever need a credit union I would recommend them highly. Fran Gordon

Please DO NOT GET A LOAN WITH THIS BANK. My parents have a car loan here and my father unexpectedly passed away. First of all Cheryl Brady in collections was absolutely heartless and pretended like I didnt even say that he is gone (the woman I talked to before her was just as bad and said oh my father passed away too. Is that supposed to make me feel better?) I proceed to explain to Cheryl that we need to transfer the car into my moms name and that we already went to a branch with the death certificate and it was uploaded. She proceeds to say that the loan cant be transferred and they dont refinance at the bank so we either give it back to them or go to another bank. For your own sanity go to a bigger, better bank that cares about their customers or at least can help during a tragic time. I cant wait for my mom to fully cut ties with this bank and never have to deal with Cheryl Brady again. Also the bank account was frozen so that the car loan is resolved, but as you can see above no one is willing to resolve the loan. They sent the car loan to collections for no reason; the loan is always paid on time. They are holding my moms hard earned money hostage even though they claim they cant transfer the car to her so why are you taking HER money out??? This place is a FRAUD! RUN FAR AWAY.

I have been a member all 36 years of my life, from when my father opened an account when I was born. However, there have been too many coincidences that make me feel less than appreciated as a member. A couple of years ago I asked for a loan and was denied even though I had a high credit score (score was in the 700s). Just recently one of the representatives transferred all of my personal funds to another account that was not authorized by me. Also, on more than one occasion I have been charged twice in one month for late credit card fees even though I have only missed one credit card payment and keep my card usage extremely low. I d love to be optimistic and say this has nothing to do with my ethnicity and that these are just mistakes , however I ve been alive long enough to see how the color of my skin means I don t and won t receive the same care and treatment as my white counterparts. I wish I could give them a quarter of a star since they treat me as a quarter of a member.

I am a member at this bank I applied for a loan and got denied I asked why and was told because of my credit score was to low. I found this to be a red flag because I have credit monitoring and the information they gave me was not the same information I have on my credit Report. I have Credit monitoring which is experian and also Identity IQ. I was even told that there is no such thing as a credit score it just a estimate what my score should be. I ask to speak to the under writing department and Kathy refused to transfer me over. lesson learned dont believe the banks make sure you gather all information before you apply for your loan and apply at the bank location. I inquired about refinancing my mortgage June 11th. It is now July 10th and I have not spoken to one person about starting the whole process. When I called today I asked if I could switch from B. Hickman to a more responsive advisor. I was told I would have to wait a week for reassignment and then start the whole process over. I never started to begin with. Its been about 4 months since Covid started. This BANK should have figured out how to work around the current situation. They havent. How are you turning away business? This is ridiculous and incompetence at its finest. Dont waste your time and go to another credit union. If you can get into Navy try them. I am a customer at Police and Fire Credit Union. My first credit union was at American Heritage and I was referred by an employee of yours; by the name of Ivy Reed. I closed my accounts at AMHCU and ha d been telling Ms. Reed I was in seek of a new bank, she suggested Philadelphia Police and Fire Credit Union. My location preference was the one located in the Cedarbrook Mall. Ivy Reed was at this location and whenever I needed assistance she was available; quick efficient service. Thats why it saddens me to see she is no longer an employee. When I learned of this, all I could think was, now who is gone keep me upon the changes and benefits now. I really trusted her. I know that the accusations against Ms. Reed are false and done by willful intent. The man claiming the accusations is a well know figure in Ms. Reeds life. She and her family should not be penalized behind the immaturity of one person who is unable to control their feelings .

This has got to be the best financial institution ever!! When my application for a mortgage took close to two years to finalize....and please note it was never finalized!! I called PFFCU after the suggestion was made by my accountant. My 1st contact was Bettianne Hitchens, who got me the pre-approval and was just as pleasant and reassuring as could be. After a few days, when she went as far in the process as she could, I then came into contact with Kimberly Armbruster, who was awesome with her great and always timely responses. When I did not think it could get any better, Joanne Dessin brought it all home!!! From start to finish, the process took 32 days!!! That less time than Noah spent on the ark!!! The absolute worst bank I have ever done business with. I got a credit consolidation loan from them to pay off credit cards. First they said they sent out checks but none of my balances were paid, so I had to pay all monthly payments and make the first loan payment even though the money was not disbursed yet. After a couple weeks, still no change. They had to send out a second round of checks through snail mail . Again had to make extra monthly payments. It took 3 months for them to actually pay my credit cards. Now Ive been making all my loan payments, put one through on Saturday. What does PFFCU do, take out another payment without my permission. What a disgrace. I will be filing charges against these thieves today.

5 Stars for Police and Fire there coin counting machine .Police and Fire credit union is o.k. with me I also bank at American Heritage Credit union there coin machine os horrible and it steals your money..Police and Fire machine is amazing it pulls your coins upwards on a moving mini type ramp. Its also very accurate, if it rejects your coins just put them back in. Never been to any bank with such a great machine . This machine counts it all came out with way more money than expected Best machine ever .You have to know someone to become a member. I just use it for basic banking needs.

I have been a member with this PFFCU Bank since 2003. I never had any problems with anyone here. They help me when I needed a loan. They notified me when someone hacked my account. They hire tellers that dont know what theyre doing. Dont ask for your I.D. Accuse you of endorsing someone elses check, not knowing its your check. Then when you get offended you the customer is being unreasonable. Woman manager behind the first booth, got up and yelled at me and said Im being ridiculous. Who says that to a customer? Thinking about taking my money out of this bank. The staff here are very unprofessional. Even if you think the customer is wrong, which I wasnt, you still dont say that to a customer.
